It looks as though AMD is prepping a new budget gaming GPU that will be cheaper than $299, undercutting the existing Radeon RX 9060 XT. The new AMD Radeon RX 9060, without an XT suffix, has just appeared in the release notes for the latest version of AIDA64, a diagnostics and monitoring software package for PC hardware, suggesting that AMD is planning a new release to counter the recently announced Nvidia GeForce RTX 5050.

While the Radeon RX 9060 XT is now the top recommendation for a budget gaming GPU on our guide to buying the best graphics card, AMD currently doesn't have an offering to counter the new $249 Nvidia GeForce RTX 5050. Given the strong performance of the 9060 XT compared to the RTX 5060, AMD has the potential to cook up a killer product here if it can beat the RTX 5050 for the same price.

When is the next Escape from Tarkov server wipe? We all know that the main aim in Escape from Tarkov isn't to rack up a high body count - it's the loot. The glorious mountains of weapons and equipment you can stockpile after several months' worth of grinding. The only issue, then, is when the Tarkov servers get wiped and you have to start again, but when do these wipes occur, and is there one planned soon?

The tense FPS game is all about getting in and out as efficiently as you can, and staying alive also means that you keep whatever swag you managed to pilfer during your time in the world. Increasing the quality of your gear means you're much more likely to stay alive during your next run, and the run after that, and so on. Every once in a while, though, the servers undergo a complete EFT wipe, putting all players back to square, and level, one, but when is the next Escape from Tarkov server wipe?

With changes coming thick and fast to this free-to-play first-person shooter, finding the best Delta Force settings for PC can quickly become a time-consuming task. In-depth menus are intimidating, but we've taken on the task of figuring out the best graphics and display settings to give you the best balance of visuals and performance, saving you time and getting you playing much sooner.

As a taut, team-based, tactical first-person shooter, Delta Force is all about balancing enough detail to keep a keen eye on the battlefield, while also maximizing your frame rate for a smooth feel and accurate aiming. All that means you'll be wanting a decent GPU to get anywhere with the game. However, the Delta Force system requirements aren't as demanding as you might imagine, so you don't absolutely have to have the very latest and best graphics card in your system to still have a great time.

The Splitgate 2 system requirements are less demanding than you might expect of a modern first-person shooter, calling for hardware that's nearly ten years old, which is great news for anyone looking to experience its Halo-style combat in a battle royale arena.

You definitely won't need one of the best graphics cards from our 2025 buyers guide in order to play Splitgate 2. In fact, just about any modern PC or gaming laptop should be able to get the game running without fine-tuning any of the in-game settings. Your only real challenge when it comes to playing this candidate for our best free PC games list will be your internet connection, as slower connections may find it hard to keep abreast of the competition.

As one of many viral indie hits of the last decade, Lethal Company still has over 6,000 daily players, meaning its popularity is far from over. Since it first arrived via Steam Early Access in August 2024, Gentlymad's survival and strategy hybrid has been through dozens of transformative changes. In some cases, like the more threatening radiation zones, sandstorms, and viral outbreaks introduced in the Dangers and Progression update, the game has gotten tougher than its predecessor. Other changes, like a revised UI and rebalancing passes, have made it more welcoming to newcomers. Now, as shared exclusively with PCGamesN, Endzone 2 is about to hit its biggest milestone yet. Which League of Legends skins are currently on sale in the store? LoL is a free-to-play game in the truest sense - you can enjoy everything the MOBA offers for absolutely nothing. Now, if you were to ask a seasoned League player if that were true, they'd probably have to stifle a few tears as they check how much their bank account has suffered buying skins since they started battling on the Rift.

Riot rotates a series of skins in the store, with the savviest of us holding out until the cosmetic they want ends up in the discount section store or even the League of Legends Mythic shop. The shiny new cosmetics are only available briefly, so act fast if you want to snag the new hotness. Here is every League of Legends skin on sale right now if you want to know what's in the store without booting up the client.

As expected, you aren't going to need the best graphics cards to get great performance in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4. In fact, the specs for THPS 3+4 are almost identical to those of the first set of remasters, if not for a larger file size for this latest release.

What's on sale in the League of Legends Mythic shop? New skins for LoL are released all the time, with a new event arriving on the Rift every few weeks, but what happens if you missed the boat with that awesome K/DA Evelynn skin, or if you've seen a Hextech skin in a game of Summoner's Rift and want to bag it for yourself?

The Mythic shop is a special storefront in the free PC game that stocks rare skins, wards, chromas, and Nexes finishers. These cosmetic items aren't available for real-world money, as they can only be purchased with Mythic Essence, so no more worrying about how much you've spent in League of Legends. The stock held in this store is rotated regularly, with some skins becoming unavailable for months, so it's best to keep up to date on what's on sale in the League of Legends Mythic store.

"Peerlessly satisfying," was how RPS guides editor and self-described "Anton Ego of factory games" Ollie Toms summarised Shapez 2 back at early access launch in August 2024. Throwing caution to the winds, he suggested that it had "turned the holy trinity of factory games (Factorio, Satisfactory, Dyson Sphere Program) into a holy quartet."

Presumably because it's so expensive to push Leonardo DiCaprio around in a rented gondola, this year's Amazon Prime Day has brushed away its final lingering shreds of respect for the singular word "Day," and in fact runs from this morning – July 8th – all the way to July 11th. At this current rate of expansion, it will therefore be just seven short years before the entire solar calendar is engulfed, with even hours being replaced as a unit of measurement by the duration of Lightning Deals. "Want to get an Amazon Fresh Refrigerated Beverage after our deals writing shift, Dave?" "Yeah sure, I clock off in three Lightning Deals' time."

My small act of civil resistance against this temporally disrespectful future is to uh, have unknowingly booked three of the four days off before Amazon announced the dates. But while I'm here, I'm still on cog-in-machine duty, which is why I'm now informing you that a couple of (actually good) Samsung NVMe SSDs are going cheap. They are. I'm sorry.

Persona 3 SEES Evoker gun replica toy now on sale in Japan

Atlus revealed that Cerevo has renewed the official webpage for its Persona 3 Reload SEES Evoker replica gun. The two companies also announced that they will hold a physical promotion event for the product in Japan on July 12-13, 2025.

The event will take place on the 6th floor of Volks Akihabara Hobby Paradise 2. It will allow people to get a hands-on trial of the gun replica toy before making a purchase.

As a refresher, this replica has been available for purchase in Japan since March 2025. It costs ¥110,000, which is around $750 based on the exchange rate in early July 2025. The toy gun will play various sound effects and voices from the game when its trigger is pulled.

The renewed webpage is available in not only Japanese but also English. The latter has exclusive fine print stating that Atlus and Cerevo are working to make the replica available internationally, but with North America excepted.

The Persona 3 Reload SEES Evoker replica gun is readily available for purchase in Japan. It is based on the Persona 3 remake that Atlus had released worldwide in February 2024 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC.

Slenderman standing in the woods at sunset in Phasmophobia

Phasmophobia has quite a few fun Easter eggs and references to iconic horror figures and movies scattered around the many maps you can explore. One of the bigger ones in Slenderman, and he's a tricky guy to track down.

If you haven't seen this Easter egg yet, it's a fun one to venture out to find. He's not super easy to spot, but it's much easier to find him once you know where to look. If you want to catch a glimpse of him, here's how to find Slenderman in Phasmophobia.

Where to find Slenderman in Phasmophobia

Slenderman can sometimes be found out in the woods around certain maps in Phasmophobia. He's not always present but does make an appearance occasionally. If you want to spot him, you need to venture to one of two unique locations.

All Slenderman locations in Phasmophobia

Slenderman only shows up at two specific maps in Phasmophobia, which include the two camp-themed maps. You only have a shot at finding him when you're outside exploring Maple Lodge Campsite and Camp Woodwind.

Around each of these maps, there are several different spots where you may find him.

  • Maple Lodge Campsite

    • On the outskirts of the map, around the truck, before you enter the map.
    • Behind the fence with the Blair Witch twig doll near the west end of the map.
    • Behind the purple tent near the northwest end of the map.
    • By the picnic tables near the northeast end of the map.
    • In the woods close to the cabin, near the northeast end of the map.

  • Camp Woodwind

    • On the outskirts of the map, on the left side of the truck.
    • Near the very northern end of the map, standing out in the rocky area with fireflies in front of the wooden bench.
    • In the small crack between the bathroom and the white tent near the east end of the map.

Around all of these locations, Slenderman appears fairly far off in the distance in the forest. He'll never be close to you, so be sure to scan the entire forest area carefully to avoid missing him. Depending on the weather you're working with, he can blend in with the environment quite well.

How to spawn Slenderman in Phasmophobia

There is no way to force Slenderman to spawn. Whether or not he appears in each contract is entirely random. He has a random chance to spawn in all contracts you tackle on Maple Lodge Campsite and Camp Woodwind, regardless of whether you're playing the weekly challenge mode or something else, so the only way you can increase your chances of running into him is by repeatedly visiting these locations.

What does Slenderman do in Phasmophobia?

Slenderman doesn't do anything in Phasmophobia. He just stands there and stares at you for the entire round. He's a static Easter egg who is just there as a fun reference and nothing more, so you don't need to worry about him scaring or attacking you.

Once you're done finding Slenderman, you can get back to tackling the investigation. To do so, you may need to know how to record audio and video evidence, how the Sound Recorder works, and how to use the Music Box.

A section of the Canada track in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4, with a tree with a hole in it standing in the foreground.

If you're a veteran of the powerhouse franchise, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 offers plenty of nostalgia, down to the gap-based objectives like performing a Nosegrind around the Horn in the game's second map, Canada.

While it can seem deceptively tricky, learning how to Nosegrind around the Horn is fairly simple. The first step is finding the spot in question, and the second is hitting your trick right so the game counts it as a Nosegrind. Here's how you can complete that objective.

That's the grind you need to hit. Screenshot by Destructoid

How to find the Horn in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4

The Horn is the tall tree with a hole in the middle on the frozen side of the map. It's by the circular halfpipe encircling another, but the quickest way to get there is to turn around from where you spawn.

The first ramp in Canada in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4, as seen by a skater who turned around.
Do a 180 turn and look for the ledges. Screenshot by Destructoid

Drop from the first ramp, then get some distance and turn around. Speed toward the ramp and jump to a wooden ledge just across from you, then hit the brakes as soon as you touch the ground. Ollie, No Comply, and Boneless (used by pressing forward once/twice before jumping) can give you a little bit of height if you're falling short.

After jumping on the first ledge, hop to another wooden path in front of you and either grind the rail or hold the down button to break your fall. Go through the hole in the tree, then turn around and find the small rail to the left side. You must grind this rail for a few seconds and land a Nosegrind with the Around The Horn gap to complete this objective. Hit the gap, land the combo, and cross this one off your list.

How to Nosegrind the Horn in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4

To make sure you're hitting the Nosegrind, jump onto the rail using the front of your board. Usually, a simple forward + grind command works, but if you're still landing a different trick, try to hit your grind head-on.

You need to hold the Nosegrind for around three to five seconds, which isn't a lot of time. The Around The Horn gap will pop before you hit the ledge with the traffic cones, so it's easy to bag two objectives for the price of one and keep on unlocking the new tracks. Rio is waiting, after all.

Games in College Football 26 where a RB is trying to receive the ball while getting tackled

College Football 26 has a range of different passing types that you can use to outwit your opposition and match to your play style.

There have been plenty of revamps to the gameplay since last year. The passing types might stay the same, but you'll need to understand all the variations first. This will allow you to select the perfect style for you. Whether you're a beginner or a veteran from College Football 25, this guide will provide you with all the required information.

How many Passing types are available in College Football 26?

College Football 26 offers four Passing types for all.

  • Placement
  • Placement and Accuracy
  • Classic
  • Revamped

Before we dive deeper into what each style means, it's essential to understand that there's no "perfect" type. It all depends on your personal preferences and playstyle.

Passing Types in College Football 26
Screenshot by Destructoid

Placement Passing

In this style, you'll be able to control the ball movements minutely as it reaches your receivers. You'll get a small meter while making the throw to determine the power, followed by where you intend the ball to land. The rating of your player will determine how accurately they can throw the ball.

Placement and Accuracy

Placement and Accuracy is similar to the first type, but you'll have to master the additional aspect of timing your throw. A meter will appear as you attempt to throw: pull off in the green zone, and you'll make the best possible pass. Miss it, and your pass will have a high chance of being intercepted. This passing type is ideal for College Football 26 players who have plenty of hours in last year's iteration.

Classic Passing

This is the perfect choice for beginners, as it simplifies all forms of passes. Just select a receiver and press the pass button, and the game will automatically decide the rest. You don't have to choose the type of pass, time your throw, or control the power.

Revamped Passing

This is the staple form of passing in College Football 26 and offers the best balance. It's not as hard to control as Placement passing, but you can still micromanage your throws. You can also determine which passing style is the most suitable in a given scenario. You can also go for the Touch pass as an alternative for the Bullet and Lob Throws in some niche situations.

Ultimately, try out all the styles first once you start playing College Football 26. This will give you a fair idea about how to proceed, which passing type to use for your games in the future.

Aurora sitting on the ground in front of a flowery cottage in disney dreamlight valley

The Storybook Vale DLC first launched on Nov. 20, 2024, with half of the storyline and content available right away in Disney Dreamlight Valley. The other half is now releasing on July 9, 2025, with the massive The Unwritten Realms update.

This update is a bit larger than usual, since it includes half of the expansion pass content. There's a lot packed into this one, so you may want to review the patch notes for Disney Dreamlight Valley's The Unwritten Realms update to learn more about it.

The Unwritten Realms update for DDV features the finale chapter of this DLC with an array of fresh additions like new characters, quests, critters, and much more. Here's a breakdown of all key features.

Two new villagers: Maleficent and Aurora

By far the biggest additions are the arrival of two fresh faces. Maleficent and Aurora from Sleeping Beauty are arriving in the valley as characters you can meet and befriend. Like all villagers, they come with an array of quests you can work through to get to know them better, plus some special prizes you earn along the way.

New quests

This update features lots of fresh quests for you to tackle. This includes both main storyline quests and those tied to the new characters, Maleficent and Aurora. You'll work to officially end the feud between Maleficent and Hades, venture into new locations, including the place stories go when they're forgotten, and otherwise work to save the Vale.

New items

Maleficent and Aurora bring with them lots of new items you can acquire by leveling up your friendship with them. Most of these items haven't been unveiled yet, but a bonus Dream Style for Aurora was teased, likely a blue variant of her iconic dress.

New Snippets

Some more Snippets you can find and catch using the Royal Net are being added with this update. This includes another Bird Snippet, Frog Snippet, and Demon Snippet, so three new Snippets to acquire in total.

New critters

Two new critters, the Black Pegasus and Teal Dragon, arrive in this update. It's unknown which existing biomes they'll belong to or if they'll instead appear around new areas we'll venture to. Although there are also Owls found around the Vale, it doesn't seem like we're getting another variant of this critter, too, so only the previously released variants are available to find.

New puzzles

Fresh puzzles to work through are arriving with this update. This mainly includes new Lorekeeper tales you can reorder, but the main storyline will also have some other mysterious ones you need to navigate through, likely ones that are similar to Trials.

Bug fixes

This update also features several important bug fixes you may have encountered around the Vale and the main valley. This includes not receiving the level 10 friendship reward from The Forgotten, issues with photo mode, NPCs sitting in the air, and several quest-specific issues.

We've listed all of the biggest additions and changes here, but if you want to learn a bit more about this update, you may want to review the official patch notes. While you work through everything new featured in this update, be sure to also tackle all Summer Sizzle event duties and all Adventures in Neverland Star Path tasks, since both limited events won't be around for much longer.

The Foreman in the Foundry in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4

The very first location of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 allows you to become a bit of a public nuisance by soaking the Foreman for an additional trophy.

While the individual is minding his own business and looking after the operations at the plant, you can choose to create a bit of mischief. It's pretty easy to locate him, which is one part of the task. To complete the objective, you'll have to make him fall into the pool of water. However, you can't just grab or push him in it (no, the Doom Man character also doesn't have that privilege), and this guide will help you with the exact steps.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 Soaking the Foreman explained

To find the Foreman, stick to the walls on the right of the Foundry and go down from the upper level. You'll find a ramp going up to the second floor in front of you. Take the ramp, and you'll reach the water storage.

The Foreman in the Foundry in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4
Screenshot by Destructoid

The Foreman is standing in front of it (pretty nice positioning), but you can't push him. If you skate behind him, you'll make him stagger, and he will express his frustration. To throw him down in the water, you'll have to skate on the rails behind him.

To do so, reach the rails and jump onto them. You can perform a wide range of moves on the rails, and there's no specific one to target. As long as you're skating on the rails behind him, it's good enough. Once you do so, a crane pulley will swing, knocking the Foreman down into the water.

It's a pretty hilarious task, to say the least. As the Foreman falls into the water, he will rant at you. However, you can just complete your skate and score as high as possible to unlock the next region. There are also a couple of collectibles you can grab at the Foundry, which will add to your final score, making it easier to access new parks.
