Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Tuesday, September 23, 2025 11:52 AM ![]() Earlier this year, I had a good old time with Jump Space (née Ship)'s Steam Next Fest demo, in part because the demo's spaceship crewing and on-foot FPSing seemed to be in better technical shape than previous jaunts into the starry wastes. The bad news is that in the light of a full early access release, it's become easier to spot the cracks in the hull and the improperly fastened screw heads in the life support system. The good news? It's still good enough at inducing a high-fiving co-op buzz that I am, at the very least, willing to give it the time to tighten up. |

The Steam game, BlockBlasters, has now been yanked from sale, and the hackers reportedly identified and confronted by free-roaming cybersecurity nerds. The streamer in question, RastalandTV, has also been compensated for the theft. It's a happier ending than you often get from malware infection stories, and a reminder to be wary of random free games on Steam. |
Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Tuesday, September 23, 2025 10:00 AM ![]() Unlike Battle Brothers, there's no hoofing it across an overworld map in the hoo-rah space marine tactics of Menace. Instead, you'll build your squad and deploy them across strings of missions on what I assume at this point are multiple different planets. I'd love to be able to tell you more about the context surrounding the battles, since that context was what, for me at least, made Battle Brothers interesting. Edwin's got you somewhat covered there, anyway. For now, though, I can tell you that Menace feels intricate in its detail and occasionally cinematic in its skirmishes, with a focus on terrain, positioning, and line of sight that evokes a particularly chaotic and deadly tabletop miniatures game. |
Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Tuesday, September 23, 2025 7:17 AM ![]() Palworld developers Pocketpair have revealed Palfarm, a new farming spin-off whose cheeky compound title implies the possibility of countless other Palspin-offs, from Paltrain Simulator to Palnetenverteidigungskanonenkommandant. As in vanilla Palworld, you can capture Pals with different abilities and set them to work on tasks like sowing and watering. Here's a trailer. |
Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Tuesday, September 23, 2025 6:45 AM ![]() Kojima Productions have shared a new trailer for OD, their forthcoming horror game. Unlike last night's melancholy breadcrumb of Physint coverage, this reveal actually has substance. It looks a bit like P.T., Hideo Kojima's much-mourned teaser for his cancelled Silent Hills project, inasmuch as the game appears to be first-person, and the trailer is set in some kind of menacing residential building. The whole video is pervaded by the fear of something trying to get in, as expressed by the title "Knock". You can watch it below, unless you're too scared. |

Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Tuesday, September 23, 2025 5:11 AM ![]() Dear Hideo Kojima, you'd better give us a proper update on your new Metal Gear-style action-espionage game-movie wotsit Physint soon, because for every hour that passes, I think of another unbearable title pun. Perhaps I'd be more Physinto it if Kojima Productions would share a proper outline and explore the Physintricacies. But this is Hideo Kojima, a man of *grunts, strains* Sphysint-like enigma. A lot of Bennett Foddy games can seem deceptively simple, but quickly put some people off due to how difficult they can be to truly succeed. Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy is a great example, but the difficulty of VVVVVV and execution in entries like QWOP and CLOP could make them difficult to play for most people for long periods of time. Baby Steps sees him reuniting with Gabe Cuzzillo and Maxi Boch for a game along the lines of QWOP that feels approachable, delightful, and even meaningful. It'll still absolutely smack you down, especially if you feel like you "mastered" certain skills and terrain types. But I found it easier to bounce back here than in past games.
Nate is not doing great. He lives with his parents. He spends most of his time watching TV or playing games. His social skills aren't good, and it seems like he isn't the best at taking initiative. One day, while he's doing his thing, he finds himself teleported to another place, dropped in a pool in a cave. From there, we help him find his way walking through the wilderness, doing things like finding hats and toilets along the way. Of course, there are also the campfires, which feel like poignant messages and insights into his psyche and development. But the incidental activities and surprising "quests" you can happen upon can feel just as fulfilling.
Baby Steps is another Bennett Foddy style physics game with deceptively simple controls. The triggers will make Nate lift his left or right legs, and you move the left analog stick to control how far forward, backward, left, and right he moves with each step. Depending on the angle and presses, Nate could walk leisurely along flat surfaces or even sort of gradually scale more steeper structures or landscapes. Different types of terrain work differently, such as standard grass or pavement, wet ground, sand, or actual ponds and streams. This means it is very easy for the environment to influence our control over Nate, as well as Nate and his momentum to affect certain items around him.
Which, as you can guess, is what makes Baby Steps feel so satisfying and entertaining. Our initial task is pretty easy. Walk out of a cave. Things gradually get more difficult. Find a way around a locked gate keeping us from a different area. Reach a toilet that Nate can actually use to relieve himself. I think the game feels like a mixture of QWOP and Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy most of the time, since we'll need to complete a certain objective, have the tools and perhaps even the skills to do it, but the timing, layout of the world around us, and sometimes even a little luck regarding positioning and precision will determine if we manage to push forward.

Now, I never beat Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy, as that game absolutely beat me instead. It infuriated me sometimes. With Baby Steps there are times that it will get me down, but it feels more fleeting. The combination of the controls and approachability that allows us to explore other options for certain situations made it feel less daunting. Like if I didn't have luck with one approach, maybe I try something else? Things like mud, sand, and ice absolutely suck, of course, as does the final area. But I really feel like if you spend enough time controlling Nate, you pick up skills that make things feel more manageable. Also, due to the way things are broken up and spaced out, I didn't feel like I lost as much progress here as I did at times in Getting Over It.
I don't know if it also is due to the fantastic soundtrack, where the sounds of nature around Nate begin to pipe up into a symphony once you find a rhythm, get going, and make substantial progress, but I found it easier to find a good groove. The control scheme meant if I found a relatively flat or slightly angled trail for a spell, I could even almost get him up to a solid sprint. And even if a portion of the mountain or an area looks too intimidating to climb, I suspect it could be possible. There were times I somehow managed to work my way up some unwelcoming spots by moving carefully, taking my time, and really playing around with footholds.
Baby Steps also features some unexpectedly fun incidental changes in Nate as we play. For example, we can find a hat! I did it! It ended up ruining my life for a bit, since I was determined to keep it and it would very likely fall off when he'd fall. At one point it fell off when I got across a river with waterfall. I stepped wrong after getting across, and it fell off. I pressed A to retrieve it, and the way Nate bent meant he went too close to the water when he got it. Nate and the hat went cascading down with the flow, and I never saw that hat again. Cursed. Also, he'll get dirty if you fall a bunch and you'll see sweat stains form if you manage to maintain a good stride for a long period. Head to a cold area, and that will be reflected too.

It is also blatantly and intentionally hilarious. Some of it is toilet humor. (Literally and figuratively.) It's the funniest game I've played this year. Putting up with all the frustration is worth it when you make it to certain NPCs, animals, or items.
I've been primarily playing Baby Steps on a handheld gaming PC (Lenovo Legion Go), and it works perfectly on it. It looks fantastic. There's no lag when walking. The controller support is wonderful. Support for Steam Deck style devices is great, and it felt just as solid here as it did on an actual PC.
Baby Steps is yet another example of a Bennett Foddy game that can test you, frustrate you, and make you laugh at the silliest situations.. The controls are fantastic, so it feels like they never fail you. The types of terrain and situations can be goofy and challenging. At the same time, there's a message about growth and development that comes through that made me feel like I wasn't just having an absolute ball flailing my way through strange spaces, but learning more about Nate and rooting for him in the process.
Baby Steps is available for the PS5 and PC.

Taito announced a piece of Final Fantasy XIV merchandise it will offer as a prize in Japanese arcades, and it is a FFXIV Crescent Moon Lamp with a Loporrit sitting on it. That will begin showing up in Japanese arcades in late September 2025, though there is no exact release date for it just yet. At the moment, only one retailer that ships outside Japan is selling it. Aitai Kuji has a listing live for ¥3,500 (~$24), and it says people can expect it to ship in November 2025.
This pairing makes sense. In FFXIV, the rabbit-like Loporrit is a race that calls the moon its home. They first appeared in the Endwalker expansion for the game, and have shown up in various situation since. The one appearing on the lamp bares a passing resemblance to the NPC Namingway.
As for the moon itself, it is a yellow crescent moon with silver embellishments at the top and bottom. It sits on a black stand. When turned on, it emits a pale yellow glow. It stands at over five and a half inches tall (~14cm).
Here's the first photo of it:

This is the second game-related lamp Taito is offering as a prize in Japan in the near future. It also will release a Death Stranding 2 "Like" lamp that is triggered by motion. When someone sets it off, it lights up and plays a sound effect from the game. That shows up in November 2025.
The Final Fantasy XIV Crescent Moon Lamp with Loporrit will appear in Japanese arcades at the end of September 2025, and FFXIV is available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC worldwide.

Sony confirmed via the PlayStation Blog that it will hold a dedicated State of Play stream showing PS4 and PS5 games during the 2025 Tokyo Game Show, and it will air on September 24, 2025. It will appear at 2pm PT/5pm ET/11pm CET. This State of Play will also be shorter than the TGS 2025 Nintendo Direct, which lasted 60 minutes, and be 35 minutes total. The showcase will air on Twitch and YouTube.
We only know about one confirmed title that will appear during this presentation. Saros will appear during it. This is from Housemarque, which worked on Returnal, and it is set to appear on the PS5 in 2026. That confirmation also helps us pin down more details about the schedule for this showcase. Sony already confirmed that game's portion will take up 5 minutes of the total presentation. That means the other 30 minutes will look at other developers' titles. The company did note that first party, third party, and indie games will all take part.
The placeholder for this TGS 2025 State of Play is already live on YouTube. You can set a reminder and find it below:
The 2025 Tokyo Game Show runs September 25-28, 2025, and Sony will discuss new and upcoming PS4 and PS5 games during its TGS 2025 State of Play stream at 2pm PT/5pm ET/11pm CET on September 24, 2025.

There are new details about two Kojima Productions games out of TGS 2025, thanks to a "Beyond the Strand" stream, and it means we got to see a new OD trailer called "Knock" and learn more about the cast of Physint cast. Both are games we already knew about, but didn't see much during Death Stranding 2's development and launch. ABC Animation Studio is also working on a Death Stranding Mosquito anime movie about a new character in that universe. Kojima Zaku Ludens sake and a MUFG Hideo Kojima credit card are also on the way.
OD is a new horror game, and Kojima already confirmed Jordan Peele is working with him on it back in December 2023. As the title suggests, it begins with someone knocking at an ornate, red door, then slipping a card through. After that, a place card mentions 10 years passed since a horror project, which seems to reference Kojima's involvement with the canceled P.T. Silent Hill game. A person grabs the card and flips it to reveal the words, "Light the fires to celebrate their ____ ___________." A symbol is underneath that. A person then walks around a room and approaches an altar with lots of candles. The person lights a match, then lights some of them. Knocking can be heard after lighting some, and a baby cries after one shaped like a baby is lit. After lighting some candles, the knocking stops, we hear a door open and we get to see the woman, played by Sophia Lillis, who was lighting the candles as a ghost attacks.
Here's that "Knock" trailer:
As for Physint, we know a little less about it. It's a Metal Gear style espionage game. This announcement showed key art and noted three members of its cast are Charlee Fraser, Don Lee, and Minami Hamabe.
And here's the new key art for both OD and Physint.

Gameloft has officially announced the return of Disney Dreamlight Valley's Beauty and the Beast Realm. As part of a free content update, the Return to Beast's Castle update will introduce new characters, add additional realm quests, and include a brand-new Star Path to explore.
Disney Dreamlight Valley Return to Beast's Castle update release date
![]()
Disney Dreamlight Valley's Return to Beast's Castle update will officially launch on October 1 at 8am CT. It'll be free for everyone to access, regardless of whether you've participated in previous updates or purchased any expansion packs.
Here's a breakdown of when the update will come out in various timezones:
The Return to Beast's Castle update continues DDV's story within the Beauty and the Beast Realm, where you first unlocked Belle and The Beast. Throughout this storyline, we explored multiple rooms of the castle, including an outdoor courtyard, bedrooms, and a library, while searching for these two.
If you haven't completed its story yet, you'll need to progress through its quests first before diving into its second half. Unlocking the realm's door costs 12,500 Dreamlight, letting you complete a few quests that lead to Belle and The Beast joining your village.
This time, we'll meet Lumière and Cogsworth, who'll help navigate us through more of the castle and, eventually, join our village and friends. At the time of writing, there's no word on what their quests entail, or whether the castle itself will expand beyond the rooms we previously explored.
With the Return to Beast's Castle update comes a new Star Path, fit with a new set of cosmetic unlocks, motifs, and Moonstones if you finish everything it has to offer. There are currently no further details on what the Star Path's rewards and theme are.

Sony revealed that this State of Play will consist of "more than 35 minutes of reveals and news from developers around the world," including "new looks at anticipated third-party and indie titles, plus updates from some of our teams at PlayStation Studios."
The main course for this event appears to be SAROS, with five minutes of gameplay for Returnal dev Housemarque's next title ready to be shown off. But beyond that, we're left a bit in the dark as to what to expect. But here's what we're thinking we could be shown.
Table of contents
Sept. 2025 State of Play predictions
Marvel's Wolverine
![]()
You ready, bub? I certainly hope Logan is ready to show off how he's looking over four years since the next title from Insomniac Games was revealed. It's been nearly two years since the massive hack that dropped a bunch of pre-alpha gameplay and story details for the game, and I think it's high time for the Marvel's Spider-Man dev to reveal what it's been working on since.
And while we're at it, why not confirm Marvel's Spider-Man 3? It's years away, but confirmation that it's coming would bring enough hype to sate the fanbase for a while.
Resident Evil Requiem
![]()
A plethora of rumors have pointed to the next RE9 showcase finally confirming that Leon Kennedy will be a second playable character in the survival horror sequel. Now's the time to start ratcheting up the hype leading towards the game's release at the end of February, and Leon is the perfect agent for that. If not during this State of Play, then expect RE9 next week at TGS.
Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet
![]()
Heading into 2026, Naughty Dog's new IP is one that PlayStation is banking on. A new trailer showcasing some gameplay or more story elements along with a confirmed release window would really light things up.
Marathon update
![]()
Bungie's sci-fi extraction shooter was meant to release this week, but after a disappointing closed beta test and plagiarism scandal, the Destiny dev has been working on fixing wrongs and bringing the game up to snuff. I'd expect an update on the game as well as a new release date during this showcase.
Fairgame$? Maybe? Hello?
This game may be dead in the water, or maybe Haven Studios has been working hard behind the scenes on the PvPvE heist game that hasn't been heard from since its reveal two years ago. Either way, I would love to know more.
Ghost of Yotei
![]()
The State of Play takes place one day before Ghost of Yotei reviews begin popping up, so I'd expect another short trailer or launch trailer to be shown during the showcase.
Third-party titles
It's reasonable to expect several trailers and updates for games not made by PlayStation, but ones that could have a big impact on the rest of the year. Battlefield 6, ARC Raiders, and some other titles coming in early 2026 could pop up. GTA 6? I won't hold my breath.
The September 2025 State of Play kicks off on Sept. 24 at 4pm CT, and will be live streamed on PlayStation's YouTube and Twitch channels.

Level 39 of I'm Not a Robot is intuitive. All you have to do is turn on your webcam or phone camera and express emotions when prompted. What complicates this level is that it won't always work properly, so here's how to solve these issues and complete the level.
As soon as you enter level 39, you'll be prompted to turn on your webcam. Accept it, and if it all works fine, you'll see yourself on the screen. First, show a big smile to express happiness, which should fill up the bar at the top as you hold that smile. If that doesn't work, the game might be bugged, as it was in my case. When I tapped the refresh button on the bottom left of my image in the game and tried again, the happiness bar started filling up normally.
Then, repeat that process for sadness, anger, and surprise. If at any point the bar doesn't fill up, tap that refresh button in the game.
How to solve level 39 if your webcam doesn't work
When I first played this level, my PC webcam didn't start, even though I let the game access it. The game simply unlocked the Verify button a few seconds later and let me skip the level without doing any facial expressions. If your camera doesn't work, wait and see if you can click Verify to move on.
If you don't have a camera, see if this same skip is possible. Otherwise, try playing the game on your phone if you are on the PC.
If you're still stuck in later levels, check out the full walkthrough for I'm Not a Robot.

I'll show you some early game to mid-game tips to build the best Build Ur Base layout. Then, we'll go into the best Weapons and Blocks in terms of DPS for Defense and Weapons and HP for tanking Blocks. Here's my complete Build Ur Base Weapon and Defense tier list and Block guide.
Table of contents
Build Ur Base Weapons and Defense Tier List
The core of your defenses will be your best Weapons and Defense blocks so this Build Ur Base tier list will focus on DPS. I've calculated the highest damage-per-second values for all Defense Blocks and Weapons on 1x Speed. Here are the best early to late game options.
Best Blocks in Build Ur Base - HP Values
We've covered the DPS Blocks for damage and now here are the regular Blocks for tanking. I'll list all of their HP values below from the beginner ones to the tankiest options. Note that decor Blocks like windows, stairs and wedges have the same HP as their same material counterparts/regular Blocks. Spikes are the same but they deal damage around them and Laser Doors also work the same way but have twice the HP value of their material.

Build Ur Base Tips & Tricks
This Build Ur Base guide will go into important beginner and intermediate tips. They'll help you start with the best base layout. Make sure to check the DPS and HP value stats above:
Rinse and repeat this process as you grind cash for better Blocks and Defenses. Don't forget to build up a strong base before you go AFK to farm while you're away. Check out the DPS and HP values for all Blocks above.
That's it for my Build Ur Base guide and tier list. If you like Build Ur Base I highly recommend checking out our Build Defense codes for free goodies for a similar Roblox game.

How hard can it be to convince an AI chatbot that you're human? Unfortunately, the task can be pretty tricky in level 42 of I'm Not a Robot. This guide will still help you complete the level and unlock the next test.
How to complete Reverse Turing in I'm Not a Robot
Titled Reverse Turing, Level 42 is all about convincing AI that you're a human. You start with a normal chat, and then begin responding accordingly.
The difficulty of the task comes from the fact that you don't have an unlimited number of questions. You'll only get a few attempts before the AI declares that you couldn't be verified as a human.
![]()
There are two ways to complete the task. If you're all about reaching the end, you can use the message: typo starts at 100%. This is apparently a cheat code working at the time of writing this guide. It automatically helps you to reach 100% instantly on the Human Confidence Level meter.
If you don't want to use unfair means, try asking questions with deeper meaning. Questions about emotions and spirituality work better in my experience. However, don't try to ask questions or give responses that a bot might as well. In such cases, your Human Confidence could actually go down.

Level 33 of I'm Not a Robot will test how much you love capitalism—I mean, how many brand logos you know. Your goal in this level is to enter the text in the picture to solve it, but unlike level two, the "text" is a bunch of distorted brand logos.
It can get confusing: should you type the company name? And what company is that logo from?
This guide can only help you get to the answer, but not the exact answer for your case. That's because every player gets a different combination of logos on level 33, so it's a matter of understanding how to solve it on your own, and that's how I can help you.
Tips to beat level 33 in I'm Not a Robot
Here's an example of a combination of company logos I got on level 33:
![]()
For the picture above, the logos, from left to right, are: Netflix, Notion, Adobe, Disney, and X (formerly Twitter). So, the answer would be NNADX.
Here are other logos I could find by refreshing the picture on this level:

The best Skill in Endless Horde depends on what game mode you're going for whether it be story progression or endless. I'll talk about the most powerful skills for both modes in two separate tier lists with explanations for each skill. Here's my Endless Horde skill tier list and guide.
Table of contents
Endless Horde Skill Tier List (Story)
![]()
For the Endless Horde skill tier list for story mode you want fast Skills that are good right off the bat and can hit fliers. This means that Grenade and Lightning take the cake for fliers and Shooting is the best skill for DPS and it too can hit fliers with Tracking Bullets from the Lightning synergy. Skills like Laser Beam are much slower and worse off here but it gets better for Endless which I'll talk about below. For now, let's dive into the ranking explanations for all individual skills below.
S-Tier Story Skills
A-Tier Story Skills
B-Tier Story Skills
C-Tier Story Skills
Endless Horde Skill Tier List (Infinite)
![]()
As for the Endless mode Endless Horde skill tier list the rankings change because some Skills like Laser Beam become much better. This is due to the fact that you have more time to reach the OP late-game upgrades and synergies like Laser Beam's Nuclear Laser upgrade + Missile Grenade upgrade for Nuke Grenade. Shooting is still the best skill so you can't go wrong with that. Let's dive into each individual skill below.
S-Tier Endless Skills
A-Tier Endless Skills
B-Tier Endless Skills
C-Tier Endless Skills
That's for my guide on the best Skills tier list in Endless Horde. Check out our Endless Horde codes article for any new potential codes that might pop up for free goodies.

The appropriately named puzzle difficulties in Silent Hill f could leave you roaming aimlessly in the dense fog for good. Some puzzles may make you sigh, cry, and want to die, but solving them never felt so good.
Here are all story puzzle solutions for Hard and Lost in the Fog difficulties to help you reach Silent Hill f's conclusion.

Place the following items in this order:
Shrine Vault
![]()
Surrounding the Shrine Vault door are three areas that the four-legged creature slowly patrols. This monster's blind, so make as little noise as possible if you want to avoid fighting him. You need to find the three ema displaying these images: purple flowers with green leaves, lightning striking, and a dead tree with the moon centered behind it (you also get the combination lock dial here). Each ema correlating to the puzzle will only show up once, whereas all other ema repeat, meaning you're on the lookout for three unique ema.
The combination from top to bottom is: circle with two lines inside, circle with curved cross inside, and square with an overlapped backwards J.
Field
Referring to the message sprawled across the scarecrow's face covering, locate and pull the Flash Card embedded in one of the schoolgirl scarecrows on the field. The scarecrow springs to life and attacks if you guess wrong. Here's which scarecrow you should choose per riddle:

Stairwell

Go to the stairwell nearest the room with Shu and Rinko inside. Check the photo on the stairwell wall for information on the principle. Go to the schoolyard out front via a window in the classroom opposite the locker room. Avoid the enemies in this area and pick up the Main Building 2F Stair Key from the flowerbed at the far-right corner, between two flights of stairs.
Secret Box
Here we'll show you which items need to be on display on the Secret Box to get Rinko's letters to Shu and the Second Floor Classroom Generic Key.

Locker
![]()
I was on this puzzle for an embarrassingly long time because I hadn't found everything I needed to solve it. The main component to solve the locker combinations is the formula: "AISITERU" equals 4151+3√6. Here's the solution:
Asakura (to get Key Cabinet Key)
Aoi (to get Suga's code)
Suga (to get School Bag)
Tsuchiya
Light
Have the fox and the rabbit statue on both tables face away from each other, levelling out the crates for you to pick up the Restraint and Talon Lampshades.
Memories
![]()
Find Drawing of Hinako in the uppermost left corner (dead end) of the area you need to search for Shu's prized possessions. Then find the Brainiac Hero Comic on the second floor of the far-east arena area, past the two levers you need to pull to enter this mini-boss fight.
Ominous Photo

First, find the Oct. 6 Calendar Page near the main door you're supposed to open (where you hear Shu's voice behind it). Then use the Calendar on the blank wall next to the door at the end of the corridor with the shrine in the middle of said corridor. Go to the right-hand side corridor in the Shimizu Residence II, where a four-legged monster spawns, to find Hinako's Photo in the room at the end of this area.
Return to the first Shimizu Residence and go to the photo room, placing Hinako's Photo on the empty wall. Keep every photo aside from Hinako's upright, turning her image upside down to get the White Bird and Fox Plate.

Here's the order we used to complete this puzzle quickly after finding all calendars to access the other two versions of Hinako's house:

Place the following items in this order:
Shrine Vault
![]()
Locate the three yokai in the ema display areas surrounding the Shrine Vault. This was, without a doubt, the hardest puzzle to figure out, and I still don't understand the answer. The combination from top to bottom reads: circle with two vertical lines inside, peace sign, and snake-looking symbol with a line underneath the head.

There are more objects to look through for this Secret Box puzzle, including new sliding components.

Second box
Third box
Locker
![]()
The only thing that's changed here is Asakura's code; all other solutions are the same as seen in the Hard version.
Asakura (to get Key Cabinet Key)
Light
Turn the fox and rabbit away from each other on the left. Then turn both the fox and the rabbit to face the far left to pick up the two Lampshades.
Memories
![]()
Find the Drawing of Hinako and Heroic Comic in the same locations as found in the Hard version. The Ray Gun is inside the arena where the birthing monster resides; on the ground floor, near the stairwell to reach the Comic and lever to return Shu's prized possessions.
Ominous Photo
![]()
The only difference with this puzzle compared to the Hard version is that Hinako's parents and Rinko are crossed out. This means their pictures need to be rotated upside down, while Hinako's photo (which you can find in the usual spot), and Sasuko and Shu's picture stay upright.
You need the Calendar Pages to reach the other two versions of Shimuzu Residence.
My Room
![]()
Locate the three crests, one found in each version of the Shimizu Residence. What's neat about this version is that the method stays the same on where and how to get each plate, but the scenes of Hinako's memories as she moves throughout this location change, giving us new lore to enjoy and analyze.
This version, however, changes the scale and ominous photo puzzles. This time, you need to place the two girl figures on the right scale and the fox, headless figure, and elderly woman on the scale to the left to get the Scales Plate.
![]()
Place the plates in this order when you have all plates: White Bird (left), Sword (up), Scales (right), and rotate Land Plate so it's blank (down).
Mural

Insert the crests you found behind the three surrounding doors in these slots:

Level 25 of I'm Not a Robot forces you to express your creativity with a mouse, but it doesn't really tell us much else.
Given the blank canvas in front of you, this can be pretty confusing. Different tools and colors, along with an eraser, are available. Interestingly, you won't actually have to create a masterpiece to proceed to the next level. The required solution is easier than you might think, and this guide will help you proceed to the next level.
How to solve level 25 of I'm Not a Robot
The name of this level is Creativity, and you have to make a drawing. Here's what you have in front of you.
![]()
So, how do we complete this level? After all, there are no instructions about what we need to create on the canvas. That's the beauty of the task - you can make whatever you want. As I said, the key part is to use all four tools.
To complete the steps mentioned above, you'll need to use at least three different colors. You can use more if you want, but three is the bare minimum.
Once done, press Verify to proceed to the next step. If you have performed all the steps mentioned here correctly, you should be able to unlock Level 26. If not, there will be a noise alert, and you'll have to begin from scratch.
If you complete Level 25, you're slightly above the midway point. There are 48 levels to complete, and we have a complete set of solutions if you get stuck midway.

After skipping a few events, Dudunsparce has finally joined Pokémon Go, and with it, its rare Three Segment evolution form is also making an appearance. But the chances of getting it are pretty slim.
For those who are clueless on what I am talking about, when you evolve Dunsparce into Dudunsparce in the Pokémon games, there is a slim chance that it'll have a three-sphere-shaped body over its regular two-sphere shape. This form is known as Three Segment, and is very rare, with that rarity crossing over to the mobile games.
So how does it work?
What are the chances of getting the Three Segment form of Dudunsparce in Pokémon Go?
Firstly, to evolve a Dunsparce into Dudunsparce, you need to use 50 Dunsparce candy. It's pretty simple, and there is no extra adventure effect to worry about, so you won't need to do anything extra on your quest to get a Three Segment form.
When you evolve Dunspace, it has a 1/100 chance of evolving into the Three Segment form, so for every evolution you do, those odds are rolled, and you won't know if you got it until the evolution ends and you see your new Pokémon.
These odds are the same for the Maushold line, which also has a 1/100 chance of evolving into the Family of Three evolution instead of its usual Family of Four form. These two Pokémon are unique in having these evolutions in-game.
If you want to try and get a Shiny Three Segment form, then you need to hope you either have a box full of the Shiny Pokémon, or you have incredible luck to find one. Thankfully, during the week of release, Dunsparce is having an increased spawn rate as well as an increased Shiny Rate, so maybe if you are lucky, you will find the Three Segment form sooner rather than later.
