Star Wars Jedi Survivor has a major accessibility flaw

I was hopeful when I first booted up Respawn's Star Wars Jedi Survivor. Four years after Fallen Order's release, the games industry has made incredible strides in gaming accessibility, progressing far beyond the most basic expectations, such as subtitles and toggle settings.

Respawn's parent company, EA, is a proactive contributor to this progress, having shared its patented accessibility-centered technology for others to use free of charge. I'm even Twitter mutuals with incredible EA developers who are constantly pushing boundaries to include more disabled gamers in their playerbase than ever before.

Diablo 4 world boss Ashava spawn times, location, and how to beat

Ashava the Pestilent, the Diablo 4 beta world boss, is by far and away the toughest challenge in the server slam. This pestilent demon effortlessly steals the lives of wayward adventurers using its scythed talons – but you won't find her lurking at the end of a dungeon. Instead, Ashava's hellish portal only appears at set times. She's easy to miss, but we're here to help ensure you both locate and beat her within her set spawn times.

While there will undoubtedly be a whole host of Diablo 4 world bosses to take on once we're able to fully explore the open-world game upon its release date, there's currently only one world boss that you can expect to encounter in the Diablo 4 server slam. Here's the lowdown on Ashava the Pestilent's location and spawn times, so you can find and beat one of the toughest world bosses in what may be one of the best PC games of this year.

Shinobi Life 2 codes May 2023

May 12, 2023: We checked for new Shinobi Life 2 codes ahead of the weekend.

What are the new Shinobi Life 2 codes? Shinobi Life 2, which was formerly known as Shindo Life, is among the most popular gacha games on the Roblox platform thanks to its lightning-fast action, wealth of unlockables, and Naruto-like vibes. Developer RellGames is also an extremely active creator, delivering a tight weekly update schedule and serving up regular codes for rellcoins, spins, double XP, and more.

If you want to stay ahead of the competition, you'd be wise to make use of our codes list down below, which we update on a regular basis to bring you the latest rewards before they're gone for good. We'll also explain how to redeem Shinobi Life 2 codes (spoiler: it's a whole lot like redeeming Shindo Life codes), when you can expect new codes to arrive, and the platforms where they're most likely to drop. One of these Diablo 4 error codes is 315306: "Unable to find valid license", but this is actually one of the most simple errors you might see in the game, with a very easy 'fix'.

Genshin Impact codes May 2023 – redeem free primogems

What are the new Genshin Impact codes? Gathering currency in Genshin Impact can be quite the grind. While you can earn Mora and Primogems by completing quests such as daily commissions, an injection of extra funds will always be gratefully received. Fortunately, developer Hoyoverse occasionally sends out free gifts in the form of a Genshin redeem code. Most codes only work for a limited time - and they grant essential goodies like free Primogems and Mora - so it's a great idea to redeem them as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Genshin Impact codes are released periodically, frequently appearing in Hoyoverse's special programs that reveal information about future updates coming to the free PC game, but they can also drop to celebrate milestones or to coincide with new Genshin Impact events.  Below you'll find all the active Genshin Impact codes for May 2023, and we'll also detail what they get you, explain how to redeem them, and fill you in on where to look for more.

     Diablo 4 skill trees explained

Wondering how the Diablo 4 skill tree works? The Diablo 4 release date is getting closer, so you may want to learn more about how the class skill trees will work when the dungeon crawling role playing game finally arrives.

To make the most out of the skill tree system, you can follow our Diablo 4 classes guide, where we've dug deep to help you decide the best class to play. Although the options of abilities you find for each of them are fixed, new additions to the game are going to be constantly made in order to revitalize the players' experience and balance the builds, according to Blizzard's dev update blog.

Blizzard is "currently aiming for 30-40% of the nodes filled in for endgame, so that players can have very distinct, and different ways they build out their character." It looks like we can expect an increased emphasis on choosing particular skill branches to explore when customising our character, in contrast to building characters around powerful items and equipment. Here's how the skill tree will work in Diablo 4.

Roblox music codes May 2023 – the best song IDs

Looking for Roblox music codes? There are thousands of popular songs available to listen to in Roblox, simply by entering music ID codes into your boombox or the radio. Using song IDs, you can play your favourite TikTok songs in games with your friends.

So how do you play music in Roblox? The method varies depending on which game you want to blast your tunes in. Some games allow you free access to the boombox - simply equip and press it to bring up a text box in which you can enter a song ID code. Catalog Heaven is a great place to test the Roblox music codes you find, as it allows you to equip any boombox in the shop and try it out.

In most games, however, you'll need to use the radio to play music. This is usually part of a paid Game Pass - the price of a Game Pass is set by each game developer individually. Once you have access to the radio, you can use it in the same way as the boombox - simply enter the song ID code and press play. Occasionally, tracks are taken down by Roblox, so if a code stops working, you'll have to look for a replacement. Here are the best radio music codes in Roblox that work in May 2023.

The best PC simulation games 2023

What are the best simulation games on PC? From the all-time greats that are still worth playing; the sims with modding communities who breathe eternal life into them; the facsimiles of an aspect of reality so niche you can barely fathom their existence, we have everything you need here.

Sims differ from other PC games in that their raison d'être isn't necessarily to entertain, at least not primarily. You want fun and excitement? Tough. Operating a submarine is not that. It is, however, fascinating, terrifying, and hugely satisfying as a long-form experience. Such is the nature of the genre that seeking out the best PC sims is like asking for the 'special' stock the shopkeeper keeps in the back room.

Tunic developer Andrew Shouldice has made no secret about his love of The Legend Of Zelda over the years. He's not only spoken at length about how playing the original pair of Zelda games on the NES provided ample inspiration for his crafty hack and slasher, but you can also see it right there in the game itself, from your fox hero's bright green outfit to the beautifully illustrated in-game manual you piece together to unravel the world's mysteries.

But speaking with Shouldice at GDC this year, I wanted to talk to him another other potential source of inspiration. Before he struck out on his own to make Tunic, Shouldice cut his teeth making hidden object games, ranging from globe-trotting mystery adventures to Atlantean-themed detective stories. On paper, this earlier work would appear to provide the perfect proving ground for Tunic, as we all know by now that it holds plenty of secrets of its own. For Shouldice, though, it was more of a reaction against his earlier work that fuelled his approach to Tunic, as he gradually came to realise his hidden object games "weren't tapping into this very specific type of mystery and discovery and player agency and true exploration that I was interested in," he says.

Final Fantasy XIV Getting New Axolotl Mount and Ninja Dog Minion

New mounts and minions are a part of every major Final Fantasy XIV update, and the Letter from the Producer LIVE Part LXXVII showed an axolotl mount and ninja dog minion will be a part of the 6.4 patch. Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida and Global Community Producer Toshio "Foxclon" Murouchi showed a number of the new additions. While extra footage of those two initial characters appeared, there were also peeks at bed and mandragora mounts and monkey and odder otter minions too.

First, here's the axolotl mount in action in Final Fantasy XIV. It greatly resembles the Axolotl Eft minion already present in the game.

Next, here's the ninja dog minion walking around Yoshida's character in Final Fantasy XIV.

People can expect to see multiple new animals after the update. When going over things to come, Yoshida and Foxclon also shared that more will appear at the Island Sanctuary. People will also be able to grow new crops and place outdoor furnishings.

Final Fantasy XIV is immediately available on PC, PS4, and PS5, and patch 6.4 will release on May 23, 2023.

Final Fantasy XIV 6.4 Title

New details for the upcoming Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.4 appeared in the Live Letter from the Producer Part LXXVII (77). The patch was first detailed in a previous presentation, during which the title was revealed as The Dark Throne. Director and Producer Naoki "Yoshi-P" Yoshida and Global Community Producer Toshio "Foxclon" Murouchi hosted and announced that it would go live on May 23, 2023. Yoshida was also seen playing the newly released Tears of the Kingdom during the opening. From there, they offered more intense details about the game's update.

The biggest new additions are the new Dungeon, Raid and Trials. The Aetherfont was first detailed detailed in the previous Live Letter and is the new Dungeon. The new trials include The Voidcast Dais in Normal and Extreme difficulties, and Containment Bay Z1T9 trial with its Unreal difficulty. The new raid will Pandaemonium: Anabaseios at Normal difficulty, with the Savage difficulty to be added a week after the patch first goes live.

Also coming in patch 6.4 is the second Variant and Criterion Dungeon Mount Rokkon in Normal, Criterion, and Criterion (Savage) difficulties. Completion of the previous Variant dungeon The Sil'dihn Subterrane is not required to access the new one. Variant Dungeons can be played by casual parties of differing sizes, contain multiple story paths and have Duty Actions to make up for unbalanced party compositions. Criterion Dungeons are the higher difficulty and will require parties comprising of a tank, a healer and 2 DPS.

6.4 Final Fantasy XIV Island Sanctuary Update Adds Outdoor Furnishings Support

As part of the Letter from the Producer LIVE Part LXXVII, Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida and Global Community Producer Toshio "Foxclon" Murouchi went over Island Sanctuary updates. As expected, there will be a number of typical additions. For example, you can build new structures, grow new crops, raise more animals, have more isleworks handicrafts, gather from more places, and earn new rewards as you do things like go through new Sanctuary Ranks and Visions. However, there will also be new display options. Most notably, the Final Fantasy XIV Island Sanctuary will support outdoor furnishings.

The outdoor furnishings support is probably the biggest Final Fantasy XIV Island Sanctuary change. You can have up to 90 places for items. You won't have access to all 90 right away. These need to be earned via playing. You can place them anywhere, even near a structure like a house. However, you can't place a garden or striking dummy.

The update also went over additional furnishing glamours as well. Doing so binds them to you and your character. These can be dyed as well. One item can have a single glamour. The final point in this discussion's slide also noted, "Island prisms may be used to register furnishings, allowing you to place them even when not held in your inventory."

As for other 6.4 updates to the Final Fantasy XIV Island Sanctuary beyond outdoor furnishings, you can expect more of the following:

  • Animals
  • Craftable Items
  • Crops
  • Hideaway Construction Plots
  • Isleworks Handicrafts
  • Item Rewards
  • Materials
  • Sanctuary Ranks
  • Structures
  • Visions Quests
  • Wilds Gathering Area

Exact details about the new content didn't come up during the presentation's slides.

Final Fantasy XIV is immediately available on PC, PS4, and PS5, and patch 6.4 will release on May 23, 2023.

See FFXIV Pandaemonium: Anabaseios Savage Raid Reward Changes

Once Final Fantasy XIV Letter from the Producer LIVE Part LXXVII got going, Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida and Global Community Producer Toshio "Foxclon" Murouchi offered more specific details about various additions and changes. Among these were updates about Dungeons and Raids. Specifically, they showed off some of the FFXIV Pandaemonium: Anabaseios Raid and went over the Savage reward changes coming in patch 6.4.

The FFXIV Pandaemonium: Anabaseios Savage Raid reward changes all have to do with treasure coffers and the Mythos exchange. In terms of the treasures, you will see less if people completed the Duty before. The announcement noted that if over five people already did it, then you don't get anything. However, if only between one and four of the players did, then you will still get rewards. There will just be fewer than usual. The slide going over things said that one treasure offer will appear at the end. Yoshida and Foxclon's slide also noted the following two exact changes:

  • Coffers will not reward duplicate armor pieces for the same slot.
  • Body gear can be earned from Anabaseios: The Eleventh Circle.

The updated Mythos exchange rate can also be seen in the following slide from the showcase.

Naoki Yoshida Was Playing Tears of the Kingdom Before FFXIV Letter from the Producer Live

Ahead of the Letter from the Producer LIVE Part LXXVII broadcast, there was a brief segment where Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida and Global Community Producer Toshio "Foxclon" Murouchi talked and prepared. However, when one showed up on-stream, it involved another game. When Yoshida showed up for the presentation, he was carrying a The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom OLED Switch and playing the game.

When Yoshida sat down to appear on FFXIV Letter from the Producer LIVE, he had his The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Switch with him. He was very obviously playing during part of it. He then turned the system around and showed it to the audience, showing he was in the midst of actually playing the game.

As pointed out by Aitai Kuji CEO Audrey Lamsam, the fact Yoshida played The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom ahead of the FFXIV presentation is now trending in Japan. People are sharing comments and screenshots under the hashtag #吉田ゼルダ.

Final Fantasy XIV is immediately available on PC, PS4, and PS5, and patch 6.4 will release on May 23, 2023. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available for the Nintendo Switch.

Patch 6.4 Final Fantasy XIV Job Adjustments Include Dragoon and Paladin Changes

During the Letter from the Producer LIVE Part LXXVII, Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida and Global Community Producer Toshio "Foxclon" Murouchi went over the patch 6.4 Final Fantasy XIV job adjustments we can expect. In general, Yoshida explained there would be damage output rebalancing and party buff radius changes. However, both the Dragoon and Paladin in Final Fantasy XIV will see more specific changes.

First, Yoshida and Foxclon went over the more general updates. They noted there wouldn't be "large-scale changes" to how much damage every job will inflict on enemies. However, every role will be rebalanced. They didn't note if this will mean more or less damage, however. They also noted that buffs that increase damage inflicted or taken will have a larger radius. No specific ones were mentioned, but affected ones will now be 30 yalms.

As for the more focused Final Fantasy XIV job adjustments, two Dragoon attacks and one Paladin move will be changed. Here are the exact descriptions shared by Yoshida and Foxclon on a slide during the presentation.

  • Dragoon: Jump and High Jump will no longer affect the character's position as recognized by the server. In accordance with the change, both actions can now be performed while bound.
  • Paladin: Execution fo Atonement will no longer interrupt a combo.

We already knew a number of Blue Mage job adjustments would come in Final Fantasy XIV patch 6.4. Among the additions are more duty support, more equipment, and an increased level cap.

Final Fantasy XIV is immediately available on PC, PS4, and PS5, and patch 6.4 will release on May 23, 2023.

Are Koroks In Tears Of The Kingdom AnsweredIf you played anything of Breath of the Wild, even if you haven't touched it in several years. You definitely remember the Koroks and their little hide-and-seed challenge. No one can forget the Koroks. They have existed as far back as Wind Waker, being transformed versions of the Kokiri from Ocarina of Time after the Great Flood. Yet despite this earlier appearance, their presence in Breath of the Wild is the one most referenced for them being everywhere with their world famous ultimate collectible mechanic of Korok Seeds. But at least they're (hopefully?) not Imp form Kokiri anymore. So now with the Koroks summoned back from the recesses of your memory, and with The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom out, the important question remains: do they return for round two? Let's find out: are Koroks in Tears of the Kingdom? Finding the Seed Companions in a hopeless place Screenshot by PC Invasion Yes. No room for ambiguity there. The game takes about...
