PCGamesN Tuesday, May 17, 2022 5:13 AM  The League of Legends patch 12.10 notes are starting to launch on the Public Beta Environment (PBE) for all to see. While LoL patch 12.9 is live, thanks to the new update we already have an idea of what Riot Games is bringing to its popular MOBA game next. First off, the biggest thing coming in LoL update 12.10 is a load more High Noon skins for various Champions. Patch 12.9 added some of these snappy new skins for the likes of Katarina, Leona, and more, and now 12.10 brings in five new ones, including Samira, Sion, and Twitch. As previously announced, 12.10 also buffs the durability of every single champion, as part of Riot's goal to "slow the pace" of the game's combat so damage isn't so much of a focus. To that end, base health, health per level, armour per level, and magic resistance per level have all been increased across the board - so matches might not be over so quickly now. Good Smile Company opened pre-orders for new The Quintessential Quintuplets movie Pop Up Parade figures. The new figures are based on the original Pop Up Parade Quintessential Quintuplets sculpts, but with some newly designed parts. Each figure will cost $35.99. You can also get a box set that includes all five figures for $177.99. Pre-orders will close on June 19, 2022, and will ship sometime in February 2023. The Quintessential Quintuplets movie will follow the events of the anime adaptation's previous two seasons. Protagonist Futaro Uesugi will go on a graduation trip to Okinawa with the five Nakano sisters. It will also serve as the anime series' finale. The most notable difference seems to be in each character's hair. In addition to an update in design to fit their current appearances, the material seems to be more translucent. Nino, for example, now has short hair. Ichika's hair is also visibly pinker compared to the original figure, which leaned more towards purple. Each character also has different facial expressions. Furthermore, the special box set will include all five figures of the Nakano sisters. As the name suggests, it will come in a special box with the Quintessential Quintuplets movie logo. Each character is also available for individual purchase. The updated versions of the figures are denoted with a "1.5". A new anime series sharing a setting with Cyberpunk 2077 will debut at the Netflix Geeked Week 2022 showcase. Netflix announced the presence of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners in the lineup via the highlight reel promoting Netflix Geeked Week. The event will run from June 6-10, 2022. Check out the promo below.
The clip positions Cyberpunk: Edgerunners alongside a number of other projects such as Stranger Things, The Umbrella Academy, Resident Evil, and The Sandman. Glimpses of an unidentified character and the series logo can be seen at the 00:27 and 1:23 timestamps.
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is a spin-off of Cyberpunk 2077, and shares the game's basis in the Cyberpunk pen-and-paper RPG. It will focus on the story of a Streetkid struggling to survive in Night City, a place obsessed with technology and body modification. With nothing to lose, they become an Edgerunner, an mercenary fixer that operates outside the law. The series is being produced by Studio Trigger, which animated BNA: Brand New Animal, Promare, SSSS.Gridman, and Kill la Kill, among other things. As a project linked to the studio's 10th anniversary, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners will be directed by studio founder Hiroyuki Imaishi, who directed Kill la Kill, and also directed Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann prior to founding Trigger. Character designer Yoh Yoshinari (Little Witch Academia), writer Masahiko Ohtsuka, and composer Akira Yamaoka (Silent Hill) are also on board. Cyberpunk: Edgerunners was first announced in 2020, during the promotional cycle for Cyberpunk 2077. In the announcement video, the team said that they're creating a series that both fans of Cyberpunk and those less familiar with the game can enjoy. Though initially targeted for a 2022 premiere, little else has been said about the project before now. Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is in production. The Netflix Geeked Week event will run from June 6, 2022, to June 10, 2022. Cyberpunk 2077 is available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PS5.
