Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Friday, November 21, 2025 7:23 AM It's fair to say Fallout 4's anniversary update's earned some stick due to effect it had on PC mods, just like the RPG's next-gen update did before it. Lots of works needed updating, and while that happened pretty quickly in a number of cases, there was still disruption for some additions that generally feel a lot more necessary over on console. Enter modding platform Nexus Mods, who've decided to follow-up the update by putting together their own "anniversary collection" of Fallout 4 mods from the works they host, with hopes it'll serve as a free alternative aimed at celebrating ten years of the RPG being modded. |
Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Friday, November 21, 2025 5:22 AM Similar to Nic (RPS in peace), I am both beguiled and maybe just a little riled by how much Tarsier's Reanimal looks like the studio's previous Little Nightmares games. Once again, it's a game about small children in sinister headgear travelling through a collapsed and raggedy storybook world of ogres and abductors. Still, Tarsier have a magnetic capacity for icky monster designs – shout out to Spider Sheep in the trailer there, who absolutely won't be getting an eye-popping animated Marvel spin-off – and Reanimal is something of a departure once you peel back the layers of suppurating flesh. |

Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Friday, November 21, 2025 4:51 AM "And then one day you find ten years have got behind you - no one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun," sing David Gilmour and Richard Wright in Pink Floyd's "Time". I once thought that song was about mortality and the necessity of carpeing that diem, but it turns out Pink Floyd were stealthily pitching the core concept for Erosion, an open world roguelike shooter from Plot Twist in which the world advances one decade when you die. The core mechanics are all there in the song: running, gunning, time-shifting, the lack of explicit hand-holding expected of an open worldo. The pitch has evolved over the (argh) half-century since "Time", admittedly. Pink Floyd make no mention of the post-apocalyptic wild west in their lyrics, for example, nor do they pack in any high stakes poker games or the prospect of being eaten by sandworms. |

Wishblossom Ranch has all kinds of unique ingredients you can find, which means there are also plenty of special recipes to cook in Disney Dreamlight Valley. One of the many dishes you might want to cook up while exploring the ranch is Button Stew.
It's always tough to figure out the right ingredients for a new recipe, as there are so many unique ingredients to choose from and no way to know the right ones until you simply try to cook. If cooking this dish has you stumped, here's how to make Button Stew in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
Button Stew recipe in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The recipe for Button Stew is one Button Mushroom and one Carrot. Unfortunately, as of Nov. 11, 2025, this recipe is bugged and cannot be cooked as intended. All Wishblossom Ranch recipes involving Button Mushrooms are bugged, so although the ingredients are correct, the dish you get from cooking them won't be what you want.
Although this recipe cannot be cooked at the time of writing, it will likely be fixed in a future update. Issues like this one tend to be patched in major updates, and since the next one is slated for Dec. 10, 2025, we can likely expect a fix to come with the update, if not sooner.
Button Stew is a highly beloved dish among horses, especially Khan, whom you unlock during the Crystal Caverns: Glamour Gulch quest. It's tough to build your bond with him without it, as you likely won't be able to give him all three of his favorite daily items.
As soon as this dish can be properly cooked, we'll provide an update here. For now, though, all you can do is stock up on the ingredients for it and wait for the devs to release a fix.
How to get Button Mushrooms in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Button Mushrooms are the main ingredient in this dish, and they can be found growing all around the wild in Glamour Gulch. This includes the Runway River, Paisley Park, Modish Marsh, and Haute Plateau areas.
This item appears as a small, circular, bright yellow clump of mushrooms. The tops are dotted with plus signs of different colors, including purple, blue, red, and more colors. They stand out quite well againt the dark red and black color pallete in Glamour Gulch, making them easy to find once you know where to look.
As you hunt around for this item, be sure to check inside all caves in Glamour Gulch. There are quite a few, and I've found many Button Mushrooms hidden away in them, so it's always worth checking to ensure you don't miss any.
How to get Carrots in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Carrots are a crop you must purchse, plant, water, grow, and harvest yourself. You can buy seeds from Goofy's Stall in the Peaceful Meadow biome. They cost 10 Star Coins to buy, and roughly 15 minutes to grow. The growth time is cut down to about 13 minutes if you plant them in the Peaceful Meadow region.
If you're looking for another dish horses enjoy, you might try cooking Beet Sugar Sculpture. And once you're done cooking, there's plenty more to tackle around Wishblossom Ranch, like feeding Sweet Bees, getting Old Braided Rope, completing The Skunk Rebellion, and acquiring all horse mount customization options.

Monsters or Entities in Deadly Delivery are getting more varied with every update and each one has a different strategy to deal with it. I'll show you how to beat or survive all of them with specific tips and tricks for each one. Here's my all entities and monsters guide in Deadly Delivery.
Table of contents
Deadly Delivery All Entities and Monsters
Below you'll find a full list of all monsters and entities in Deadly Delivery and how to deal with them. I'll explain strategies for both solo and team play. I'll also provide additional tips and notes for specific monsters like the Crocodile Mama Egg event. Let's dive into each monster individually.
Burning Turkey and Turkey Manager
Both variations of turkeys in Deadly Delivery will just charge a random player to try to attack them for low damage then move away and charge again. The Burning Turkey burns out fast and dies by itself so just use a bat to swat it away when it's close. Otherwise, if you don't have a bat just run away or use a box cover to hide and it'll burn out eventually.
The Turkey Manager variation crackles with electricity and appears on lower levels having much more HP and being faster. The strategy is the same, have your back open for an exit and just keep hitting it with a weapon and backing away. Note that these can spawn in large variations so don't get spooked, just keep hitting and avoiding them until they die.
Pit Maw
Pit Maws are stationary traps that you can easily spot on the ground and just avoid. If you approach them you'll get hit for about 25% to 30% HP and they'll eat some items. You can drop a larger item for them to swallow and they'll despawn but honestly there's no need since they're easy to avoid unless they directly block a narrow path. You'd just be wasting an item. That said, be careful about dropping items near them, like when sorting inventory for example, since they will eat the item. Happened to me accidentally more times than I'd like to admit.
Walking Food Monsters
Walking Food/Item critters have a chance to spawn on item pickups where the item gets legs, a shriek plays and it starts running away. They don't deal damage but they can be annoying since you have to chance the item down if you don't have a bat. The best way to deal with them is to just smack them with a weapon and they'll drop the item which you can then pick up.
Monster Fridge
The Monster Fridge is the easiest monster to deal with in Deadly Delivery. You'll notice loot-filled fridges in all levels which you should always open from the side (open and move aside). Each fridge has a chance to be a Monster Fridge that attacks in a cone in front of the fridge when you open them for about 25% to 30% HP damage. You can identify them by slurping noises when standing close to a fridge and looking for a tentacle on the hinges. That said, it's much easier to just open all fridges from the side and not worry about it.
Clones
Clones of you and other players in your lobby spawn on the lower levels. If you're playing alone, it's easy to recognize them because, well, you're the only one in the lobby and it looks like you. When playing with more people, clones can appear as other people's Roblox models. You can easily spot them via Roblox model mistakes or their AI which makes them run in place, stare at one point too long or run toward you or other players aggressively. Avoid direct contact since they deal increasingly higher damage on lower levels so just smack them with weapons and back away until you kill them. Watch out for Pit Maws when kiting backwards.
Crocodile Mama
Crocodile nests randomly spawn in the lower levels and are always surrounded by water, a Crocodile Mama monster and a valuable Crocodile Egg loot item in the middle. The Crocodile Mama isn't hostile until you pick up the Egg which is worth a lot of cash. The strategy here is to always plan your escape route from the Egg to the extraction room in advance. Then, once you know the route back, one player should pick up the egg and drain stamina to sprint straight for the extraction room. Crocodile Mama will aggro and chase the player with the Egg dealing high damage if she makes contact.
Once the Egg-carrier runs out of stamina, they should drop the Egg since Crocodile Mama will de-aggro on them once the egg is dropped. From here, another player with full stamina should pick up the egg and full sprint for the extraction room. Repeat until you have secured the egg in your loot pile. If no player holds the egg, Crocodile Mama will wander the level but will not aggro on anyone unless they carry the egg.
The Forsaken - Puppet
The Forsaken in Deadly Delivery moves and attacks when no one in the lobby is looking at it directly and it stops moving if it's within at least one player's field-of-view. It's really easy to deal with both in a team and solo. In a team at least one player should keep an eye on it while others loot. For solo, there's a 1 or 2-second window once you stop looking at it before it moves so you can use this window to loot and then look at it again to stop it. You can also walk backwards while looking at it if time isn't an issue but realistically, you can just look at it, turn to sprint or loot, and then look back at it after a second or two to reset the timer.
That's it for my guide on all Monsters and Entities in Deadly Delivery. Don't forget to check out our Deadly Delivery codes for free goodies.

Escape from Tarkov's Cultist Circle recipes allow you to get valuable resources by using surplus items from your inventory, and there are different recipes to utilize.
Some of the recipes work randomly, while others guarantee the final item you'll get. This guide lists all working recipes for version 1.0.
Complete list of Cultist Circle recipes in Escape from Tarkov
The table below lists all recipes that work in Escape from Tarkov 1.0. Some older recipes no longer work, so you'll find them absent from the table.
All the recipes listed in this table appear to work only once, unlike SSD and SAS Drives. You can use drives to get valuable items like keys, but the final output will be random. Value thresholds are in place that allow you to earn higher returns for getting a high-value item.
I have yet to test if the old threshold is still in place in version 1.0. I will update this guide accordingly if there are any changes.
