These teased images of the future flagship card from AMD come just days before we expect to hear an official announcement from the chip maker at the CES 2025 trade show, with this particularly fiendish card expected to join PowerColor's red-themed Red Devil GPU series. This new flagship RDNA 4 graphics card from AMD will be its best attempt to break through the dominance that Nvidia has held over the GPU market since producing the best graphics cards of recent years. There's potential to be excited, too, with recent rumors suggesting that it might offer ray tracing performance that matches the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080, despite speculation earlier this year that AMD was abandoning high-end Radeon GPUs completely. As a concept, at least, SpaceCraft seems both flavourless and oddly inclined to overplay its own familiarity. I mean, look at that title. Consider its chilly blend of functionality and punmanship. Look at that capital "C", poking out of the middle like the bow on a present whose silhouette leaves nothing to the imagination. You already know broadly what this game involves, yes? Indeed, you do: it's a game about crafting spacecraft, so that you can travel to other planets and craft their resources into other, better spacecraft. This you may do eternally, for there are thousands of planets in store. |

Final Fantasy XI Director and Producer Yoji Fujito issued a new year's message for the Square Enix MMO, and it included plans for solo play for people who prefer a single-player experience when going through the game. There are also going to be autogroup updates for the more necessary multiplayer moments and quality of life adjustments for existing additions.
There are two main adjustments when it comes to the solo play Final Fantasy XI options for people who prefer a single-player game. One has to do with the Alter Ego system. This is a feature that lets us use Trust Magic to call upon Ciphers to have NPCs join us on our adventures. There are certain restrictions in place now regarding their usage. In 2025, Fujito said that both these characters will become more powerful and "entry requirements" will change when bringing them along with us on adventures.
The autogroup and other quality of life changes for Final Fantasy XI also seem like they could benefit not only all of us, but those who prefer to go solo and try for a single-player experience. The Assist Channel may end up being opened to everyone. This is a channel that currently exists and is designed to help find parties for things like raids. However, general players can't use it. There could also be a new feature that would let you look for people who are also trying to find allies for whatever multiplayer challenge you're also interested in playing. Besieged may also get item level support, and Records of Eminence may be adjusted for ease of entry.
This comes after Naoki Yoshida, who is the director and producer for Final Fantasy XIV, discussed the future of that MMO during a New Year's 2025 note. We'll see the 7.2 and 7.3 patch series show up with new content for that game this year. Fujito's message also teased more FFXI content in FFXIV.
Final Fantasy XI is available for the PC worldwide.

The Valentine's Day 2025 Build-a-Bear Sanrio collection is live, and this year a pink take on Kuromi joins My Melody and Hello Kitty. The plush is available alone for $36, and you can buy a Galentine's version of her that includes a pair of pajamas for $49.50. The clothing from that bundle is available alone for $13.50, if you'd prefer to buy it for another Build-a-Bear plush.
In the case of the plush, there are no black accents present in this pink version of Kuromi at Build-a-Bear for Valentine's Day. Her hood is completely dark pink, as are her eyes, smile, and tail. The normally white skull on her forehead is a lighter shade of pink in the shape of a heart. There are also red bows at the base of each of her ears. As for the Galentine's pajamas she wears, that is red with icons of Kuromi, My Melody, and Hello Kitty's faces on it.

Themed Kuromis appeared for multiple holidays in 2024. A black and white-striped one with orange accents showed up at Halloween. A green and red-striped one debuted at Christmas too.
While Build-a-Bear is only promoting the Kuromi Valentine's Day plush as new for 2025, there are two other characters showing up in marketing for the holiday. One is a light pink My Melody. She's available alone for $36, or you can get her in a Galentine's Day gift set with a red plaid skirt and shirt that also has this Kuromi and Hello Kitty on it for $49.50. A red bow Hello Kitty is around too, with her available for $34. There's no bundle available for her online.

Minna no Ranking, which previously unveiled an unofficial poll for the cutest Pokemon, revealed its findings for people's favorite anime and game characters based on snakes. This is due to 2025 being the Year of the Snake.
A total of 400 people voted in this poll, and each answer includes around two responses from people explaining why they voted for this character. Like with the Pokemon poll, you can sort it the results via gender, age, and blood type to figure out different demographics' taste. You can also filter it via time to focus on more recent votes.
Here are the top 10 anime and game characters that have snakes as their motif:
Other characters who didn't make it into the top 10, but still appeared in the rankings include: Nadeko (Monogatari series), Nagini (Harry Potter), Ayame (Fruits Basket), Celia Mae (Monsters Inc.), and Cobra (Fairy Tail).
Minna no Ranking uses points for calculation. For example, if you really like a character, you can give a character between 100 and 81 points. The more people who give a high score to a character, the higher they appear on the ranking.

In an interview with Famitsu, the development team for Zenless Zone Zero explained that the lack of characters who are Ether Agents is due to how rare the element was in the in-game lore. They also explain that attributes have no bearing on a particular faction. [Thanks, Famitsu!]
According to the Zenless Zone Zero development team, they focused on common elements when deciding on what attributes they'd put in the game. "Ether" is an original and rare attribute that they created specifically for the world of Zenless Zone Zero, which is why they want to be careful of how they handle Ether Agent characters. As a result, there aren't a lot of Ether characters in the game right now. They also stated that they would use player feedback and the game's performance to decide on how to further explore and represent Ether.
Famitsu also asked if a faction would appear in the future that would specialize in Ether. The development team replied that while a lot more Ether Agents will appear in the future, they don't take attribute into consideration when creating characters for a faction. If it seems like a particular group has a lot of Agents of a particular attribute, that's likely a coincidence more than anything else.
As of the time of writing, there are twenty-eight playable characters in the game (barring the Proxies). Of these characters, only three use the Ether attribute: Nicole, Zhu Yuan, and Astra. In the lore, Hollows produce a lot of Ether, and they can corrupt beings and transform them into Ethereals without ample protection. The significance of them having the Ether attribute may appear in the story later on.
Zenless Zone Zero is available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices.
