Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Tuesday, March 25, 2025 2:49 PM ![]() Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is, for the most part, a pretty unexceptional game that does most things pretty competently, though it does manage to slip into that coveted 7/10, imperfect but has something special about it to keep you thinking about it. I'm talking about its Nemesis system, a mechanic that means certain enemies you face off against remember you and your actions as they get stronger, maybe even calling out certain occasions where they killed you. It's a lovely bit of design that, as it turns out, kind of just exists to stop the second hand game market. |

Going by Bloodlines 2's career to date, I strongly suspect that in the second half of 2025, I or some other lost soul will be writing: "Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 has been delayed again, this time until the first half of 2026." Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Tuesday, March 25, 2025 1:00 PM ![]() You would think that with a game that is pretty much all about driving like Pacific Drive, the prospect of an update that promises "endless" driving wouldn't be all that exciting or interesting. In this case you'd be wrong, though, as the game's upcoming Endless Expeditions patch sounds like a pretty solid one. Developer Ironwood Studios revealed the update with a new trailer yesterday, showing off all the changes and additions coming to the game, the most notable one being expeditions, described as "new continuous drives" that are a bit more dangerous than you might be used to. |
Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Tuesday, March 25, 2025 1:00 PM ![]() "That's okay," I say as my car somersaults into the hot dirt and loses a wheel. "I still have three tyres left." I veer into a shipping container and the entire engine bay flattens against me like an empty can of Pabst Blue Ribbon squashed in the hands of a frat boy. "A minor setback," I say, and reverse back onto the track, before trundling on in glorious last place. Wreckfest 2 is further evidence of a truth long upheld by non-serious racing games: a car is funnier the more fucked up it gets. |
Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Tuesday, March 25, 2025 12:27 PM ![]() It's pricier than most gaming headsets, but the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless is a belter. I know because I have one, and have given it primary ear-tickling duty for long enough that it's got all the wear and tear you can probably see in that picture up there. Also, there's good news on the money front: it's currently dropping in the Amazon Spring Sale, especially in the UK, where it's down to a very agreeable £110. That's 42% off its RRP, and an awful lot less then it was when I got mine. The equivalent US deal isn't quite so enthusiastic with the price shears, though $200 to $143 is still a decent cut on a headset that's supremely comfortable and richer than most on powerful, bassy sound output. The real reason to get one of these, mind, is its borderline sci-fi battery life. HyperX say a full charge yields 300 hours of uptime, but I'm certain mine has managed more than that. Can't even remember the last time I charged it, really. I wanna say... Novemberrrrr? |
Siliconera Tuesday, March 25, 2025 7:45 PM
The place for all of the best visual novels and dating sims used to be the PlayStation Vita, but following its tragic demise the Nintendo Switch has more than stepped up to the plate. Of all the modern consoles, the Switch is the place to go to play games with romance options, meaning that players are spoiled for choice. If you've been browsing the Switch's library looking for your next dating sim visual novel to play, we have ten of our favorites that we want to recommend.
Doki Doki Literature Club Plus!
![]()
The original Doki Doki Literature Club launched in 2017, so it's likely that you know the twist by now. Aside from being a romance visual novel, it's also a horror game with plenty of meta, and fourth-wall breaking techniques that work to make you feel uneasy, and chill your bones. However, the horror elements of Doki Doki Literature Club make for a more touching and overall more emotional story and game.
The original was free-to-play, but the Switch version Doki Doki Literature Club Plus! adds so many more touching moments. There are a number of additional episodes that show our four main characters interacting with each other outside of the titular literature club. You get to learn more about their backstories, as well as their relationships to each other. Doki Doki is so much more than a visual novel, and for those who love puzzles and easter eggs, you'll find a lot more by exploring the in-game PC.
Collar X Malice
![]()
On the surface Collar X Malice is your standard otome visual novel, but the themes are intriguing enough to carry the story by itself even if you aren't into dudes. Collar X Malice is set in a time where mass police and government incompetence has led to the rise of a vigilante group, Adonis, which has pledged to sort out the crime and inequality that is rampant throughout the city. The group holds an eye-for-an-eye mentality, and Collar X Malice brings up the moral dilemma of how to get justice when the system doesn't work.
Our protagonist is a cop living at a time when confidence in the police is almost zero. She approaches a private agency and asks them for help getting to the bottom of the current vigilantism crisis. What's interesting is that the game doesn't tell you what to believe, instead it is portrayed as the morally gray topic it truly is. Each route leads to the true ending, giving you a sense of accomplishment as you make your way through the story. One of the best overarching stories in any romance game.
Chaos;Child
![]()
Chaos;Child is part of what I like to call the semicolon series that includes the hugely popular Steins;Gate. Just like Steins;Gate it has an intriguing story you can enjoy without the romance, but there are also romantic undertones between our protagonist, and the many women in his life. In Japan they released a side story that is exclusively a dating sim to tie in with the game called Chaos;Child Love Chu Chu. However, you can experience romance without learning another language.
Chaos;Child is set in a world where several people have awoken to their psychic abilities. While these superhuman talents should be seen as a benefit, a serial killer is on the loose targeting those who have these powers. Knowing several people with these special abilities, our protagonist is desperate to solve the murders before everyone he loves is gone. Just like Steins;Gate it has multiple endings, and you'll want to play through several times to see all of the positive and negative outcomes.
Nurse Love Addiction
![]()
There are two games in this series available on Nintendo Switch, but they are both stand alone tales, and Nurse Love Addiction is our favorite of the two. The Nurse Love stories are yuri dating sims, meaning that they are based on the relationships between two women, and they play very differently to your standard heterosexual romance. Each route and romance shows a deep tenderness, and is (mostly) cemented in reality rather than an emotional rollercoaster.
Our protagonist Asuka is floating aimlessly through life like a jellyfish on the waves. She decides to join the nursing school where her younger sister studies. She even moves into the same dorm as her sister as she feels like she can't manage on her own. It's not just about the romantic partnerships that she forges along the way, but Asuka's personal growth as she tries to stand on her own for the first time.
The House in Fata Morgana
![]()
The House in Fata Morgana is very strict on the meaning of visual novel. There is almost no player interaction with the game, but the story is so intricately woven, and expansive that you don't need to have an impact on it to improve the experience. The master of the house wakes up with no knowledge of their past, and the manor's maid by their side. She guides you through the doors of the titular house telling various stories from throughout the domicile's history.
The thread between the stories is a young person with albinism who appears in every tale no matter the time period. You have to figure out how your past ties to the house's other residents, and why history has repeated itself time after time. It is both one of the longest and highest-rated visual novels of all time, and once you have played it for yourself, you'll see why it is worth every word.
Muv-Luv
![]()
People say that the Muv-Luv trilogy reaches its stride with the second game Muv-Luv Unlimited, however, we recommend that players start where it all begins with Muv-Luv. The first game in the series is a simple slice-of-life adventure where our protagonist Takeru can choose between the many women in his life. The main two love interests are Takeru's childhood best friend, and a rich but sheltered girl who is new to town, but there are other girls in his class he can date too.
This simple setup is vital for fully understanding and enjoying the next two entries, Muv-Luv Unlimited and Muv-Luv Alternative. It introduces you to most of the characters to the story, and lets you see Takeru's normal life before things go off the deep end. Without spoiling what is in store, it's an epic adventure dating sim that is worth sinking a hundred hours or so into.
Gnosia
![]()
If you've ever played Among Us you know the basic plot of Gnosia. You are out on a space station with various others, and some of them are infected with Gnosia, which turns them against their crewmates. You use social deduction to figure out who has the disease and put them in cryogenic stasis before they wreak havoc on the ship. The twist here is that you will be reliving the experience over and over with increasingly more complicated mechanics.
Not everything continues between loops, but your knowledge of each crewmate, the things they like and the things they do will expand each time you meet them. This means that every loop your deductions – in theory – become more accurate as you get to know how people work, and how they would act in certain situations. Once you have met all the characters Gnosia opens up, and you can control different factors in each loop and get closer to certain cohabitees.
Jack Jeanne
![]()
One of our favorite recent otome games, we almost considered putting it on the list of dating sims that aren't visual novels. Unlike many of the other games on this list, Jack Jeanne has a number of gameplay modes that don't surround player choice, most notably the numerous rhythm sections. You play a promising upcoming actor, but the best acting school where you live only accepts men, and you're a woman. However, amazed by your talent the director approaches you and asks you to enroll while disguising your gender.
In an all boys acting school, males have to take on the female roles in the performances. This is why students are split into the mascs, the Jacks, and the femmes, the Jeannes. Because of this the characters of Jack Jeanne are used to people challenging the typical gender norms, and a new normal emerges in this enclosed society. The play on gender, and inclusion of rhythm game elements leads to a truly unique otome experience.
Slay the Princess
![]()
Unlike Jack Jeanne the gameplay in Slay the Princess focuses heavily on the choices you make. That being said, it gives you seemingly endless options to choose from. Each fork in the road has literally dozens of options you can choose from, making you feel more in charge of where the story goes than most other games. Each decision you make has a drastic outcome on the story in a way that feels refreshing when compared to the majority of dating sims.
There are only three characters in Slay the Princess: the Princess, the Narrator, and you. The Princess changes based on things you say, how you treat her, and how you react to her. Sometimes you go past the point of no return, and there is no way to undo the things you have done, but that is the point. While the Princess and you wrestle over and over in ways that can range from sweet, to slaughterous, to sad, it truly is a love story.
VA-11 HALL-A
![]()
VA-11 HALL-A's catchphrase is "It's time to mix drinks and change lives" and that describes the game precisely. You play Jill, a bartender in a futuristic saloon, whose job is to make drinks and talk to customers. Players can influence the story by giving the customers the drinks they want, rather than the ones they ask for, because in the world of VA-11 HALL-A the customer isn't always right.
It's a deep character study surrounding not just Jill, and the affection she holds for her boss, but each person that comes to the bar, and the effect that just having someone to talk to has on their lives. Outside of the story, you can use the wages from the bar to design your room and make things feel more homey, making Jill just a little more upbeat. It's a story about caring for others, but also taking care of yourself.

A Steam version of GeoGuessr will appear in Early Access in April 2025. The page for the game does not yet list the price.
According to the developer comments on the Steam page, GeoGuessr will be in Early Access so that it can evolve the game alongside its players, as the game is "best experienced with a thriving community." The full version of the game will include new game modes and customization options. Depending on player feedback, the game should be in Early Access for about six months, so the full version should come out in October 2025.

After the game launches in Early Access, it'll mostly focus on Solo and casual Team Duels. There will also be a progression system. From the screenshots and videos on the Steam page, we can see avatars that you can customize for yourself, so it's likely that you will have to earn parts for these avatars via said progression system.
GeoGuessr launched in 2013 as a browser-based geography game in which players must deduce a location using a photo from Google Street View. You can either play by yourself, or compete against others. Like the Animal Crossing boom, GeoGuessr became very popular during the COVID-19 pandemic when people were in quarantine, and it started using a subscription model in 2024.
GeoGuessr is readily available on Internet browsers, and the Steam version will enter Early Access in April 2025.

Aniplex and Type-Moon have published the official key visual for the Fate/stay night 20th Anniversary Concert Finale. It features Saber as a maestro conductor, with the fireworks in the background signifying the festive mood for the major anniversary milestone.
This key visual was made by a Type-Moon team led by Takashi Takeuchi, who also drew the picture draft. Hirokazu Koyama and Shima-Udon colored the picture, while Yuuro worked on the background.
Aniplex has also opened applications for the concert's tickets via Lawson Ticket. Prices for the tickets will range from ¥9,500 (~$63.30) for regular A-tier seats to ¥15,000 (~$99.95) for S-tier seats with a bonus book. However, the tickets will be exclusively available via lotteries.
Aniplex and Lawson Ticket will close the application period on April 6, 2025, and announce the lucky winners on April 10, 2025. The winners will then have a whole week to finalize their payments.
This upcoming concert will be the last one to mark the 20th anniversary of Fate/stay night, which originally appeared as a PC visual novel in 2004. Prior editions of the concert series have also been recorded in Blu-ray sets, which were just released on March 19, 2025.
The final commemorative concert will also feature guest appearances by Noriaki Sugiyama, Ayako Kawasumi, Kana Ueda, Noriko Shitaya, and Junichi Suwabe. As a refresher, they are the respective Japanese voice actors for the main characters Shirou, Saber, Rin, Sakura, and Archer.

Square Enix announced its mobile strategy RPG War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius will be shut down on May 29, 2025. The game is a spin-off of the Final Fantasy Brave Exvius mobile game which also shut down globally in October 2024. The statement on social media detailed the plans ahead of the end.
Square Enix and the development team Gumi merged the Japanese and Global servers, in terms of content in September 2023. However, the Japanese version of the game is not slated to shut down alongside the global version.

There will be a livestream to discuss the roadmap for the end of service on March 26, 2025. Players' account information will be deleted when the global version ends.
War of the Visions' global version has been running since March 2020, and the closure announcement arrives on the game's fifth anniversary. Cosmos Hotel Management announced that its Mimaru apartment hotels available across Japan will each have their Pokemon themed rooms renewed starting on July 1, 2025. People will be able to stay in rooms that have been decorated with over 100 Pokemon all around the area.
The company will update the official webpage—which is also available in English—with the new crossover wave details on April 21, 2025. The webpage so far shows the original collaboration in 2021, which took place in four Kyoto hotels, three Tokyo outlets, and the Osaka Namba North branch. This offers an idea of what to expect from the spots.
The Pokemon-themed rooms are still available at the above locations, unlike the temporary ones in hotels like Grand Hyatt Tokyo and Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach. However, Mimaru will gradually close them temporarily as a part of the renewal process. The new wave will add two new locations in Tokyo's Ikebukuro and Kinshicho, so it will be available at ten places in total.
Cosmos Hotel Management also shared preview images that show how the renewed Pokemon rooms will look:

Before Atelier Yumia even launched, Koei Tecmo promised a patch that would address camera problems and other issues, and now there's a statement regarding the two priorities for the first update. It also included six other things that will be addressed eventually as well. As expected, the camera and usability fixes are first on the agenda.
While the first point in the announcement mentions camera, it also gets into Battle Results. In options, there will be Focus Camera and Skill Camera options, with more general in-battle adjustments also being applied. You can also turn "Show Battle Results" on or off.
In terms of the Atelier Yumia usability, the next patch will address Synthesis and Sprint concerns. You'll be able to either skip or fast forward through the animation before a synthesis by pressing one of two buttons. As for sprinting, the Controls section will include an option that lets you set it to automatically do so if you run, manually toggle that on or off, or a switch option that only makes Yumia sprint when you hold a button down.
As for future changes, here's the official list Gust and Koei Tecmo shared on the site:
Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land is available for the Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the first patch is in development ahead of additional updates.

Now that we know the 3.2 Honkai: Star Rail Special Program is this week, HoYoVerse confirmed that Hyacinthia, also known as Hyacine, will be one of the new playable characters in 3.3. She's also confirmed to be a five-star unit for that patch.
Like many of the Chrysos Heir characters we've seen so far, Hyacine will walk the path of Remembrance. Others include Aglaea and Castorice, as well as the Trailblazer. This means she'll fight alongside a Memosprite she summons. In this case, the official art shows it. It looks like a pegasus, though it could be a variant of a chimera due to her ties to them, and it is named Ika. Since she's known to work as a doctor, it's possible she could function as a support on the team who heals allies. However, when she does attack she will use Wind-based abilities.
If you went through The Awooo Firm event in 3.2, you'll be very familiar with Hyacine. She's the character who assists us as we manage a chimera squad and help guide them to glory so they become the best workers around. However, she also came up during the latest part of the story as well.
This means Hyacinthia will mark the sixth playable Chrysos Heir once the Hyacine unit debuts in Honkai: Star Rail. Things started with Aglaea in 3.0. In 3.1, Tribios and Meideimos (Mydei) debuted. 3.2 will feature Anaxagoras (Anaxa) and Castorice. We also know that Phainon will eventually debut, due to his prominent role in this part. However, we don't know when he or the other members of the group will debut yet.
Honkai: Star Rail is available for the PS5, PC, and mobile devices. The 3.2 showcase will appear on March 28, 2025. There's no exact release date for 3.3 yet.

How to get Yearn Cape in Minecraft Movie Live Event
Earn the Yearn Cape (also known as "Movie Cape") by completing five Live Event quests and collecting 60 Diamonds by April 7, 2025, at 2 p.m. PT/5 p.m. ET/9 p.m. GMT. Bedrock users will see a hub for this event in the main menu, where you can jump right into the server. If you're a Java edition user, you'll have to use the Bedrock version to access it and then transfer the reward to your account afterward. Here's a quick overview of all Minecraft Movie Live Event quests to help you unlock the Yearn Cape:
You'll be transported to Midport Village, which plays a significant part in the A Minecraft Movie. Notable characters from the film will help you with challenges, including the legendary Steve. The Defend the Village quest is the only active mission available, but the rest will unlock every other day. Let's break down each quest in detail to give you a better idea of what to expect.
How to complete Defend the Village quest
![]()
Open your map to discover the Wilderness, Mines, and the Outer Walls. You'll have to complete the corresponding tasks in each area, requiring you to play standard Minecraft activities like mining and mob fights. Once you've conquered them all, you'll earn the Boots of Swiftness via the Dressing Room.
How to complete Ghasts Incoming quest
![]()
Transport to the Outer Walls to go against the deadly Ghasts. Approach the gate and whip out your bow and arrow to kill anything that comes out of the portals. You'll likely encounter Piglins initially, but the Ghasts should eventually appear. Shoot them with enough arrows until you have gotten rid of 20 Ghasts.
How to complete Farm Mobs, not Crops quest
![]()
The Farm Mobs, not Crops quest, works with any location with enemies inside. Use your bow and arrow or sword to eliminate 200 mobs. It'll undoubtedly take some time, but it'll all be worth it once you get the Yearn Cape and the Mushroom Hat from the Dressing Room.
How to complete Protect the Cart quest
![]()
Enter the Wilderness to locate the Payload Cart. Numerous enemies will try to attack it, and you'll have to eliminate them with your sword or bow and arrow. Fortunately, other players will help you out here, where you can cover all sides of the Payload. Keep the Cart at 40 percent health, or you'll lose out on progress for this objective.
How to complete Low on Iron quest
![]()
While you're defending the Outer Walls, you'll see a few Iron Golems on the ground. The Piglins will try to take them down, and it's best to use your bow and arrow to clear hordes of them (swords won't do much in this minigame). You only need two Iron Golems alive, so don't worry too much if enemies kill off one or more.
How to complete Mine Diamonds quest
![]()
Complete at least five Minecraft Movie Live Event quests to get closer to the Yearn Cape. You'll also have to mine 60 Diamonds from the Mines, using your reliable pickaxe. After you've accomplished both objectives, check your Dressing Room to equip your new cape.

There are more than 150 cards in Anime Card Clash, and each one has a unique ability and several variations. Even though you would assume that the rarer cards are more powerful, that isn't always the case. So, if you want to find out everything there is to cards and which ones stand out from the rest, follow our ultimate Anime Card Clash card guide and tier list below.
Table of Contents
Card Types and Versions Explained
![]()
Each card in Anime Card Clash has an ability and a certain amount of damage and HP. There are four different variations of each card, with each having a distinct border color. Essentially, every card has four strength tiers. You can merge cards to "upgrade" a card to a higher tier, but more on this later in the guide. Now, here are the four card tiers and their stat and rarity scaling:
Anime Card Clash Tier Lists
Anime Card Clash has a huge variety of cards. So, we decided to separate them into three categories: rare Regular cards, common Regular cards, and Support cards. Based on the same categorization, we made three different tier lists. Each Anime Card Clash tier list below ranks cards from best to worst primarily based on the strength of their abilities.
For the most part, we didn't let base stats influence the ranking that much. Obviously, rarer cards have higher stats. Thus, they are stronger than more common cards on a base level. However, that stat gap between cards gets reduced when you upgrade cards to higher tiers. With that in mind, each Anime Card Clash tier list below is there to help you choose which cards to include in your party out of the best and rarest ones you currently have.
Anime Card Clash Regular Card Tier List for Infinite Tower and PvP (500,000+)
![]()
To differentiate between "Rare" and "Common" cards, we drew the Rarity line at 1/500,000 chance. Most of the Anime Card Clash cards listed in the above tier list are useful in basically every game mode. However, some rarer ones are overkill for Story and Raids. For that reason, the cards are ranked based on how powerful they are in scenarios where you are fighting against multiple cards at the same time, like in the Infinite Tower and PvP.
Anime Card Clash Regular Card Tier List for Story and Raids (1–499,999)
![]()
Both Raids and Story in ACC have one thing in common: you fight against only one card. Because of that, your party composition will mainly include cards that either inflict long-duration status effects or deal damage equal to a percentage of the opponent's maximum HP. So, the above tier list ranks common cards based on how useful they are at dealing with one card only.
By clearing the Story and Raids in ACC, you will get decent rare cards. Thus, every other game mode will become more accessible to you. Later on, you should form a party that is suited for fighting opponents that have the same number of cards as you. For example, that is the case in the Infinite Tower and PvP.
Anime Card Clash Support Card Tier List
![]()
The support card tier list above is applicable to every game mode in Anime Card Clash. However, there are a few exceptions to it, like the Shinobi Cells card, which has no use when fighting against a single card. In general, support cards that boost your stats and let you negate or survive enemy attacks are the strongest in Anime Card Clash.
List of Cards in Anime Card Clash
Below, you can find a list of all cards in Anime Card Clash, along with their rarity, ability, pros and cons, and their base damage and HP. We decided to classify ACC cards based on how you can obtain them, so we formed these categories:
Regular Cards
Support Cards
Pack-Specific Cards
![]()
Pack-specific cards can be obtained after you equip one of the available card packs. Currently, you can get the following card packs in Anime Card Clash:
Demon Slayers Card Pack
Pirate Warrior Card Pack
Galaxy Defenders Card Pack
Manhwa Card Pack
Story Boss Cards
Specific Boss cards in Anime Card Clash are added to the poll of rollable cards after you defeat the corresponding Bosses in the Story mode. Boss cards are generally very strong. So, you should progress the story whenever you can to make more of them available to you.
Ninja Village Boss Cards
Green Planet Boss Cards
Shibuya Station Boss Cards
Titans City Boss Cards
Dimensional Fortress Boss Card
Candy Island Boss Cards
Moon Cycle Cards
![]()
The Moon Cycle cards are available only during certain Moon phases in Anime Card Clash. Each Moon cycle lasts three minutes, and it will always be shown in the lower-left corner of your screen. To change the current Moon Cycle, you can use the Moon Cycle Reroll Potions (MRR), which are obtainable from basically every game mode. When rerolling, there is a safety mechanism that won't allow you to overwrite a Moon phase of higher rarity.
Eclipse Moon (+10 Luck)
Blue Moon (+5 Luck)
Wolf Moon (+2 Luck)
Blood Moon (+1 Luck)
Snow Moon
Harvest Moon
Full Moon
Raid Boss Cards
![]()
You can get Raid Boss cards by exchanging Boss Shards at the entrance of the Raid building. On average, you can get 10 Boss Shards when you fully defeat a Raid Boss. An effective strategy for dealing a lot of damage to Raid Bosses is to utilize cards that deal damage equal to the percentage of their maximum HP.
Quest Cards
![]()
Quest cards are rewarded to you after completing some character quests in Anime Card Clash. You can check out the list of available quests by clicking on the "Quests" button on the left side of your screen. In general, quest cards in Anime Card Clash are ranked very high on the above tier list because of their powerful abilities. So, try to get them if you can.
How to Enhance Cards With Traits
![]()
To increase the stats of a card in Anime Card Clash, use Trait Rolls to reroll the card's traits at the Traits Shop in the main lobby. The trait you reroll applies to every variation of the same card. Some rare traits can also increase your luck, border, and boss roll chance. However, for these luck bonuses to apply, the card with the relevant trait has to be in your party.
Merging and Deconstructing Cards

Crafting is an important task in The First Berserker: Khazan, but you only get access to it later in the game.
Like in most video games, crafting depends on the use of certain materials that you find on your grind. You can then craft different items with those resources that will help you clear in-game content and complete the missions. This guide will help you understand the process and master the use of the resources.
How to start crafting in The First Berserker: Khazan
The first step towards unlocking crafting is to defeat Aratra, who is the fifth boss in the game. Defeating Aratra will give you access to Qazumaka, the blacksmith. Qazumaka will tell you about his hammer and start the Blacksmith's Heirloom side quest. Complete the quest, get the hammer, and you'll unlock the process of crafting.
To craft something, go to the blacksmith, and make sure to have the correct blueprint, and the required resources.
How does crafting work in The First Berserker: Khazan
![]()
You can craft armor and weapons with the use of Armor Set scrolls. To craft the items, you'll have to get the required blueprints. You can find them by grinding the game, and most are hidden in specific locations. Aside from the blueprints, you'll need crafting materials. Most of them can be obtained by breaking down your existing equipment.
The rare ones will require you to farm specific bosses, as these items are harder to find. You can concentrate on this aspect in the late game, so it's not something that you need to bother with immediately.
That said, always make time to clear bosses whenever possible. Dealing with these enemies won't be easy, but the time and energy will be worth the effort in the long run. You can make your job easier by using a weapon that suits your playstyle well.
To get more resources, you'll have to defeat the bosses, and leveling up will be crucial for that. Make sure to check out our guide to be on top of the game's leveling system and carve your way through the difficult set of enemies you encounter on the journey.

Overwatch has lived many lives as a first-person shooter since it first launched in 2016, going through several iterations, updates, and patches to change things up.
Depending on the strength or weakness of different heroes within the game, different metas formed. And with Overwatch 2's Overwatch Classic arcade mode, Blizzard Entertainment can bring back popular metas of the past to help long-time players re-live the past, and let new players enjoy (or hate) the way things used to be.
Overwatch Classic: GOATS is one of these throwback modes, and we have all the information on what it is, what it means, and how it got its name.
GOATS Overwatch meaning
![]()
Overwatch Classic: GOATS is a limited-time mode and a throwback to an era in 2018 when three tanks and three supports was the popular six-vs-six team composition. OW Classic: GOATS brings back the same hero abilities and hero pool at the time so players can use the same team composition, with Damage heroes optional, but not encouraged.
The name originated from a competitive team of the same name that popularized the team composition in Overwatch Open Division's season two way back in 2018. The meta soon took over all competitive play, and the GOATS meta was born. This mode re-lives that time, including six-vs-six teams, no perks, and way more that has changed in the seven years since.
GOAT stands for "greatest of all time," which is what the team considered themselves. Many would disagree for the terror that the meta brought upon OW1, and now it has returned in OW2 as a playable piece of time from the past.
A common GOATS composition consisted of Moira, Lucio, Brigitte as healers, along with, D.Va, Zarya, and Reinhardt as the tanks, making it a fairly unkillable team with a lot of health, a lot of healing, and a strong amount of crowd-control abilities.
Brigitte's Legendary Goat skin is also another tribute to this meta, in case you're a newer player and have no idea what it was like to play back then. She used to wreak havoc within that triple tank-triple support composition, and you can see how it feels in OW Classic while it lasts.
OW2's first version of OW Classic: GOATS is playable from March 25 through April 8, but can be brought back to the Arcade at any time.

Money is everything in Schedule 1, and you can literally get as much as you want (it will spoil the fun) with the help of a money glitch.
The method listed in this guide is working as of writing, and it's relatively simple. If you use it, I will recommend doing so on a save that you're playing alone. Let's take a look at how you can build your empire without any financial constraints of any kind.
Schedule 1 Infinite Money glitch explained
This method has been known to work with the free sample (demo version of the game). The method requires you to do a bit of tinkering with the base files related to Schedule 1.
![]()
This will automatically change the amount of money you have in your save. Just visit an ATM to adjust how much cash you want to have.
Money has many uses in the game, and one of the first things you will want to do is to secure a gun to protect your empire. The process can be slightly long as there's a location to be unlocked first. Having the extra cash is going to make your life easier.

A reliable source for Pseudo is needed to break into the meth game in Schedule 1, but it doesn't outwardly present itself to players. Connections are the name of the game, and you'll have to prove yourself to others before they'll pass your name up the totem pole.
Schedule 1 drops players into the shoes of an up-and-coming drug dealer. Fresh in a new town and without product or clientele, players must literally grow an empire from nothing. The game starts you out with various strains of marijuana to bag, mix, and sell. But to move into the harder stuff, players will have to seek it out. That's easier said than done, as players will not only have to rub elbows with the right crowd but also earn the trust of those around town by being the best drug dealer they can be.
Have friends will travel
The key to unlocking Pseudo in Schedule 1 is to get in the good graces of certain characters. Specifically, you'll want to target Meg Cooley or Jerry Montero. Both reside in the Westville area of the map, and both NPCs can be unlocked as customers by seeking them out and offering a free sample of weed they'll enjoy. Meg prefers bud that's Sneaky or Slippery while Jerry likes the Smelly or Gingeritis traits. Both also favor weed that's Thought-Provoking.
Once either or both are customers, you'll want to prioritize their business. So long as players don't miss any calls for weed, they'll eventually become friendly with Meg or Jerry. Of course, you can speed up the process by offering drugs with the effects they like and by making speedy deliveries, which will also net you a nice little cash bonus.
After enough business has transacted between players and either Jerry or Meg, they'll stop you after a delivery to tell you about their friend, Shirley Watts. The new contact will get in touch with you ASAP and offer her services for your "nasty cough."
Dealing with Shirley Watts
After Shirley is unlocked as a supplier, players can order Pseudo via text. Like how you order dead drops of weed from Albert Hoover, Shirley will leave parcels to collect at various locations throughout town. Of course, the Pseudo isn't free. Players will have to drop money off at a drop box on the water-facing side of the Warehouse.
What do you use Pseudo for?
Pseudo is the main ingredient used for the production of meth in Schedule 1. But before players can turn the resource into something they can sell, there are a few more hoops to jump through. Once Pseudo is on the menu, the next objective for players will be to gain access to the Warehouse. In the Warehouse, players can find vendors that are otherwise unavailable throughout the rest of the game. One such vendor, Oscar, will offer equipment that players can use to start building their own meth empire.
To start manufacturing meth, players will need a Lab Oven and a Chemistry Station, offered by Oscar. The Warehouse vendor will also offer the other ingredients needed for the concoction, Acid and Phosphorus. Both the Lab Oven and the Chemistry Station cost a cool $1000 (cash only), but the Acid and Phosphorus ingredients are only $40 a piece.
With everything together, players can set up shop wherever they have the room and use the Chemistry Station to add the ingredients together and begin the process. After eight hours the mixture will become Meth (Liquid) and be ready for a round in the Lab Oven. Six more hours are required to turn that liquid into crystal meth, which can then be shattered, bagged, and sold.

Takatsuki Castle is nestled in the northern part of the Izumi Settsu region in Assassin's Creed Shadows. It's not the largest castle you can take on in the region, but it's still a formidable fortress with some enticing rewards.
To earn those rewards, you need to complete Takatsuki Castle, which can only be done by eliminating the right enemies.
How to complete Takatsuki Castle in Assassin's Creed Shadows
You can find Takatsuki Castle in between the Yawata Plains and Muggy Lands regions in northern Izumi Settsu. It's one of the final castles you can complete before you get into the next area of Assassin's Creed Shadows, which features higher-level enemies.
![]()
As with all castles in Feudal Japan, Takatsuki Castle features fortress walls that make it difficult for you to penetrate the castle grounds. There's also a series of connected moats around the different areas of the castle that make it even more difficult to navigate the fortress without being seen by one of the many guards inside.
Fortunately, you can access Takatsuki Castle by either going through one of the gates, which are guarded by armed enemies, or by hopping over on a tree branch. You can find a tree branch to climb on in the southeastern and southwestern parts of the castle grounds. There are also gates on the south and west sides of the castle.
Regardless of how you get inside Takatsuki Castle, your main job while you're there is to eliminate Samurai Daisho. Samurai Daisho are required to kill in order to open the special chest inside the castle, which offers exclusive rewards and fully completes Takatsuki Castle.
![]()
There are three Samurai Daisho you have to complete before Takatsuki Castle is complete. All three are located in different spots around the castle, but they do tend to move around. In any case, here are the general areas where I was able to find all three of the Samurai Daisho at Takatsuki Castle in my Assassin's Creed Shadows playthrough:
![]()
![]()
![]()
The Samurai Daisho at Takatsuki Castle are all around level 11, so you want to ensure your character level is around there before attempting to kill them. If it's not, you'll spend a lot of time trying to damage them while taking massive damage from any hit in return.
Once all Samurai Daisho have been killed at Takatsuki Castle, you can go open the special chest to claim all the rewards inside.
All rewards for completing Takatsuki Castle in Assassin's Creed Shadows
The special chest at Takatsuki Castle is located on the top floor of the main castle building, which is where the fast travel point is located. Visit this castle in the northeastern part of the fortress and climb up to the very top. Unlock the fast travel point if you haven't already and then use a floorboard on the roof to climb into the top floor.
Here, go down one flight to find a red chest sitting near a wall painted with tigers and bamboo shafts on it. There's an enemy patrolling near here, so take them out and then loot the chest. Inside, you'll collect the legendary level 13 Peasant Hat headgear and the legendary Adrenaline When Entering Combat Engraving.
![]()
After you've collected the loot from the castle, I highly recommend descending the rest of the floors inside the main castle. There's a plethora of chests to loot as well as some Hideout materials to claim on the bottom floor. Of course, you'll run into some enemies, but most of them can be assassinated easily.
Regardless, after the chest has been looted, you've successfully completed Takatsuki Castle in Assassin's Creed Shadows.

After harvesting your first bit of weed in Schedule 1, you'll quickly run out with no apparent way to get more. You'll get more after advancing through the prologue, but unlocking more is an entirely separate challenge. Here's how to get more seeds in Schedule 1.
How to buy more seeds in Schedule 1
You can obtain more weed seeds after completing Schedule 1's prologue and buying your first motel room. Shortly after getting a motel and buying your first set of supplies for weed growing, you'll get a new quest objective to contact Albert Hoover and order your first batch of seeds.
![]()
The price of each weed seed container depends on its type. While your first seed type, OG Kush, costs $30 per batch, others you unlock later in your playthrough will increase in price and rarity. These more expensive plants will attract more customer types and make you more money.
Once you order some seeds from Albert, he'll gather them and send them to dead drops in Hyland Point. It usually takes a few minutes for him to send them, so you can spend this time talking to potential customers or buying more supplies if needed. Otherwise, wait for the dead drop notification to find a map marker indicating where it's arriving.
How to unlock more seed types in Schedule 1
You'll naturally unlock more seed types as you play Schedule 1. By selling OG Kush to customers in Hyland Point and advancing through the story, you'll gain ranks that bring you closer to unlocking these. Here's a list of every seed, their required rank, and price:
At first, you'll only sell OG Kush to clients around town while avoiding and cooperating with the police. Customers will ask for different varieties as you unlock more seed types, making your operations slightly more complex. By this point, though, you'll have your bearings on managing your new business, so it'll just be a matter of remembering to stock up on seeds. You can even get a few friends to play Schedule 1 with you if you want to progress quickly.

Call of Duty's double XP events are the ultimate opportunity for boosting XP, whether you're chasing Prestige ranks or unlocking weapon attachments. These events often appear without warning, leaving players scrambling to prepare. To help you keep track, here's when the next double XP weekend hits for Black Ops 6.
BO6 Double XP weekend release date
According to Black Ops 6's in-game event page, the next double XP weekend lands on March 28, 2025, at 10am PT/1pm ET/5pm GMT. It will likely conclude by April 1, 2025, giving you a few days to gather as many experience points as possible. It should also work for Warzone if you want to stick to the free-to-play experience.
![]()
Hop onto BO6 Multiplayer to earn double experience points from eliminations, captures, and assists. It'll count towards Medal XP for even more rewards, getting you higher up on the battle pass tiers. If you're a Zombies enthusiast, you'll also earn double points, making it the perfect time to stack up on those valuable Gobblegums. Zombies mode, in particular, is one of the best ways to farm XP during these weekends. But Multiplayer is still beneficial for farming, especially with the likes of Kill Confirmed, Domination, and Hardpoint.
When the double XP weekend is active, you cannot use any of your tokens. Just save them for later whenever you need a 15-minute or hour-long boost. Tokens and XP weekends basically work the same, but the former is slightly more limiting.
Since Season 3 is almost here, I wouldn't be surprised to see another double XP weekend around April 3. But if not, it'll likely come up again during the midseason point, which has often happened in the past. To stay up to date on all the latest Black Ops 6 celebrations, check out our 2025 schedule for current events and upcoming dates.

Protecting your drug empire is not an easy task in Schedule 1, but keeping a gun equipped makes the job easier.
Obtaining a firearm is not an easy task; it's not just going to be lying outside your motel room. In fact, it's only available in the full version of the game (in case you're looking for one in the demo). This guide will help you know all about obtaining a gun in Schedule 1.
How to obtain a game in Schedule 1
To obtain a firearm, you'll have to make a fair amount of progress in Schedule 1. Continue playing till you unlock access to the warehouse. This is the first step towards obtaining a gun, but you'll also need spare cash (don't spend all of it as you have your plants to look after).
![]()
But you'll have to keep certain points in mind if you want to buy a gun.
The procedure is simple, but it's going to take a fair bit of time to complete the process. The warehouse remains locked when you start playing the game. You'll have to play till you clear enough quests to gain access to the location. Once done, you'll need to have spare cash to buy the gun.
While grabbing your firearm can take a fair amount of time, collecting water is more of a basic task. Make sure to check out our guide on the topic in case you're unsure about how to collect H2O to grow your plants.

Another new hero shooter has entered the fray. Say hello to Wildgate, the first title from former Blizzard Entertainment president Mike Morhaime's Dreamhaven publisher.
Developed by Moonshot Games, Wildgate puts its spin on the genre by placing its Prospectors (heroes, legends, etc.) in space ships for "epic spaceship battles" where teams can fight against other ships and crews in space, board their ships, and more.
![]()
"Blast off into high-stakes spaceship battles and intense first-person shootouts, where no two matches are ever the same," the game's Steam description reads. "If you want to claim the ultimate prize — the mysterious and priceless Artifact — you'll need to improvise on the fly, whether it's chasing down rival crews and stealing their gear, repairing your damaged ship, or scanning for precious resources."
The Reach is "a vast, procedurally-generated map that changes with every game" and is a "dangerous, unpredictable place, filled with deadly hazards and treasure beyond your wildest dreams." Players will have to make their way "through cosmic storms, battle space vermin, and plunder alien ruins for lost caches of loot," while competing against other ships.
Every match of Wildgate is said to be totally different, according to the developers, and each Prospector has their own tools and abilities to differentiate from one another. You can fight other ships and raid them for gear, or head straight for the prize.
At the heart of each match is your ship, which is described as your "home and lifeline" that you will have to work and fight to keep "topped up with ice, fuel and ammo so you're ready for anyone or anything the Reach throws at you."
I think the concept that the game is promising sounds fun enough. The idea of fighting against other ships while chasing some kind of treasure gives me Sea of Thieves vibes, but will it be enough to stand out in a field of hero shooters? I think it's different, but it could end up being too different that most players simply don't care.
I'm rooting for the game to do well because it seems refreshing, and we can all find out more in a play test available for everyone to sign up for set to kick off on April 10.

While the roles of this card are better suited for the CB position, Marquez can also play as a CDM. His Physicality (91) and Defense (93) stats are top-notch, but you'll have to boost his base passing. At 81, it's not the best of stats to have on a midfielder. A higher Agility (75) would have been beneficial as well.
However, the valuation of any SBC often comes down to the final cost, and this Marquez SBC can be completed with 60,000 coins' worth of fodder. If you have a slightly higher budget, the Dayot Upamecano Dreamchasers SBC has better value to offer.

Some armor sets boast powerful stats in Assassin's Creed Shadows—but rather less-than-stellar looks. Luckily for players, it's possible to transmog armor and weapons in Assassin's Creed Shadows so you can keep the buffs armor gives you while appearing differently aesthetically. If you're not sure how to make the most of this feature, here's everything you need to know.
Transmogging basically allows you to retain the stats of the armor or weapon you're currently using while rocking the looks of another. But you first need to unlock the feature before accessing it in AC Shadows.

Once you've built the Forge, you can transmog gear right from the Inventory. All you need to do is follow these steps:
The best thing about this game's transmog ability is you can customize individual aspects of weapons. For example, if you want to alter the appearance of the blade, handle, guard, and saya of the katana, you would be able to do that.

The Lagiacrus made a splash in Monster Hunter Tri, setting a new wave of combat with its distinct underwater features. While hunters eagerly awaited its return in Wilds, it was notably absent at launch. Thankfully, the Lagiacrus is making a comeback in an upcoming patch—here's what you need to know.
MH Wilds Lagiacrus release date
According to the Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 1 showcase, the Lagiacrus is expected to be released in the summer of 2025. If you consider the timing of the first Title Update, we may anticipate an early June launch, but it could potentially arrive later in July.
While the official redesign of the Lagiacrus is still under wraps, a sneak peek at the end of the showcase offers a preview. Catch a glimpse of its iconic claws gripping another monster, along with its striking, scaled body—promising a fearsome return to the waters.
![]()
This announcement suggests underwater combat could finally make its way to Monster Hunter Wilds. If true, it would revolutionize the gameplay, just like it did with Trio. Underwater battles have always been challenging in the gaming world, so it'd be interesting to see Wilds' take on it.
In the previous Monster Hunter iterations, the Lagiacrus unleashed electricity from its back and took advantage of the water to inflict tons of damage. Once its health was reduced, it would scurry away to land, changing its tactics with the new terrain.
![]()
Monster Hunter Wilds will likely follow a similar formula, where players can break its tail, claw, and horns. You can also look forward to a new armor set, potentially teeming with the striking blue tones of the King of the Sea. It'll infuse your gear with a classic aquatic aesthetic, perfect for the watery theme of Summer.
Now that the launch for Title Update 1 has been confirmed, an official release date for the Lagiacrus will likely arrive soon. I'll be sure to keep an eye out for any new updates. For now, you can get ready for the Mizutsune's debut, set for April 4. It's a great time to raise your Hunter Rank to fend off beasts like the Lagiacrus and Mizutsune, especially since they require a certain level.

Although Bleach Rebirth of Souls doesn't allow players to take White Ichigo to the field, the game lets us do the next best thing and awaken our protagonist's Half Hollow Masked State, seen for the first time during his rematch with Byakuya.
But how exactly can you do that? Here's how to play as Half Hollow Mask Ichigo in Bleach Rebirth of Souls, and a quick guide on how to play Ichigo's first variant in the game.
Table of contents
How to play as Half Hollow Mask Ichigo in Bleach Rebirth of Souls
While using his first (or Soul Society) variant, you can play as Half Hollow Mask Ichigo in Bleach Rebirth of Souls by triggering his signature "You're Not Good at All" Soul Reverse. The Soul Reverse is only available when Ichigo is Awakened (in his Bankai state) and costs at least two Reverse Gauge bars. If used with a full Reverse Gauge, the state will last for 14 seconds (11 if used at two bars).
![]()
When in his half-masked state, Ichigo gets a caffeine infusion. He also becomes able to perform both Getsugatenshou shots and an enhanced Awakened Kikon Move, dealing +1 Koupaku damage. Completing a battle while in the state will also bring forth an alternative version of his regular Awakened winning animation. If he performs a Kikon Move while donning the mask in Sublimation or Spirit Drive, Ichigo will use the variant in place of his second move, although the latter's damage will be retained.

Bleach Rebirth of Souls Kurosaki Ichigo character guide
Even if lacking his Bankai variant's mix-up and combo potential via a lack of unlimited ranged options and his inability to cancel with Chain Reverse, Ichigo is an all-round character whose game plan lies in poking aggressively to set up his easy to chain Spiritual Pressure combos. His range while in his normal state might also be enough to catch many enemies by surprise.
![]()
Once Awakened, Ichigo's game plan will not drastically change, although he becomes able to quickly close in the distance via his Rush Slash signature move, which makes up for its slow buildup via the ability to get opponents on the back foot or avoid projectiles. His attack speed also gets a huge boost, thus allowing you to be even more abnoxious when fishing for openings and bait with his basic attacks more efficiently. When in Half Masked state, Getsugatenshou (△/Y + R2/RT) also becomes an excellent keep-out or overall mind-range option.
![]()
Make sure to also not neglect his already mentioned enhanced Kikon Moves, which can be triggered during both his regular "Lend Me Your Strength" and the talked about "You're Not Good at All" Soul Reverse states for +1 Koupaku DMG bonus. To close off, here are a few all-rounder combos you can perform while using both normal and Awakened Ichigo in Bleach Rebirth of Souls:
Now that you know how to take Half Hollow Mask Ichigo to the field, why not take the chance to learn how to unlock his full Hollowfication as well? You can check that out on our Bleach Rebirth of Souls Reawakening guide.

The long-awaited hidden reward in Marvel Rivals' Galacta's Cosmic Adventure event has sort of been revealed by NetEase Games, and it's quite cheeky.
As part of an over-the-air update tonight (no download required), the developers of the latest hero shooter smash hit have finally revealed what's coming to the previously unclaimable reward within the event screen. And it sure does look a whole lot like a man's ass.
![]()
The image above can be found in the March 26 patch notes for Marvel Rivals, which has more bug fixes than anything else besides the new booty. Now all that's left to question is, just what is it? And whose beautiful backside is this?
My money's on some kind of twerking Easter Egg, as the muscular back, arms, and butt in question look like they belong to the Mad Titan himself who went viral back in 2019 for a fan-made edit of him throwing cheeks.
But since Thanos isn't in the game just yet, and likely won't be for some time, what if it's a reference to the "America's ass" joke from Avengers: Endgame? Who can forget Chris Evans' Captain America taking down a variant of himself and then staring at his plump rump as the other Captain lay lifeless after their battle?
I'm weary of NetEase adding an actual twerking emote to the game, so I'm not sure what this reward actually is. Maybe it's just a joke and not an actual emote at all, which would be disappointing for anyone looking forward to its reveal. Or maybe the whole roster is about to throw booty like they're at the Hellfire Gala.
Either way, this new reward is definitely butt-related, as NetEase is calling it "a special April Fool's Easter Egg gift" for those who have finished the rest of the limited-time event by unlocking every other reward. The butt silhouette will be found in-game once the update goes live.
After that, our future is unclear, other than the fact that the gift can be claimed from April 1 to 4, so you'll have to be quick if you want to grab this ass.

Schedule 1 is the early access sensation du-jour, and like many other recently released games of its kind, it needs a bit of love before it can shine on its own. To put it a little less nicely, sometimes the game forgets to tell you how to play it. How do I drop this useless baseball bat? Also, what does the baseball bat do?
But don't worry! We're about to answer one of those questions for you, as well as explaining the related problem of how to move furniture. I still haven't figured out the baseball bat, though.
Table of contents
How to drop items in Schedule 1
![]()
Letting go of the useless items clogging your inventory in Schedule 1 is easy, but for some reason the game has made it as unintuitive as possible. Ok, maybe I'm exaggerating, but I'm still mad about how long it took me to figure it out. I'm also mad how you can't drop items out of your inventory in Schedule 1, only destroy them forever. That's not a problem, necessarily. It only becomes one when you test the cursed Discard button with your shirt.
First of all, you're going to want to open your inventory. To do so, open your smartphone with the tab key and go into the Inventory app. You can also use press the "I" key to go directly into the inventory. From there, look at the bottom right of the screen. Separate from the rest of the inventory, you'll see a semi-transparent red button labeled "Discard." From there, it's just drag and drop. You can even right-click to select how much stuff you want to discard.
After a quick timer has run out, during which you can change your mind and save your beloved trash, the items inserted into the Discard slot will disappear from the game. The same button is available during every interaction in which your inventory is opened, including those with furniture and NPCs.
How to move furniture in Schedule 1
![]()
Unlike using the Discard button, Schedule 1 explicitly teaches you how to move furniture. But this only happens around two hours in, when you move to a larger location. If you happened to place a growth tent or a packaging station in an awkward position, how are you supposed to reposition them?
It's actually very simple. To move furniture around, you have to remove everything they contain first. This goes for workstations as well as storage racks. Once they're empty, make sure you have one empty inventory slot yourself for every piece of furniture you need to move. Then, look at the furniture and press the right mouse button for a couple of seconds. The furniture will disappear from the world and appear in your inventory.
Keep in mind that this only works on stuff you own. It won't work on the TV in your first room, for example, because you don't own that piece of furniture. It will, however, always work on your growing tents, since no one is going to buy those for you. Some parts of the environment, like the sinks that you use to refill water cans, will never move, no matter how convincing you are when you explain to them that they're your property.

Water is one of the most important resources to find in Schedule 1, as your drug empire isn't going to kick off without it.
While the game's introductory set of quests highlights the watering can, it doesn't tell you how to use it and collect water in the first place. This guide will help you get access to water, use it to grow your very first Kush, and kickstart your journey of becoming the next Pablo Escobar.
How to collect water in Schedule 1
The first step is to complete the tutorial and get access to your motel room. The introductory set of quests requires you to go to the Hardware Store and buy three different items. One of those items includes a watering can (which is pretty cheap as well).
Once you have the water, you can come back to your motel. First, place the growth pod. Once you've potted the seed, it will show that the plant needs water. Equip your watering can from the hot bar and go to the wash basin. Press the E button, and you'll be able to place the can under the tap.
![]()
Interact with the tap to turn it on. You can increase/decrease its flow to fill the can. Fill your can to the brim (as there's no harm in filling it more). Once done, you'll be able to use the can to water your plant. To do so, press E to activate the can, and then rotate it to pour the water.
That's pretty much all there is to collecting water in Schedule 1. There's a chance that we'll see a more advanced process of collecting water later in the game. When you start your empire, manually filling your can is the only way to get water.

Palworld has its own laws and if you break them, then you will get wanted status. Once you get that status, PIDF officers will start chasing you. Fortunately, you can get rid of this dilemma and remove the wanted status, and the steps aren't that complicated. Here's everything you need to know to remove the wanted status in Palword.
How to remove Wanted Status in Palworld
![]()
One of the easiest options that you can do to remove the wanted status is to exit the game and reload your save. I know this is something not everyone will prefer, but trust me, it works wonders. What's even better is that you will remove the wanted status without losing any items or resources.
If you don't want to quit the game, you can always kill the PIDF officers who are chasing you. This approach might not be suitable for you unless you are up for a battle.
Another effective method to remove the wanted status is to simply run away. The PIDF will chase you for a while, but if you manage to stay ahead of them for long enough, they will eventually give up. Once they stop chasing, your wanted status will be removed. Another way to run away is to fly high above. It is possible to fly vertically upward to escape the PIDF with a flying mount. After a while, you can see that the wanted status is gone for good.
In case you like being stealthy, you can kill all witnesses to remove the wanted status in Palworld. Just like it says, a crime isn't a crime until someone witnesses it.
Lastly, and not my favorite, if you're looking for a more dramatic way to go, you can give up and die. You just have to let the PIDF take you out, and your wanted status will be erased. Of course, you will lose all your items, so it is best to do this near a fast travel point if you want to retrieve your stuff after respawning.
We also have a full explainer on How Wanted level works in Palworld and many more helpful Palworld guides.

While the Assassin's Creed franchise is known for its violent nature, there are occasional humoristic moments that add a whimsical flair. AC: Shadows encompasses one of these bizarre situations where you'll discover the Melon Lord Easter Egg. Here's a guide on whether you should choose Suika or Makuwauri.
Table of contents
AC Shadows: Melon Lord Easter Egg location
Before we dive into the decision process, you should know where to find the Melon Lord Easter Egg first. It'll be on the northern side of the Izumi Settsu province, within the Suika Lands.
![]()
Travel up the hill, and you should find a rundown village there. You'll see the two intriguing melon NPCs fighting here, allowing you to approach them for a unique choice experience. Don't worry; you won't get hit by their attacks. Well, at least not yet.
AC Shadows: Should you choose Suika or Makuwauri?
You'll initially speak to Suika No Bakemono (the one wearing a watermelon), who will tell you about his family's battle against the Makuwauri melon clan. He'll then ask you, "Which is your favorite? The delicious suika, or the mediocre makuwauri?" Suika means "Watermelon" in Japanese, while makuwauri translates to "melon." After selecting both options, I've deduced it doesn't matter which one you pick since they both present the same rewards. I've also noticed that both dialogue options don't impact the "Unknown Organization" hit list, otherwise known as the "Yokai" group. Although Suika is one of the targets in this questline, you don't have to choose to fight him to complete this objective. He will always be spared.
![]()
You will gain the Damage after Ability Engraving and +2,000 XP, no matter your decision. But their outcomes are relatively different. If you choose "I prefer the suika," you'll battle the one with the melon on its head, and vice versa for the makuwauri. The battle shouldn't be too challenging, though it does seem to match the difficulty level of your current rank. You may have an easier time using Yasuke due to his robust strength.
Defeat the Makuwauri No Bakemono to unlock the "Melon Lord" title for the suika. Or take down Suika No Bakemono to give this title to the makuwauri. You can go with your own personal preferences for this Assassin's Creed Shadows choice, since it won't have any negative impact when choosing a specific one. Naturally, the one you're heading into battle with is bound to be a bit miffed at your decision, but it isn't as monumental as some of the other major dialogue points.
After you've defeated one of these characters, they'll begin an endless conversation where you can't interact with them anymore. I tried to see if any changes happened to them throughout the seasons, yet they continue to be in this discussion. If you're looking for more hidden features in AC Shadows, check out our riddle guides on the tiny seashell province answer and what sucks in from the bottom question.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is a little over two months away from launching with a full slate of first-party games, according to a new report.
Tom Henderson of Insider Gaming is reporting that the Switch 2, the successor to the massively impactful and successful Nintendo Switch, will be launching some time this June and include a "three-phase" strategy for game launches throughout 2025.
![]()
Henderson says that the Switch 2's launch window will be filled with "primarily first-party games," meaning potential games and characters like Mario, Donkey Kong, Pokémon, and the like. After that, the second phase will kick off in October or November with big games from third-party studios.
The third phase will take place around the holiday season, likely including a couple of big third-party titles to help push and sell even more of the hotly anticipated handheld console hybrid leading into 2026 and beyond.
The full reveal for the Nintendo Switch 2 takes place next week on April 2, so gamers will not have to wait much longer to see if Henderson's reporting is accurate. The report also states that "select media and creators will be attending Nintendo Switch 2 hands on next week" to get an early chance to play the new console and its launch titles for a few hours.
Beyond the launch titles and release date, the Nintendo Switch 2's price is still unknown at this time, with many among the industry believing that a price tag of $399 is to be expected, lining it up to be the same price as a Digital Edition PlayStation 5, $100 less than an Xbox Series X, and $100 more than an Xbox Series S, for comparison.
The Nintendo Switch 2 will also look to improve upon its predecessor with a teased and long-rumored mouse-like functionality for its JoyCons, which can be turned on their sides to be used for more precision aiming.

Let's face it, there is no shortage of weapons to choose from in Final Fantasy, regardless of what Job you play. From dungeon drops to crafted weapons and even MogStation purchases, there are thousands to choose from.
However, there is one type of weapon that will always prove more popular than others — the glowing versions of each expansion's trial weapons. The crafted weapons usually get released a full expansion cycle after the trial was originally introduced, or later in some cases, and they always prove popular, even if they aren't announced in the patch notes ahead of time. Or maybe especially so, everybody loves a surprise, after all.
As part of 7.2, Hydaelyn's Weapons "…of Divine Light" have received a subtle yet very pretty glowing effect and can now be crafted and sold — as long as you have a Crystal of Divine Light and the other crafting materials needed to make them. These new level 90 weapons are called "... of Sanctifying Light", and they're currently selling on the Marketboard for a pretty penny — around 4 million Gil each on Goblin.
![]()
The original "... of Divine Light" weapons were a possible drop from The Minstrel's Ballad: Hydaelyn's Call, or could be obtained in exchange for Totems in Radz-at-Han, but without the glow, they now look pretty basic in comparison to the new weapons. Don't get me wrong, they've always been pretty, but that added glow just takes things up a notch.
Here's a selection of the weapons when compared to their new crafted counterparts, so you can see what I mean:
![]()
![]()
![]()
![]()
Sadly, none of the weapons are dyable, much like their non-glowing counterparts, so if you're anything like me, you're about to go down a glamour wormhole to make an outfit that fits with the bright blue glow of these weapons.
This is the first time that Reaper and Sage mains will get a new crafted trial weapon, as the Jobs were introduced with the Endwalker expansion. Pictomancer and Viper mains will need to wait until the next expansion cycle, whenever that happens to be, before they begin getting their own shiny weapons to enjoy.
More of these glowing level 90 weapons are likely to be added in each major 7.x major patch moving forward, and I'm excited to see which ones will come next. I'm particularly interested in Golbez's Voidcase weapons because their design and dark color scheme would lend themselves perfectly to a demonic red glow.

If you want to look like the coolest person in your Fortnite match, riding a motorcycle is the way to go. You can earn trick points that show off your skill, even if they don't net you any specific rewards.
Getting trick points isn't easy, though. While you might occasionally get some as you drive around, scoring hundreds of thousands for quests is no easy feat. Here's how to score trick points on a motorcycle in Fortnite.
How to score trick points on a motorcycle in Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 2
The easiest way to score trick points while riding a motorcycle is to drive off mountains and spin in circles in midair. While driving around the map can occasionally net around 1,000 points if you get a lucky jump in, doing midair spins is one of the best ways without using exploits or glitches.
![]()
Occasionally, scoring trick points on a motorcycle is a weekly quest in Fortnite. If it does, your typical goal is obtaining around 150,000 to 200,000 points, which can take a while if you use a small hill. Going to a large mountain is the way to go, especially if you receive a few multipliers on the way down.
But there are a few caveats that can reduce your points. If you hit an obstacle like a tree, building, or rock while falling, you'll get an "Ouch" penalty and score far fewer points. Although you may have to sacrifice some points to avoid hitting obstacles, it's almost always worth being extra careful.
Doing tricks near gas stations can also help if your fuel runs low. Motorcycle fuel depletes much quicker, making it easy to run out of fuel in the middle of your trick. However, if you get tens or hundreds of thousands of points with each trick attempt, you won't have to worry too much about this issue.

After seemingly finding its own final destination with its 2011 movie, the series about the wonderfully vengeful death (itself) is back with Final Destination Bloodlines. Warner Bros.' YouTube channel just released the first trailer, and it looks like this might be a return to the best days of the series.
There are a few things making me feel hopeful for this one. First off, the production values look tight, and the film is finally unbound from the awful Avatar-era need for death scenes that only ever look kinda good in 3D.
Also, it feels like the movie wants to build mind-boggling amounts of tension that will likely culminate in gory deaths, but gory deaths that could happen to anyone. The last three films in the series faltered, in my opinion, for not realizing the amount of fear this series managed to create in our minds for everyday objects and events, opting instead for absolutely ridiculous kills that also looked like crap.
Those last three films also veered away from tinkering with the formula. This time around, we're looking at a different concept: a bunch of people who are being hunted by death not because they survived death's first design but because they were never even supposed to exist as far as death is concerned.
Another good reason to look forward to Final Destination Bloodlines is Tony Todd, who shot all the scenes as the legendarily ominous William Bludworth before he passed away in 2024. Whether it turns out great or barely better than 2009's The Final Destination, Bloodlines is both a new and fitting closing chapter for Tony Todd's career.
Final Destination Bloodlines hits the theater on May 16.

To unlock the Recycler, you must craft or interact with the Stone Breaker. The Stone Breaker is one of the first recipes you can get in Lego Fortnite Odyssey, requiring 20 Planks and 35 Granite. Use Wood at the Lumber Mill to gather planks. Granite can be found almost anywhere when interacting with rocks.

Once you've crafted the Stone Breaker, you'll receive a notification of the new Recycler recipe. This is one of the unique features of Lego Fortnite Odyssey, where you must first construct standard builds to unlock others.
How to craft Recycler in Lego Fortnite Odyssey
You can craft the Recyler with three Wooden Rods and four Granite Slabs. Use the Stone Crafter you just built/interacted with to gain Granite Slab. Then, you can utilize the Lumber Mill again for the Wooden Rods.

Set the Recycler down anywhere on your property, but make sure it's in a secure spot—because the last thing you need is the Storm King crashing in and wrecking everything you've worked for. Keep it safe, keep it smart.
How to use Recycler in Lego Fortnite Odyssey
The Recycler station transforms all your crafted items into the materials used in its recipe. Any unneeded Charms and weaponry can be placed inside the queue, which then goes to the processing area and Recycled Items. For example, if I placed a Granite Axe inside, it would give me some Granite Slab and Wood.

General resources—like Wood, Rune Tomes, and/or Torches—won't work, as the Recycler only works with crafted builds. It's best to utilize this station for any weapons you've picked up from enemies. I've collected plenty of gear from these fights, so it'll definitely come in handy for you, too.

Everyone needs friends, including an, uh, entrepreneur like yourself. Schedule I is a unique take on the small genre of weird job simulators. Schedule 1 is a fun game, no doubt, but like all games, it's more fun with friends. Four of them, to be exact.
How to play Schedule I with friends

To add one to three friends to your Schedule I game, you need to add them as a friend on Steam. To do so, open your Friends page in your Steam account by hovering with the mouse over your name in the Steam software and selecting Friends. Then, press the green Add a friend button. There are multiple ways to invite someone to be your Steam friend, but you should be able to figure it out from there.
Once you've added a friend, all of you will need to be online before you can invite them to your game. If you can't see your friends in your list even though all of you are logged in, someone likely set their account status to Offline. To change that, click on the Steam button in the top left corner of the Steam desktop app and find the "Go Offline…" option. If you see it, you're already online. If it says "Go Online…" press the button, and you'll be visible to your Steam friends.
How many friends can you invite to a Schedule 1 game?

Currently, there is a limit of four players per game in Schedule I. That means that you can only host three other players at once in your game. It doesn't seem like the developer, TVGS, plans on adding native support for more than four players in the future, based on the official long-term development roadmap on Trello.
However, not all hope is lost yet. There used to be a popular multiplayer mod for Schedule I that allowed up to 20 users in the same game. The mod has been hidden by its author since it's not updated to match the current version of the game, but it might become available in the future. Even if it doesn't, I would be surprised if no one else takes over the job and makes a different multiplayer mod. Of course, even if that happens, the game is not optimized for a dozen or more players to run around the same tiny city. You're probably better off sticking to a small group of friends.
