However, you'll be able to unlock these regions by playing the game. Unlocking most of the areas is a simple task. You have to unlock the previous one to move on to the next location. However, some, like the Secret Domains, are tricky to discover. The requirements for unlocking those regions tend to be tricky. How to unlock all Areas and Acts in Mewgenics Everyone begins playing at The Alley. The Alley is the first location of Mewgenics, and it comes unlocked by default. It's going to be the very first mission that you complete as part of your adventure. Area How to Unlock The Alley As the first area of the game, The Alley is unlocked by default. The Sewers Finish a run in The Alley. The Caves Finish a run in The Sewers. This is the third location you'll access. The Junkyard Complete The Alley's hard branch, which is tougher than the default option. The Boneyard Finish a run in The Junkyard. The Throbbing Domain This is going to be the first secret area that you can unlock. Once you complete Guillotina's first boss fight, take the Throbbing Gristle to the Wall of Flesh.
