Siliconera Monday, January 16, 2023 12:00 AM The first Fire Emblem Engage characters are about to appear in FE Heroes, bringing Alear and three folks from Firene to the game. Of the four, Alfred will be a Rearmed unit. As such, he won't be added to the general pool of characters after the banner runs. However, the female version of Alear, Celine, and Chloe will. It will show up in-game on January 17, 2023. Etie will also be a login bonus, while Queen Lumera will appear as a Grand Hero Battle. Alfred is a cavalry unit bearing the Rearmed weapon Arcane Qiang. As such, someone can have another ally inherit that weapon without losing Alfred. His sister Celine is an infantry unit with a green tome. Chloe, Celine's retainer, is a flying unit with a lance. Finally, Alear is an infantry unit with the sword Liberation. All four are only available as five-star units. Here is the full Fire Emblem Heroes banner looking at the four Engage heroes. People can spark up to two times on this banner. So after 40 pulls, then after 80 pulls, people will be able to select one of the four focus heroes. (The second time, you will only be able to pick from among the three you didn't take.) The official Twitter account also noted that Celine's Joyous Tome's ability isn't working completely as intended. It is supposed to heal the unit and allies for 7 HP if they are within three spaces of her. Fire Emblem Heroes is available for Android and Apple iOS devices. The first Engage characters banner will appear January 17, 2023. Fire Emblem Engage will come to the Nintendo Switch on January 20, 2023. Siliconera Sunday, January 15, 2023 11:30 PM We already know that both the Alhaitham banner and Xiao rerun banner in Genshin Impact would include the new four-star unit Yaoyao. However, HoYoVerse just confirmed the other two characters who will be focus units on it. When both appear on January 18, 2023, people will also have increased chances of getting Xinyan and Yunjin. As usual, people will be able to pick from one of two character banners when Wednesday comes. Regardless of whether they choose the five-star Dendro swordsman Alhaitham or the five-star Anemo polearm-wielder Xiao, the banner will feature the four-stars Xinyan, Yaoyao, and Yunjin. Xinyan is a Pyro claymore-wielder. Yaoyao is a Dendro polearm-user. Yunjin is a Geo polearm-bearer. All three four-stars hail from Liyue, which is celebrating its annual Lantern Rite. The Epitome Invocation weapons for the first half of the update also showed up in the announcement. The five-star sword meant for Alhaitham is the Light of Foliar Incision and available on the banner. So is the Primordial Jade Winged Spear, a five-star polearm with Xiao in mind. People will also have a higher chance of getting the four-star Flute sword, Lithic Spear, Rainslasher claymore, Sacrificial Bow, and Widsith catalyst weapons. Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and the Alhaitham and Xiao banners will appear on January 18, 2023. That is the day the 3.4 update will go live for the game.
