iOS 17.3 makes it harder for stolen iPhones to be used

The first beta version of iOS 17.3 is out in the wild, and it comes with a very welcome feature called Stolen Device Protection. It means that access to key data on your iPhone – including passwords – requires Touch ID or Face ID, and not just your PIN.
