Once upon a time, I went to Japan. I vividly remember visiting the equivalent of a Superdry or Abercrombie & Fitch, where one mannequin was wearing a shirt saying "noisy or joy" on the front, with "noisy so hate" on the back. I've spent many years pondering its meaning, but The Day Before has blown it out of the water.

What are the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League system requirements? With a release date locked in, it's almost time to see how Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, King Shark, and Deadshot fare against a band of superheroes turned evil.

With the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League release date moving to early 2024, it's set to be another game taking up a Q1 release to capitalize on post-holiday boredom. But will it require one of the best graphics cards to run? Fortunately, the system requirements are quite achievable, but we suspect that higher performance could be quite demanding.

Viking strategy game Northgard adds another clan to its roster with the launch of a new DLC faction, the Clan of the Owl. The protectors of Yggdrasil are a lore-driven group, and their arrival is accompanied by a big free update for the Norse RTS game, and a deep discount courtesy of a Steam sale. That means there's plenty of reason to come back if you're a veteran player, and a great chance for any potential newcomers to find out why it holds a 'very positive' 9/10 Steam user rating from almost 45,000 reviews.

What are the new Genshin Impact codes? Gathering currency in Genshin Impact can be quite the grind. While you can earn Mora and Primogems by completing quests such as daily commissions, an injection of extra funds will always be gratefully received. Fortunately, developer Hoyoverse occasionally sends out free gifts in the form of a Genshin redeem code. Most codes only work for a limited time - and they grant essential goodies like free Primogems and Mora - so it's a great idea to redeem them as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Genshin Impact codes are released periodically, frequently appearing in Hoyoverse's special programs, revealing information about future updates to the free PC game. They can also drop to celebrate milestones or to coincide with new Genshin Impact events.  You can find all the active Genshin codes for December 2023 below, and we'll also detail what they get you, explain how to redeem them, and fill you in on where to look for more.

The Walking Dead Betrayal, the multiplayer zombie survival game first released in September, is suddenly being pulled from Steam, as publisher Skybound says it was "not able" to build the community necessary to continue development. The recently new Walking Dead game pits teams of survivors against hordes of walkers, but also introduces a social deduction element, as some of the survivors are actually traitors attempting to bring down the group from within. Alongside The Walking Dead Destinies, which recently released to negative reviews, The Walking Dead Betrayal is based on the comic books and TV series of the same name. Nevertheless, the game will be taken offline, and all players will be given a full refund.

When is the Skull and Bones release date? We've lost count of how many times the pirate game has been pushed back, but we're not worried - despite a fairly cynical opinion across the board, what we've seen of Skull and Bones so far has given us more than a few reasons to be optimistic.

It won't feel like the end of the world getting Horizon Forbidden West to run on the Steam Deck, if the first game in the series is anything to go by. However, the post-apocalyptic sequel hasn't yet been checked for compatibility by Valve.

The Day Before Steam reviews are scathing, blunt, and enough to condemn the Fntastic zombie game - which was billed as an MMO, but plays more like an extraction shooter - to the all-time bottom ten on Valve's storefront. After launching into early access on Thursday, December 7, following a lengthy hype period that catapulted The Day Before to number two on the Steam wishlist chart, Fntastic's proposed sandbox survival sim now bears an 'overwhelmingly negative' rating, as players criticize everything from inaccessible servers, buggy maps, lack of other players and enemies, and a broken inventory system. The Day Before Discord server was previously locked down as bug reports and feedback flooded in. Now, Fntastic shares a new statement, describe the early access release as "quite challenging."

12/08/2023 Updated the LoL Arena tier list to show the current top ten team comps.

What are the best team comps in the League of Legends Arena mode? Arena is a 2v2v2v2 competition, pitting four teams of two champions against each other in increasingly deadly rounds until only one remains. It's all-action, and frankly, a ton of fun, but it can be extremely tough if you don't know what team compositions work well, as what works on the Rift doesn't necessarily work in the Arena.

The free PC game doesn't add new game modes very often, and what they did have (Twisted Treeline) was removed a long time ago to consolidate the playlists. Arena mode, however, gained huge support with its initial limited release, with peons like us, creators, and even pros testing their combat prowess in League of Legends' frenetic mode. If you plan on stepping into the Arena, you're going to want to know what kind of team composition works best, as choosing ineffectual champions will mean an early exit for you and your partner. Here's our opinion on what League of Legends team comps work best in Arena, as well as an exclusive from the devs at Riot.

The AOC Agon monitor AG493UCX2 is an absolute monster. Its curved 49-inch screen with a 32:9 aspect ratio is immensely impressive, and if you're looking to immerse yourself in your games (and you have plenty of desk space) you might be wondering whether it deserves your attention.

So is bigger, better? The screen resolution is 5120 x 1440 pixels across the 48.8-inch useable screen and despite its size, the curvature is more subtle at 1800R. It's not all about sheer dimensions for the AG493UCX2, though. As an upgrade on the existing AG493UCX, its 165Hz refresh rate puts it in the higher levels of the market, among the best curved gaming monitors, while six gaming modes can be tailored to different genres.

What lets this monitor down is the basic HDR support in the form of DisplayHDR400. It isn't bad, but it lags when compared to competitors like the Asus ROG Strix XG32UQ. If you want the very best screen quality possible, you will want to look elsewhere. But there's a lot to like about the Agon AG493UCX2, which we'll delve into below.

Genshin Impact 4.3 characters

During the Genshin Impact Version 4.3 special program, HoYoVerse showed off more details about new upcoming playable characters, Navia and Chevreuse, and the returning ones Ayaka, Raiden Shogun, and Yoimiya. As a reminder, both of the Fontaine characters will be Ousia ones.

Navia will be a five-star Geo Claymore character who works best with her allies, and she takes advantage of the Crystallize Elemental Reaction. Whenever a character in the party gets an Elemental Shard that she creates, Navia gains a Crystal Shrapnel charge. At max, she can have six at a time. The more Crystal Shrapnel stacks she has, she will fire more shots from her Skill, Ceremonial Crystalshot. You can also hold down the Skill button to manually aim. Navia's Burst can deal AoE Geo DMG.

Chevreuse will be a four-star Pyro Polearm character who can pull out a musket in combat. She works best with other Pyro or Electro characters, and she excels in an Overloaded-focused composition. When she uses her Skill, she uses her musket to deal AoE Pyro DMG, She can also temporarily heal the active character. Like Navia, Chevreuse can also hold down the Skill button to enter aiming mode. If the party triggers the Overloaded reaction, then Chevreuse can deal more damage. Finally, her Burst can deal Aoe Pyro DMG, with secondary explosive shells dealing Pyro DMG after a delay.

The characters in the first half of Genshin Impact Version 4.3 will feature Navia and the five-star Cryo character Ayaka. The second half will be the five-star Electro unit Raiden Shogun and Pyro one Yoimiya. Chevreuse will be on these banners in the second part of the update. Verdict will be a new five-star Claymore that you can pull for during the first half of Version 4.3.

Genshin Impact is readily available on the PS4, PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. Version 4.3 of Genshiin Impact will come out on December 20, 2023.
