It's so ambitious, in fact, that he needs to release three smaller games in the build up to test and refine some of its core pillars. The first is Prologue, a survival game that challenges you with surviving in large, randomly generated, but realistic worlds. A second Amp+ collaboration figure between Hatsune Miku and Rody will appear in the Taito crane game machines as a prize. This Miku's theme is "fairy tale" and so she's wearing a dress that's reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland.
The announcement Tweet from Taito did not mention how large the figure is. It shows Miku wearing a frilly blue dress, blue high heels, and a maid-like headdress with pink ears protruding from it. A pink donkey-like creature is next to her. Miku is smiling while holding up a hand, and the stand she's on resembles a heart-shaped bubble or cushion. This figure is based on artwork from illustrator 4, and it's the second collaboration figure between Hatsune Miku and Rody.
The first collaboration between Hatsune Miku and Rody came out in February 2024 as a crane game prize. This figure stood at around 7.8 inches tall, and so the fairy tale Miku figure will likely stand at that height as well. More information on that should come out in the future.
Other Hatsune Miku figures that have been announced or will come out in 2025 include a commemorative Nendoroid from Good Smile Company to celebrate the 100th Miku Nendoroid. Again from Good Smile Company, you can also purchase a plamo model kit that lets you build your own Nendoroid of Miku. Megahouse also teased two new Miku and Gundam Lucrea figures.
The Hatsune Miku and Rody fairy tale figure will appear as a prize in Taito crane games in mid-April 2025.

A Special Memorize replica of the Cardcaptor Sakura Star wand will come out in Japan in October 2025 for decoration or cosplay purposes. Pre-orders are now open, and the wand costs 7,480 JPY ($50.60). [Thanks, Hobby Watch!]
This replica is based on the Star Wand, which Sakura gets a little later in the series. It's around 58 cm long, and gold leaf has been used to decorate the star at the top. There's also a motor in the toy. This means if you press a button on the back, the star will spin around while music from the song plays. You can also listen to "Platinum," which is one of the opening songs from the show.
As a note, the Star Wand is available on Premium Bandai. This means that you have to use an external proxy service to order it if you don't live in Japan. You also cannot access the site unless you're in that country.
Despite the age of the series, merchandise for Cardcaptor Sakura still come out today. In 2024, Mayla released lounge wear resembling Sakura's school uniform, as well as a series of perfumes that have the Star Wand star on the lids. This year, Good Smile Company released a prototype of a Cardcaptor Sakura figure that depicts her in her black and pink cat maid bottle outfit. Pre-orders for this figure will open up in May 2025.
The Star Wand replica from Cardcaptor Sakura is open for pre-order via Premium Bandai. The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll. Kodansha handles the manga.

Kohakutou (Japanese crystal candy) based on the crystals from Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV) will come out in Japan in August 2025. You can put in your pre-orders through Isetan's online store, and you'll have until April 25, 2025 to do so. Worldwide shipping is available. The last time this candy came out was in December 2021, and they sold out on the first day. So if you're in Japan and you're interested in this candy, you should make sure to get it while you can.
The kohakutou will come in a box that has the FFXIV logo on the cover, as well as a little chart of the crystals inside. It costs 3,201 JPY ($21.65). The candy inside resembles crystals that Warriors of Light in the game can collect or mine for. As a note, Moo:D Mark does offer international shipping via WorldShopping. However, the pop-up doesn't appear on the page for the kohakutou. This is likely because it's food, which is one of the items that Isetan has shipping restrictions on even within Japan.
This candy is a collaboration with harapeco, which is a candy company in Japan that specializes in kohakutou. Kohakutou, or Japanese crystal candy, is a traditional sweet that you can make with agar agar powder, water, and sugar. It creates crystal shapes with a crunchy exterior and a soft interior. Because of their fragile nature, Isetan warns that you may see some damage such as cracks on the candy, which is a result of shipping. However, it does not accept any exchanges and reassures customers that this kind of damage has no negative effect on the candy's taste.
Final Fantasy XIV is available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Windows PC, and macOS. Upcoming game events include Hatching-Tide, which will run from April 9-24, 2025.

Water decks have always had a solid place in the Pokémon TCG Pocket meta, especially with Misty being such a feast-or-famine card. So if you're looking to play the best Water decks in Pokémon TCG Pocket, here's what you need to know.
Table of contents
Pokémon TCG Pocket best Water decks
Team Palkia
![]()
This decklist makes use of both Palkia Ex and Origin Forme Palkia as your main damage dealers. The idea here is to build them up quickly with Manaphy and/or Misty, while using Vaporeon's Wash Out ability to move your Energy as necessary. The strength of the deck doesn't just lie in Palkia's raw damage output, but also its flexibility with how you're moving Energy around.
There's a catch, of course. If you low roll even a little bit, you can struggle against Electric-type decks, and that'll most likely result in a loss for you.
Wugtrio Ex
![]()
I'm a huge fan of Wugtrio Ex, not because it has a high win rate, but because matches go by so quickly whether you win or lose, making this a fantastic deck to take with you into ranked mode. Your only basic Pokémon here are Wiglett and Manaphy, and that's pretty much all you need.
Ideally, you'll want to start with Wiglett, but if you start with Manaphy, use that to build up Energy on your Bench. Using Pokémon Communication is key here, and you'll need to use it smartly with Poké Ball. For instance, if you have both Pokémon Communication and Poké Ball in your hand and you're looking for your Wugtrio Ex, use Communication to send one of your Basics to fish for it, then use Poké Ball to bring that Basic back.
Efficient use of your Supporter cards will help ensure that you always have the tools you need in hand, even with such a low Pokémon count in your deck. After that, it's just a matter of trying to high roll with Misty, and slapping your opponent with Pop Out Throughout. This deck is a little RNG-dependent, but it's a lot of fun and you'll be surprised with how quickly it gets you through your ranked matches.
And those are our picks for the best Water decks to build in Pokémon TCG Pocket. If you're looking for more Fire decks to play, we've got you covered on that front as well.

Throughout your Schedule 1 playthrough, you'll visit a lot of Dead Drop supply boxes. Whether buying weed seeds or ingredients for making late-game substances, you'll frequently purchase supplies and pick them up from these spots.
Although you may have noticed a few while running around, you likely won't encounter every Dead Drop box until you approach the end of your playthrough. Nonetheless, knowing where each one is located can help you plan future routes.
Table of contents
Schedule 1 Dead Drop map locations
Here's a complete list of every Dead Drop location around Schedule 1's map:
![]()
Westville Apartment
![]()
Starting from Westville on the westernmost side of Hyland Point, you'll find a Dead Drop box next to the brown apartment building's second room. You'll spot it on the wall as a box with an "X" above it.
Top Tattoo
![]()
Westville has another Dead Drop box behind Top Tattoo. Between Top Tattoo and an apartment building is a tight alleyway with skull graffiti, debris, and the Dead Drop box for you to open. Thankfully, this one is far from passersby and police, but it's also especially dark if you travel at night.
Westville Gas-Mart
![]()
The last of Westville's Dead Drop boxes is behind Gas-Mart. As you approach the Gas-Mart, run behind its metal fence to access the box and any of its contents.
West Bridge
![]()
Just before running into Northtown, head under the west bridge connecting it to Westville to find another Drop Box. Just be careful if you're performing deals under here, as the cops are surprisingly good at noticing your presence even if they're on top of the bridge.
Motel Office
![]()
It's time to return to one of our beginning spots, the Motel. More specifically, you'll head behind the Motel office building to spot another Dead Drop box.
Thompson Construction & Demo
![]()
The next one is a little tricky to spot when you first start playing Schedule 1. The Thompson Construction & Demo Dead Drop box is along a brick wall directly north of its map location, which you can access using a walkway connected to the Motel area.
Arcade
![]()
Did you know that there's an arcade next to the Fat Dragon Chinese restaurant in Schedule 1? I didn't either until a few hours after I unlocked the restaurant's living space. If you circle behind the arcade to where the white pickup truck is, you'll spot the Dead Drop box against the building's back wall.
Casino
![]()
Next up is the Casino. Rather than circling to the front, approach it as if you're coming from the Motel until you pass the parking garage and red storage container. You'll find the Dead Drop box close to its corner.
Taco Ticklers
![]()
Before running in to grab a taco, it's time to claim our supplies from Taco Ticklers' Dead Drop box. You'll find this stash by running behind the restaurant until you find the Dead Drop container on the wall near a green dumpster.
Pawn Shop
![]()
Did you know you can sell old gear at the Pawn Shop? Inside the Pawn Shop is Mick, who'll buy old equipment from you. More importantly, the Dead Drop is to the right of the store's entrance, just around the corner.
Laundromat
![]()
There's an interesting spot between the Warehouse and businesses like the Laundromat and Thrifty Threads. The path here is a great escape route at night, but it also helps connect you to the Docks if you don't feel like traveling along the main road. Your next Dead Drop box is behind the Laundromat along the lower-level wall.
Slop Shop
![]()
As you travel down one of the main roads past POIs like Taco Ticklers, the parking garage, and the Laundromat, you'll spot a diner known as Slop Shop. Behind it is an apartment building in which several NPCs live, with a Dead Drop box on the corner closest to the Hyland Police Station.
Central Canal
![]()
Remember at the beginning of Schedule 1's story when you had to pick up money from Uncle Nelson? You had three Dead Drops to visit, with the central canal stash being one of the most difficult to spot. You'll find this one in the town center near the eastern Gas-Mart, Hyland Auto, and Hyland Police Station.
Supermarket
![]()
Speaking of Uncle Nelson's money, the Supermarket Dead Drop box is the second of the three you'll find during this introductory quest. It's very close to the Central Canal box, requiring you to travel north from it and turn left after passing the Supermarket. Turning left again will lead you to its back wall, where you'll encounter the next Dead Drop stash.
Crimson Canary
![]()
Next on the list is the Dead Drop box alongside the eastern walls of The Crimson Canary and The Butter Box. Both spots are directly north of the Town Hall, with its Dead Drop stash on the wall near two dumpsters and some purple graffiti.
Town Hall fountain
![]()
The Town Hall fountain is the last of Uncle Nelson's introductory stashes. After finding the Central Canal and Supermarket Dead Drops, head toward the center of town until you find a brown-orange brick building with a fountain in front of it. The Dead Drop box is along the bottom of the fountain.
Hyland Medical
![]()
There are two types of players: those who are at Hyland Medical once a day, and those who are never here because they refuse to get into fights. Either way, traveling far east into Hyland past the Town Hall and the bank will bring you to the medical center. The Dead Drop is behind the building.
Fire Station
![]()
The Fire Station across the street from Hyland Medical has a similar Dead Drop stash location. This time, run around the building until you're between it and Handy Hank's Hardware. The Dead Drop is along the wall underneath a window.
Docks houses
![]()
It's rare to find a Dead Drop box on someone's house unless it also acts as a business. This Docks Dead Drop box is an exception, as it is situated right next to someone's front door. As you enter the Docks, turn left toward the first house you see to spot this box next to a blue door and a Cuke machine.
Randy's Bait and Tackle
![]()
The second Docks Dead Drop is right behind Randy's Bait and Tackle shop at the end of the area. As you travel down the road, look out for a green rusted building and go behind it to spot its Dead Drop box.
South Gazebo
![]()
The last dead drop on this list is located at the bottom of Schedule 1's map. You'll find Suburbia's houses and a gazebo with a Dead Drop box on its floor. It's a long trek over here but a necessary struggle if you need some pseudo or Coca seeds.
Schedule 1 Supplier Stash map locations
![]()
Dead Drop boxes aren't the only stash units you'll find around Schedule 1's map. If you're buying weed seeds or product manufacturing ingredients from your suppliers, you'll need to toss them some cash in their personal stashes. Below is a list of every supplier and their personal Dead Drop locations:
![]()
![]()
![]()
While Albert's and Shirley's are right in Northtown, Salvador's requires traveling up to the church near the Barn to access his drop. Considering he sells late-game ingredients, though, this makes sense. By that point in the game, you'll likely have cars, a skateboard, or enough free time to run around and collect everything you need.
Although the maps above have every Dead Drop and Supplier Stash you'll ever need, you can also check out our complete Schedule 1 map to learn more about other key locations in greater detail.

Hazel's abilities can only be enhanced through Floof, a magical bundle accumulating over time. These valuable resources are hidden inside tins, waiting to be discovered with every flip. Here's how to find all Tin Flip locations in South of Midnight.
Table of contents
How to Tin Flip in South of Midnight
Your tin-flipping adventure won't begin until Chapter Two, where Hazel finally learns to finesse her Stands, spells, and dogdes. More specifically, this feature unlocks after you've acquired the Strand Push skill, allowing you to push tins out of the way. You'll come across plenty of tins in South of Midnight, but the ones you're after will trigger a button notification when you're close. Just ignore the ones that don't have this prompt.
![]()
If you find all of them, you'll earn the A Great Southern Tradition achievement and loads of Floof for Hazel's upgrades. Let's break down all South of Midnight Tin Flip locations in order.
South of Midnight Chapter 2: Tin Flip locations
First Tin Flip location
![]()
When using Strand Push for the first time on the wooden boards, look to your left to spot a tin in the greenery. You should receive the achievement, Finder's Keepers, marking the first time you've completed a Tin Flip.
Cart location
![]()
Continue moving forward from the first location. While at the cart, take a right for the following Tin Flip.
Big tree location
![]()
After you've pushed the cart and made it over to the other side, head towards a large tree on the left. You'll see a tin lying near it, just beside the combat area.
Pier location
![]()
Exit the barn and eliminate the Haints ahead to uncover a small pier. Walk on the dock and look for a tin just before the stairs.
South of Midnight Chapter 3: Tin Flip locations
Pier location
![]()
Once you've bottled up your first memory with the Catfish, turn left when facing the "Going Fishing" sign. The pathway to the tin will be between the house with glowing stairs and a structure with a Floof bundle on top.
Side pathway location
![]()
Follow the Strand to discover a house with a Floof at the balcony (in front of the wagon). Take a left at this house and use Hazel's abilities to get across the water. Then, use your Strand Push on the tin by the tree.
Shack location
![]()
The main pathway will eventually take you to an area with a few Haints. But before you enter combat, take a left to go to an abandoned shack. Jump across the spikes and clear out the debris with your Strand Push, presenting a tin near the water.
Fox location
![]()
You'll encounter a fox on the left after you've unlocked Wall Run and triggered the boat scene. Follow the animal to flip the last tin of Chapter Three.
South of Midnight Chapter 4: Tin Flip locations
Church location
![]()
While on Chapter Four's main pathway, you'll interact with a drawing before the church. Look to the left of the church and push the tin near the truck.
Church graveyard location
![]()
Head towards the right of the church to enter a graveyard. A Tin Flip will be hidden among the graves.
Church graveyard location #2
![]()
Return to the truck to locate another graveyard ahead. Travel to the cliffside to flip the last tin.
I'm still diving into the chapters to track down all of South of Midnight's Tin Flip locations, so feel free to check back here for updates and get one step closer to nailing those achievements. There are about 40 flips scattered across different chapters, giving you more chances to maximize Hazel's performance. For more South of Midnight content, check out our review and a list of all the voice actors.

The Pokémon TCG is no stranger to rare and valuable chase cards. Even from the beginning, cards such as Base Set Charizard, Base Set Blastoise, and Base Set Alakazam boasted tremendously high price tags, and they've retained them well into the third decade of the Pokémon franchise's existence.
But the Neo era sets introduced "Shining" cards, which represented Shiny versions of Pokémon for the first time in the TCG (Shiny Pokémon feature alternate colorations and were also introduced in Generation Two, Gold and Silver, of the mainline Pokémon games).
The Shining cards from the Neo sets remain a popular series that holds an incredible cachet among collectors and fans, but there's another set of cards featuring Shiny Pokémon spread across several sets that's even more beloved and far rarer: Gold Star cards.
Gold Star cards (officially dubbed "Pokémon Star" cards in the TCG) could be found in many sets, including Team Rocket Returns, Deoxys, Unseen Forces, Delta Species, Legend Maker, Crystal Guardians, Holon Phantoms, Dragon Frontiers, Power Keepers, POP Series 5 and, as one-offs, in Celebrations.
With beautiful artwork illustrated by Masakazu Fukuda and unusual, striking colorations on all the cards, it's no wonder they're hugely attractive to collectors and fans. Of course, the supreme scarcity of these cards—they were only found in roughly one out of every two booster boxes—is the main reason for the sky-high price points that all Gold Star cards boast. Let's peep the top 10.
Note: All prices come via PriceCharting, as TCGPlayer does not have listings for many of these eminently hard-to-find pieces of Pokémon-related cardboard.
10. Holofoil Metagross (Star) – Delta Species
Market Price: $646.65
![]()
The list kicks off with an amazing card featuring the stunning Shiny version of one of Generation Three's stage two Pseudo-Legendary Pokémon: Metagross. This Psychic/Steel-type 'mon boasts terrific all-around stats and a wonderful type combination, making it a favorite of many trainers.
This gorgeous gold-and-silver version of Metagross looks terrific in the moody, beautiful artwork delivered by Shiny Pokémon expert Masakazu Fukuda. In front of a blood-red background, this Metagross is ready to deliver a powerhouse Meteor Mash to its foes. Seeing as this is the least valuable card on this list—at a staggering price point near $650—that gives you an idea of the tremendous median value of Gold Star cards for Pokémon TCG collectors and fans.
9. Holofoil Mudkip (Star) – Team Rocket Returns
Market Price: $662.67
![]()
This adorable card happens to be one of the most valuable Water-type cards of all time and features Shiny Mudkip (one of the starter 'mon from Generation Three's games). It's supremely tough to find and, thus, features a price tag approaching $700 on the secondary market.
The main delineating factor for these cards is they're meant to feature Shiny versions of the 'mon featured, but instead, this card features a blue Mudkip (its standard coloration) instead of a Shiny, purple-hued one. However, its tail is the yellowish one that shiny Mudkip has. Curious.
8. Holofoil Latias (Star) – Deoxys
Market Price: $671.35
![]()
One of the most valuable Colorless cards of all time features a Shiny version of the female roaming Legendary Pokémon from Generation Three: Latias. Latias has been found on several notable chase cards over the years, including in 2024's Surging Sparks set, but this one takes the cake.
Gold Star cards were printed so sparingly, and it's no wonder only 22 copies of this card have been graded out as a PSA 10. The most recent sale of one cost over $20,000! That's an amazing number for a small piece of cardboard featuring a fictional character.
7. Holofoil Charizard (Star) – Dragon Frontiers
Market Price: $738.98
![]()
One of the most famous, if not the most famous, Pokémon of all time is Charizard, the final evolution of original Fire-type starter Charmander in the first games released in the franchise. That fame continued into the Pokémon TCG, as Base Set Charizard remains, perhaps, the most recognizable card across the TCG, and perhaps across all TCGs.
As such, the Gold Star version of Charizard from Dragon Frontiers showcasing a fire-breathing 'Zard boasts an impressive price point for an ungraded copy that approaches $750. Looking for a graded copy? Even PSA 1s go for roughly the same amount as a raw version, and PSA 10s are worth close to $20,000 on the secondary market, seeing as only 99 exist in the world.
6. Holofoil Pikachu (Star) – Holon Phantoms
Market Price: $745.25
![]()
This focused-looking Shiny Pikachu with attitude walked so that "Chonkachu" from Vivid Voltage could run. While Pikachu's Shiny coloration isn't that engaging (just a slightly darker, redder version of standard 'Chu), this card is certainly eye-catching.
With striking artwork from Fukuda of a Pikachu enveloped by electricity with its arms folded defiantly, it's no surprise this ultra-rare card is worth nearly $750 close to 20 years after release.
5. Holofoil Treecko (Star) – Team Rocket Returns
Market Price: $861.65
![]()
The second of three Generation Three starters that appear on this list, this Shiny version of Ruby and Sapphire's Grass-type starter features a blue-tinted body and a bright-red tail, making it a wonderfully intriguing card for Gold Star fans (and Treecko fans to boot).
This Treecko does, admittedly, look a little threatening, which is fitting for a card from the Team Rocket Returns set, which featured the return (fittingly) of cards with the "Team Rocket's" Pokémon moniker. With those cards making an appearance in upcoming Japanese and English sets, expect Gold Star cards from that set, such as this Treecko, to skyrocket in popularity and price in the near future.
4. Holofoil Torchic (Star) – Team Rocket Returns
Market Price: $973.73
![]()
The final Generation Three starter on this list is the Fire-type starter from the mainline games, Torchic. Arguably the most adorable of the three, Torchic evolves into the chicken-like Combusken and then into the majestic and powerful Blaziken.
However, it's Torchic that's featured on this eminently valuable card with a lighter coloration representing its Shiny form. All three starter Gold Star cards are worth a pretty penny, but this winking Torchic takes the cake with a massive value just shy of $1,000 in today's market.
3. Holofoil Rayquaza (Star) – Deoxys
Market Price: $1,615.87
![]()
The most valuable Colorless card of all time also hits the top three among Gold Star cards. Rayquaza Gold Star features brilliant Fukuda artwork of the massive, terrifying presence of Rayquaza—so big, in fact, that this legendary 'mon juts out of frame due to its sheer scale.
This card is truly a grail, as its baseline price point for an ungraded copy is well above $1,500—already a staggering sum. But once you get into graded copies, you're truly looking at "price of a new car" levels. For instance, the most recent sale of a PSA 10-graded copy of this card was $34,440! While that's a small fortune, it's understandable as only 48 copies with that grade exist.
2. Holofoil Umbreon (Star) – POP Series 5
Market Price: $2,198.12
![]()
Eeveelutions are always a hot commodity among Pokémon TCG fans and collectors. Seeing as Eevee has turned into the nominal second mascot for the entire Pokémon franchise, Eevee's evolutions are at least equally as popular as their pre-evolutions, if not more so.
As such, the two most valuable Gold Star cards both feature Eeveelutions, and they also happen to be the most valuable Eeveelution cards of all time. In a surprising twist, Umbreon (of Moonbreon and Sunbreon fame) actually is worth quite a bit less than its Psychic-type sibling.
1. Holofoil Espeon (Star) – POP Series 5
Market Price: $2,495,80
![]()
Espeon Star from POP Series 5 is the most valuable Gold Star card of all time, with a price point reaching a skyscraping $2,500 on the secondary market. Both Espeon and Umbreon Gold Star hail from POP Series 5, which was a special set that was released for the Pokémon Organized Play program, which featured organized official tournaments and events.
Seeing as the small sum of 17 cards are featured in the set, the booster packs released for the set only contained two cards. As such, the odds of pulling either the Umbreon or Espeon were infinitesimal—hence the massive price points for these cards from 2007.
