River, The Dog Behind Fallout 4's Dogmeat, Has Passed Away
Many dog lovers will have found great joy in the Fallout 4 companion, Dogmeat. But unfortunately, the model and inspiration behind the gaming companion, River, has sadly passed away.
Joel Burgess, a developer on various Fallout titles, announced the heartbreaking news on Twitter. However, instead of using the moment to eulogize her, he instead opted for a deeper look into how River had such a great impact on the world of Fallout 4.

Who Is Dogmeat?
In Fallout 4, Dogmeat is a German Shepard, companion, ally, and friend during the course of the game. Players are able to issue commands to Dogmeat to attack enemies or to stay put in one place.
Of course, players weren't required to have Dogmeat as a companion. But why would you not want a German Sheppard by your side while you played?
How Did River Inspire Dogmeat in Fallout 4?
River was the real-life German Sheppard that inspired the in-game companion, Dogmeat. As noted by Burgess, Dogmeat was a companion first and an ally in combat second.
In Burgess' Twitter thread, he details how the developers searched through various "professional" dogs until River started visiting the Bethesda studio. The team then began forming a special bond with the adorable German Sheppard.
River quickly became part of the Fallout team and was even awarded 'Best Dog' for her model work as Dogmeat. Many fans will of course notice that River and Dogmeat are identical, even in terms of fur markings and facial expressions.
She wasn't just the model though, River was even in the studio doing a lot of the sounds for Dogmeat.
Small details of River were also incorporated into the game. Burgess notes how he would take long walks with River, and although she'd trot ahead, she would always turn around and check back in on him. Something that was then added into the character of Dogmeat.

Although the circumstances of which this thread began are heartbreaking, it's fascinating to know just how much River really inspired Dogmeat in Fallout 4. The team clearly worked endlessly to incorporate as much of Rivers personality and likeness as possible into the game.
Burgess finishes the thread beautifully by stating, "Dogmeat is a tether. He grounds you in the world, will always stand by you, lead you to your family, and anticipate your needs. He wants you to be safe and happy. In other words, he loves you."

Risk of Rain 2 Anniversary Update for Console – Expected Release Time
The wait is finally over, the Risk of Rain 2 Anniversary Update will finally be arriving on console on June 29th.
With fans around the world awaiting the arrival of the update on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, DualShockers have got everything you need to know about the update, including the expected release time.
The developers have also noted that the update will be arriving for the Nintendo Switch in the future, but for now, the update will only be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
It is also available for PC users, and has been since March 25th, 2021. Steam users can download the game and play the Anniversary Update right now.

Although PC users have already experienced the massive Anniversary Update for Risk of Rain 2, console fans have got a lot to look forward to when it arrives on June 29th.
In the update, fans will find a new survivor called 'Bandit', new items, skill variants, monsters, and plenty more. The update also made plenty of gameplay changes and quality of life fixes that can be discovered in the patch notes.
Console Release Date & Expected Time
The developers of Risk of Rain 2 are yet to reveal the official release time for the Anniversary Update on console, but we can take an educated guess as to when it will arrive.
When the Anniversary Update was released on Steam, it arrived at 8AM PT | 11AM ET | 4PM BST. Should the developers follow a similar pattern, expect the Risk of Rain 2 Anniversary update to release on console at the same time.
If the developers release a more accurate time for the arrival of the update, we will update this article.
Patch Notes

Bond Level is a parameter that shows how close you are to each one of your companions. Increasing the Bond Level of companions will result in a number of upgrades and improvements in their abilities.
Improving the Bond Level reduces the recharge time for a companion's special power, while increases the critical damage. On the other hand, this helps you to unlock more SAS Abilities and perform more Assault Visions.
How to Increase the Scarlet Nexus Bond Level
There are two major methods to improve the Bond Level of a companion in the game:
- Bond Episodes: When you are close enough to a companion, you might notice a pink mark above his/her head. This indicates that there is a Bond Event or Episode available for the character. You can activate the event by talking to the companion.
- Gifts: Any friendship could be improved in the world by giving gifts. However, in the world of Scarlet Nexus, each companion only accepts certain gifts. So, try to surprise them once you find what they would love to get.
Scarlet Nexus is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. Bandai Namco has not confirmed any Nintendo Switch release for the game so far.

When writing this article, the Record of Ragnarok Chapter 48 is already out for readers in Japan. The chapter came out on June 25th, 2021; however, international readers will have to wait a few more days to read the latest chapter's English translation.
The fan translation generally comes out 3-4 days after the chapter's release in Japan. So, you'll most likely get the English version before June 29th, 2021.
Where to read Record of Ragnarok?
Currently, the only way to read Record of Ragnarok manga is through the Monthly Comic Zenon. However, Viz Media confirmed that it would bring the English version of the manga in Fall 2021.
On the other hand, the physical copies will come out in Spring 2022. So, fans would soon officially read the English version of the popular manga series.
Unfortunately, there's still no specific release date for manga's release on Viz Media as of yet. Nevertheless, we'll definitely update you when some more information on the Record of Ragnarok pops up.

Season 5 of COD Mobile is right around the corner, with new weapons, maps, battle pass, and more set to arrive in the big update.
The new season of COD Mobile will be titled 'In Deep Water', and as such, is themed around the ocean depths. The update is looking to be one of COD Mobile's biggest yet, with 3 new maps arriving with the launch of the new season.

COD Mobile – Season 5 'In Deep Water'
COD Mobile's newest season, 'In Deep Water', will bring with it 3 new maps. Some players will recognise some of them from 2019's Modern Warfare:
- Suldal Harbor
- Docks
- Aniyah Incursion
As well as brand new maps, players will be able to unlock the Gung-Ho perk by completing in-game challenges. The official description of the Gung-Ho perk for COD Mobile reads, "Keep moving and fighting! With Gung-Ho, reload and throw grenades without stopping".
Fans can also expect new weapons to arrive with Season 5, including the popular AMAX Assault Rifle from Modern Warfare. Check out the full patch notes to find out more.
Release Date & Start Time
Season 5 will kick off on Monday, June 28th at 5PM PT / 8PM ET. For UK players, the new season will commence on June 29th at 1AM BST.

Attack On Titan: Season 4 Part 2 New Teaser Visual Revealed
Recently, MAPPA celebrated its 10th anniversary by hosting a live YouTube event. Interestingly, in the event, the Japanese animation studio finally released a new teaser visual of Attack of Titan Season 4 Part 2.
In the live event, MAPPA discussed several existing and upcoming projects, including Jujutsu Kaisen 0 Movie, Chainsaw Man, etc. The studio also revealed the new 'Takt Op. Destiny' anime in collaboration with MADHOUSE, an announcement that comes as a big surprise for the entire anime community.
However, besides all that, the studio discussed the final season of Attack on Titan. Moreover, the creators teased the second part of Season 4 with a brand new teaser visual.

Of course, for manga readers, Attack on Titan has already ended after Hajime Isayama released the final volume. However, anime fans still have Season 4 Part 2 to look forward to. The final episode of S4 Part 1 adapted manga chapter 117; The manga has 139 chapters in total, so the second part will conclude the series by covering the events of the remaining 22 chapters.
Unfortunately, there's no official release date for Attack on Titan: The Final Season Part 2. MAPPA confirmed that it would release the next episode in the "Winter 2022′ anime season. So, we still have a long wait ahead of us before we could finally see AOT anime coming to an end.

JGOD Reveals Best Milano 821 Loadout For Warzone Season 4 – Meta Class & Stats
Warzone players are consistently searching for the next weapon meta, and popular YouTuber and Call of Duty expert, JGOD, has revealed that the Milano 821 might just be the best loadout option for Season 4.
When Season 4 kicked off on June 17th, there were plenty of weapon adjustments across both Warzone and Cold War. One that may have slipped under the radar for many was the Milano 821 buff.
The Cold War SMG has often been regarded as one of the lower class SMGs to use in Warzone, but with an increase in damage and range in the latest update, it could just be the new meta.

JGOD Reveals Best Milano Loadout
On June 23rd, JGOD uploaded a new YouTube video titled "Milano Buff Made it Top Tier In Warzone", and he isn't lying.
During his 12 minute video, JGOD details all of the changes made to the Milano 821 in Season 4, and how the buff has changed the weapon in-game. Check out what changed in the update below, taken from the official Warzone Season 4 patch notes.
- Milano 821 (BOCW)
- Maximum Damage increased from 34 to 36
- Minimum Damage increased from 25 to 30
- Maximum Damage range increased by 23%
- Upper Torso Damage Multiplier increased from 1 to 1.2
- Lower Torso Damage Multiplier increased from 1 to 1.1
- Extremities Damage Multipliers increased from .9 to 1
The Milano 821 (BOCW) needed a lot of love for it to reach a semi-viable state. We will see how it shapes up over the first half of Season Four and make any necessary changes at that time.
JGOD revealed some important details surrounding the Milano 821 in his YouTube video, some of which can be found below:
- Fire Rate = 576RPM
- Shots To Kill = Reduced from 8 to 6 (close range, chest)
- Time To Kill = 571 with 6 shots to chest at close range
- Range = Milano does more damage at range (36) than the AMAX assault rifle (34)

At the end of JGOD's Milano breakdown video, he shows off multiple Milano builds. Below you will find 2 Milano class setups, the first as Sniper Support and longer ranged SMG build, followed by a more standard SMG build for the Milano 821.
SNIPER SUPPORT/LONG RANGED – MILANO LOADOUT
- MUZZLE = Sound Suppressor
- BARREL = 10.5″ Ranger
- Gives you maximum Bullet Velocity, as to get close to the 700 Bullet Velocity.
- UNDERBARREL = Field Agent Grip
- Helps with recoil, but JGOD also points out that this attachment could be swapped out for a Stock or Laser.
- OPTIC = Axial Arms 3x
- This is something that comes down to personal preference, this optic will give players the advantage at long range, but could be swapped out for another optic such as the Microflex LED.
- AMMUNITION = STANAG 55 Rnd Drum

- MUZZLE = Agency Suppressor
- JGOD points out that players could go with the Sound Suppressor for increased Bullet Velocity and faster ADS, but JGOD himself opts for the Agency Suppressor.

Back in early 2021, Mappa also announced on its official site it has at least two unannounced anime projects. They will be revealed during this event.
Personally speaking, I'm quite impressed Studio Mappa is already ten years old, as I remember like yesterday when it was founded. I'm not gonna teach you anything by saying that the overall conditions of animators in the industry have worsened in these ten years.

Once you purchase it for a certain movie, you can continue to stream or download the Premier Access movie for as long as you remain a subscriber.
How much will it cost to watch Black Widow on Disney Plus?
If you want to watch Black Widow on Disney Plus as soon as it releases, you can do so via Premier Access option (explained above). But it will cost you an additional $29.99 along with an active Disney Plus subscription.
When will Black Widow be free on Disney Plus?
If you don't want to pay extra for the Premier Access, and prefer watching the movie on your regular Disney Plus subscription, you will have wait a little longer.
Black Widow will be available on Disney Plus on free after few months of release, that is, on October 6, 2021.
This information came from a Reddit user, who spotted a promotional image for the movie which had the (free) Disney Plus release date on it. This means the movie will be available to stream at no extra cost, roughly after three months.

Pokimane has given her opinions about Fedmyster's return to Twitch, during one of her recent live streams. For those who are unaware, Fedmyster has recently made a comeback on Twitch, after he was removed from OfflineTV due to sexual misconduct, exactly a year ago.
The feud between Pokimane and Fedmyster started when a bunch of screenshots was leaked containing private conversations between the two. Pokimane went on to clarify that she wasn't in a relationship with Fedmyster and stated that Fedmyster was the big reason due to which she left OfflineTV.

Fedmyster has finally marked his return to Twitch after several fake announcements, starting all the way back from February 2021. Back in February, his Twitch schedule showed that he will be returning on February 3rd, 2021, but that never became a reality. A similar notification was received by fans for June 24th, and now Fed is streaming once again on Twitch.
A lot of Pokimane's fans had been asking about her opinion on Fed's return, and she stated the following.
I know a lot of people are gonna ask about a certain someone. I just wanna say my piece quickly and kinda[sic] get out of the way. It's not my place to say whether or not a person has changed because their actions and words will eventually speak for themselves. All I know is I can't be friends with someone who sexually assaulted people I care about and handled it the way I did. So I won't be affiliating with him or his circle. We're gonna move on with our lives and he's gonna move on with his life and that's life. That's really all I gotta say.
Fed did issue a formal apology about his actions on his Twitch return, stating that "The intention is not as important as how it actually affected her. So, I'm sorry if you're watching this, but I needed to acknowledge what I've done." He also states that he would be using the platform to "bring more awareness to topics related to women" moving forward.
As things stand, the community stands divided on Fed's returning with many getting even further infuriated by some of Fed's comments during the recent Livestream.
