Pokemon Pokopia is a spin-off that takes the series in a whole direction, one that blends elements of Minecraft and Dragon Quest Builders environmental alteration and building in the hopes of restoring places so Pokemon and maybe even humans will eventually return. I had a chance to go hands-on with both solo and multiplayer parts of the game. Regardless of how I played, one thing seemed certain. That is that Pokemon Pokopia seemed like it could end up being the kind of relaxing spin-off we play at our own pace.
My Pokemon Pokopia journey started at the very outset. A lone Ditto appeared in a cave, getting a chance to transform into the trainer they once knew and loved. This ended up being a surprisingly robust process. I didn't spend a substantial amount of time here, due to my session being limited, but I was able to select a body type, skin color, hair style, hair color, one of two outfits, and the colors for different outfit and accessory parts. So while our Dittos are essentially following the same storyline, there seems to be quite a bit of freedom when defining the trainer they replicate.
After picking an identity, I was able to head out and meet Professor Tangrowth. Like the Ditto, this character brings up how he once belonged to a notable human who sounds like they were a professor, and brings up how this Ditto is the first other Pokemon to appear in quite some time. The segment I went through acted as an introduction to explain that some incident happened that left the town and parts of the world devastated, but upon meeting my avatar there's an opportunity. By using Ditto's ability to copy other Pokemon's moves and its human form tendencies, it could be possible to restore habitats and homes to restore environments.
While these will involve actions like collecting items, crafting furniture and items, and terraforming, one thing I noticed during my Pokemon Pokopia session was how relaxed it all seemed. There were no time limits. Once I met Squirtle, our first returning character, and gained the Water Gun ability as a result, I could take some time to explore the immediate area and restore grassy spots, water dying flowers, brush, and trees, and get some basic elements done. By restoring spots in different areas, you can create habitats. For example, four patches of grass are one. Using Leafage around a restored tree and revitalized earth to make grass appear created another type of habitat, and so on.
Another thing I noticed, both in the single-player and multiplayer hands-on sessions of Pokemon Pokopia, is that the spin-off game seems to also feature cues to encourage habitat development. For example, there will occasionally be glimmers on the ground. Investigating and picking them up will involve a clue as to a possible habitat to create to bring a certain Pokemon back. In the one early area I visited, there was a glimmering clue next to a bench. It suggested placing a punching bag near it could make a character with a silhouette that matched Hitmonchan's appear. Ruins of a house nearby had a punching bag left inside, so I picked it up moved it over. That triggered a completed habitat! By the time my solo portion ended, Hitmonchan was back.
As for the multiplayer portion, that also felt like a slow-paced opportunity. In that segment, I worked alongside three other people to restore a Pokemon Center. A box out front mentioned the different materials that would be required to finish the project. It also noted that two Pokemon would need to be brought over to finish it. While one was showing as a mystery, one was Arcanine. Which meant in addition to getting the items, we'd need to find that particular character in the nearby area, have them follow us, and head back to the center to build things up. But since this was a group effort, we could take our time and do so at a pace that worked best for all of us.
While I didn't get to spend tons of time with Pokemon Pokopia, I felt like I was able to leisurely explore and enjoy its world. The impression I get is that it will respect your time, but not force you to quickly move along. The pace seemed to offer both the opportunity to be leisurely or more quickly go through tasks in order to advance the story and gain access to new abilities and Pokemon friends for our Ditto avatar. I am excited to spend more time relaxing in this Pokemon spin-off game's world.
Pokemon Pokopia will come to the Switch 2 on March 5, 2026.

Lady and Tramp have arrived in Disney Dreamlight Valley, but getting them to officially join your village takes quite a bit of work. The first mission you need to tackle in this journey is Canine Courtship.
Like most quests, this one comes with a couple of fairly tricky parts to work through. It's a crucial task to get done if you want to have two iconic pups join your village, though, so here's a complete walkthrough for the Canine Courtship quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
How to complete Canine Courtship in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Talk to Tramp
Upon entering the Realm, your first goal is to meet up with Tramp. He can be found sitting in front of Tony's Restaurant, which is located straight through the alleyway and right on the other side of the road from where you enter. He's not used to humans being able to understand him, so he won't trust you right away.
Find supplies to make a more suitable outfit
To gain Tramp's trust, you need to search through garbage cans surrounded by debris, as well as the alley and streets, to find supplies to make a more suitable outfit. Around the Realm, you need to find:
Most of the supplies can be found inside sparkling green trash cans situated around the area, so make your way around, opening each one you encounter, to obtain all of the items you need. A few items are also on the ground in the alleyway close to where you first entered the Realm.
Make a suitable outfit
Once you have all of the items you need, head into the alleyway near the Realm entrance to find a crafting station you can use. Interact with it and swap over to the Functional Items page. Use the supplies you gathered to craft Tony's Shirt and Tony's Apron. Then, equip your new outfit.
Show Tramp your new outfit
Now that you look the part, meet up with Tramp to see if he's willing to give you a chance. He's standing near the Realm entrance in the alleyway. He trusts you now and enlists your help in setting up a romantic dinner with Lady. Follow Tramp over to the right side of Tony's Restaurant and interact with the gate there to unlock it.
Talk to Lady
Once the gate is open, follow Tramp inside over to where Lady is waiting. Have a chat with Lady to learn about what her first date with him was like. Now that you have the details, it's time to prepare their romantic dinner.
Cook Spaghetti Especialle using some of the ingredients from the stall
First up, the duo needs a meal to enjoy. They want you to make some Spaghetti Especialle, which can be done using the stall ingredients located right behind them. There's a sparkling book sitting on top of a crate right by it, and this book gives you some hints on how to properly prepare it.
The book tells you to use some top-quality ingredients, so you'll want to grab all items that include this title. It also lets you know that it must have two seasonings, one of which should be Roasted Mushrooms. Although dogs love peanut butter, they don't in this dish, so the instructions say to avoid it. The final hint you get mentions using meat and avoiding anchovies.
Putting all of these clues together, the recipe for Spaghetti Especialle requires:
Find a nice tablecloth for the table
The next task you need to get done is finding a nice tablecloth for their dinner. Walk up to the crafting station a few feet away from Lady and Tramp, then make a sharp left to head through the white gate. Look left immediately after entering to spot a tablecloth hanging on a clothing line.
Find some candles to set the romantic mood
A romantic dinner isn't complete without some mood lighting, so your next mission is to find some candles. From where Lady and Tramp are waiting, turn around until you spot a crafting station up against the wall. Look at the ground right by it to spot some sparkling candles you can grab.
Now that you have all the items you need for their date, walk over to the table where Lady and Tramp are waiting. Interact with it to place everything you gathered, then interact with it again to light the candles.
You've set up a beautiful date for them, so take a photo with the duo to progress to the next step. Listen as they talk, then watch the cutscene that plays after. Unfortunately, their date is then interrupted by a pesky dogcatcher, and Lady is captured. Follow Tramp over to the dog pound area.
Avoid the spotlights to reach the lever that turns them off
To rescue Lady, you and Tramp need to make your way into the dog pound. There are a bunch of spotlights watching for intruders, though, so you need to carefully make your way through them, avoiding getting caught. Head straight down the main path to reach the green door at the end of it, where you'll find the lever on the wall. Interact with the lever to shut down the spotlights.

The Puppy Love update introduced two fresh faces to Disney Dreamlight Valley, which are the adorable titular characters from the film Lady and the Tramp. Like most villagers, unlocking these two takes quite a bit of work.
There are a few valley characters who show up around the area right away, but the vast majority are locked behind Realms you have to visit and explore. Along these adventures, there are many missions you need to complete before the villagers will join your valley, so here's how to unlock Lady and Tramp in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

As you work your way through Star Path events in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you'll be met with lots of crafting-related quests. These tasks are oftentimes rather vague and tough to solve, as is the case with the mission that asks you to craft any large elixir.
You're not given any information about what a large elixir is or what materials are needed to make one, so it might seem like a daunting quest to take on at first. Luckily, it's quite doable once you understand what's being asked of you, so here's how to craft any large elixir in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
What is a large elixir in Disney Dreamlight Valley?
A large elixir is any of the potions you can craft that start with the words "Even More Miraculous" in DDV. You can find these items under the Potion & Enchantment page at any crafting station, and there are four different craftable recipes you can make.
Only one of these recipes actually includes the word elixir in the title, so it can be tricky to determine which items work for the quest. Although only one is officially called an elixir, all four potions count for any quest asking for a large elixir, so you can freely choose which ones you make for it.
Craft any large elixir in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To finish the craft any large elixir quest for the Paw-fect Romance Star Path event, you need to craft one of the "Even More Miraculous" elixirs. Your options for this quest are Even More Miraculous Growth Elixir, Even More Miraculous Pickaxe Polish, Even More Miraculous Fishing Bait, and Even More Miraculous Shovel Varnish.
Successfully completing this mission gets you 50 Tokens to spend in the Paw-fect Romance Star Path event. This is a massive reward for fairly minimal effort, and most event duties don't grant anywhere near as many Tokens as a prize, so it's certainly a quest that's worth completing as soon as possible. If you still want some more Tokens, though, there are lots of other tasks you can tackle, like practicing MINE-fulness, harvesting a key chocolate ingredient, petting Companions, and crafting any refinement item.

Some of the toughest Star Path missions you'll encounter in Disney Dreamlight Valley present you with vague hints to solve. One such puzzle you may encounter asks you to find and interact with a villager named after a flower.
You might have a guess as to who this means right away, but it's a deceptively tricky mission, as there are quite a few characters who match this description, yet only one who actually works. It's an easy task to end up stumped by, so here's who the villager named after a flower is in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
Villager named after a flower in Disney Dreamlight Valley
For the purposes of the Paw-fect Romance Star Path event, the villager named after a flower is Daisy in DDV. This can be a bit of a tricky one to solve, as there are actually quite a few different characters with flower-themed names.
The other villager you're most likely to try when you get a task with this prompt is Jasmine from Aladdin because of jasmine flowers. She is technically named after a flower, but anytime you have a quest asking you to find a villager named after one, it won't be her. Star Path duties can be a bit frustrating to work through, as they often have prompts like this one that apply to multiple villagers but only work on one specific one.
Beyond Jasmine, there are a couple of other characters you might think of for this one, too. Mirabel from Encanto is one of them, as there's a vibrant rose flower that goes by this name. You may also consider Belle from Beauty and the Beast if you're thinking of bellflowers. Unfortunately, no other options you might think of work, even if they make sense for the task, so you must seek out Daisy for this one.
Chat with a villager named after a flower in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To complete the chat with a villager named after a flower quest, you need to have one daily discussion with Daisy. You can do so by finding her around your village, interacting with her, and selecting the text that appears by the chat box icon. Her conversation option changes each time you speak to her, but the icon always remains the same, making it easy to distinguish from other options.
If you're having trouble locating Daisy, head into her Boutique to teleport her to this location. She always appears inside when you do, so it's a quick and efficient way to find her. You can only have one daily discussion per villager per day, so if you already talked to Daisy on the day you're trying to get this quest done, you'll need to wait until the next one for the option to chat with her to refresh.
Completing this mission gets you 10 Tokens to spend in the Paw-fect Romance Star Path event. It's not much at all, so you'll likely want to check off some additional missions to earn a reward. Other duties worth tackling next are practicing MINE-fulness, crafting a potion you can really "dig," harvesting a key chocolate ingredient, and crafting any refinement item.

Star Path events have all kinds of tricky duties to work through, many of which require you to find items of a certain color in Disney Dreamlight Valley. One such mission you'll encounter in the Paw-fect Romance event tasks you with selling green veggies.
These types of quests are always rather tough since not every item that is actually a green vegetable works for it. It's quite easy to get stuck on this task because of this, so if you are, here's how sell green veggies in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
All green veggies in Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are seven vegetables that qualify as "green veggies" for the sell green veggies task in the Paw-fest Romance Star Path event. All of the vegetables you can acquire and use to complete this mission are as follows.
There may be vegetables in DLCs, like Cabbage in A Rift in Time, or other items, like Seaweed, that you think should work for this task. Unfortunately, even if any additional items you find are technically green vegetables, only the seven listed above count for the purposes of the Paw-fect Romance Star Path event.
Sell green veggies in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To complete the sell green veggies mission, you need to sell a total of 15 green vegetables from the list above. These items can be sold at any of Goofy's Stalls around the valley or DLC worlds to claim some Star Coins.
You can mix and match between different vegetables or sell 15 of the same type. It's entirely up to you how you choose to tackle this process. If you're looking for the maximum profits, though, you'll want to focus on selling Leeks, as they're by far the best for earning Star Coins since each one sells for 309 Star Coins.
Before you can sell these vegetables, you'll first need to plant, water, grow, and harvest them, so it can take a bit to get it done. If you happen to have some green vegetables already stored away, you can skip right ahead to selling them.
You get 15 Tokens for completing this mission, which is a decent prize, but not quite enough to get most of the prizes you'll likely want to grab from the event. To earn more, consider working your way through some other tricky Star Path missions next, like petting Companions, practicing MINE-fulness, harvesting a key chocolate ingredient, and crafting any refinement item.

Star Path events often send you on complex scavenger hunts that only provide vague hints in Disney Dreamlight Valley. One such vague quest asks you to mine for black stones around the village.
Although finding black rocks may seem easy enough at first, this mission is very particular about which ones actually count. This is the case with most Star Path quests, making them tougher than you might expect. If you're having trouble with this one, here's how to mine for black stones in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
What are black stones in Disney Dreamlight Valley?
For the purposes of the Paw-fect Romance Star Path event, there are three items that count as black stones, which are Onyx, Coal Ore, and Night Shards. While most items are found around specific biomes or locations, these three are rather unique, so tracking them down may be tough.
Other items you find while exploring, like Tin if you have A Rift in Time, may also appear to be black stones that you might expect to count for this mission. For this Star Path duty, though, only the three previously mentioned options work, even if you find something else that seems to match this description.
Mine for black stones in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To complete the mine for black stones quest, you need to mine a total of 15 items in this category, including Onyx, Coal Ore, and Night Shards. You can find 15 of one specific stone, mix and match between two of them, or gather a few of all three types. It's entirely up to you how you choose to work through it.
You might want to make some useful elixirs to help you through this mission if you're struggling. Mining and digging potions will help you obtain bonus materials as you work on this quest, allowing you to progress more quickly.
Finishing this mission gets you 20 Tokens to spend in the event, which is the maximum you can earn from any one regular Star Path duty. If you're still seeking more to claim the prize you're after, there are plenty of other quests to get done, like practicing MINE-fulness, crafting a potion you can really "dig," harvesting a key chocolate ingredient, and crafting any refinement item.

The Paw-fect Romance Star Path event has many unique items you can unlock, including clothing, furniture, and much more in Disney Dreamlight Valley. To claim these exclusive prizes, you need to work through the tricky missions it offers, like dressing up in your Mickey Mouse ears.
While some event quests are pretty straightforward, others like this one can be a bit tough to figure out. Even the tasks that seem tricky are worth solving, though, as they come with plenty of Tokens you can claim to spend on prizes you can't find anywhere else. If you're struggling to work through this Star Path event duty, here's how to dress up in your Mickey Mouse ears in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
Mickey Mouse ears in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Mickey ears are all hat items that have the word "ears" in the title and appear the same shape as Mickey and Minnie's mouse ears. You can look for and equip just about every hat that has the word "ears" in it, except for the cat ears, as those ones aren't Mickey-themed. All other hats with this word should count as Mickey Mouse ears. If you're struggling to find an option that works, here are all of the hats that qualify.
Dress up in your Mickey Mouse ears in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To complete the dress up in your Mickey Mouse ears task for the Paw-fect Romance Star Path event, you simply need to equip one pair of mouse ears on your avatar. This can be done by opening your inventory, switching over to the wardrobe, navigating to the hats category, and choosing any of the valid options from the list above. Be sure to exit the wardrobe once you have them on to ensure it checks off, as a quick swap that you don't actually leave the dresser with won't work here.
Finishing this quest gets you 15 Tokens to spend in this special event. It's a decent prize, but likely not enough to claim whatever reward you have your eye on. If you still need more Tokens, there are plenty of other tasks to tackle, like practicing MINE-fulness, harvesting a key chocolate ingredient, petting Companions, and crafting any refinement item.

The Paw-fect Romance Star Path event has arrived in Disney Dreamlight Valley, bringing with it loads of fresh tasks you can tackle to claim prizes. One of the many missions you need to get done asks you to mine for special crystals underground.
All Star Paths feature a wide variety of unique missions to complete, some of which are fairly easy while others can be tricky to figure out. If this quest has you stumped, here's how to mine for special crystals underground in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
What are special crystals underground in Disney Dreamlight Valley?
The special crystals found underground are Vitalys Crystals in DDV. You can technically find all kinds of crystals, gems, and rocks while mining underground, but for the purposes of this Paw-fect Romance Star Path duty, only Vitalys Crystals count.
While the majority of rocks and gems can be found in various spots around the valley, Vitalys Crystals can only be found in the Vitalys Mine. This location can be accessed through the cave tucked away under the waterfall near the north end of the Sunlit Plateau biome.
You unlock this secret location when completing Scar's Nature & Nurture quest, which also grants you access to the Sunlit Plateau biome. You'll come across this mission naturally as you progress the main storyline, so if you don't see it yet, just keep working through the key story quests you have until it's unlocked.
Mine for special crystals underground in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To finish the mine for special crystals underground quest, you need to mine a total of 10 Vitalys Crystals. This will likely take you at least a few rounds around the mines, as they're not guaranteed to drop from each one, and you'll likely only get one or two when you do find them.
To help you get it done more quickly, consider crafting and using a Miracle Pickaxe Polish or Even More Miraculous Pickaxe Polish. Both items can be made and applied to your Royal Pickaxe to increase the drops you get from mining for a while afterward.
You may also want to bring a mining villager and two mining Companions with you on this quest. Having both at your side means the loot you get from mining will be increased, although any bonus goodies found by your allies won't actually count for the Star Path quest. You're going to be putting in the work either way, though, so you might as well have them there to help you get extras.
The Paw-fect Romance Star Path has plenty of other tasks you can work on after this one. Next, you might try practicing MINE-fulness, crafting a potion you can really "dig," harvesting a key chocolate ingredient, and crafting any refinement item.

Mewgenics might be all about raising your cats to defeat different bosses, but using collars allows you assign unique classes to all of them.
Different classes have their own strengths and weaknesses. In Mewgenics, classes are applied as per the collars you put on a cat. This also allows the same cat to have different classes on your save (just switch the collar, and you're good to go).
Every collar is effective when used properly. However, some of them are better.

Mewgenics class tier list
I have used three different tiers to rank all the collars (or classes, if you want to call it that). While there are over 10 options, there are no bad collars.
Most of the collars and their associated classes will be locked in the beginning. I haven't taken that into account. Having collars early in your game will be beneficial, but unlocking the rest won't take too long.
S-tier
A-tier
B-tier
Do note that there's the Jester class that allows you to get the abilities of any other collar. This collar is a tier list of its own, so I haven't included it in the tier list. While unlocking all the collars will take some time, the grind is definitely worth the effort.

Cats have nine lives, or that's what they say, but in Mewgenics, that's not the exact case.
As you take your cats out to fight, they will take damage from enemy attacks. While every kitto can withstand a certain bit of damage, they will eventually perish unless you heal them. Let's first look at how you can heal your cats in Mewgenics.
Table of contents
How to heal cats in Mewgenics
Injuries can happen due to the outcome of a battle in Mewgenics. Once the health of a cat has completely depleted, they will incur injuries. Reviving them (more on that below) will remove the injuries, but they can occur once again if they lose all their health. Cats with low constitution value are much more susceptible to getting injured.
You cats can also get injured at your home. Rooms with low Comfort stat can be quite problematic, as they will force your cats to fight. Clashes can also happen if one of your cats is extremely aggressive, or they want to mate with another one's partner. All such clashes will eventually lead to injuries.
In simple words, you cats will get injured. What's important is how you can heal them. The Super Bandage item is an extremely useful item that allows you to heal your cat. It can be equipped in the trinkets section and has four uses. Using it recovers a random illness, and you can use it to heal different cats in your army. However, you can only use it in a battle.
Having the Cleric collar is immensely useful. This is the only healing class in Mewgenics, and abilities like Revive heal a cat by 50% HP and remove a random injury. This particular spell can be even better once it's upgraded.
You cats can also recover from injury and heal themselves when resting at your home. However, it's best not to rely on this method. I have seen it happen just twice in several hours. It's not a reliable method; if it happens, consider yourself to be lucky.
How to revive your cats in Mewgenics
When your cat's HP is completely down to zero, they become incapacitated. When that happens, they get a random injury, and there will be a timer on top of them. If this timer runs out, you can't revive your cat. The timer will drop by one every time the cat's corpse gets hit.
There are two ways to revive your cats. One method works partially as it raises the corpse's health. The Muertos Mask adds eight extra instances for a corpse to get hit, which is immensely useful. However, the following items all offer auto-revive if a cat goes down.
Certain abilities are also helpful when you're trying to revive a fallen cat.
As it's evident, the Cleric class has immensely potential when it comes to healing and revival. If your cat isn't born with one of these abilities, they will have to be drafted during the course of a battle.

Finding all 15 Ducks in Abyss is tied to the Bob's Door quest and getting the Plunger Gun. Below I'll show you all the Duck locations so that you can find them and open Bob's Door. Here are all Duck locations and how to get the Plunger Gun in Abyss.
Table of contents
How to Get All Ducks and Plunger Gun in Abyss
Below you'll find screenshots and images that will help you find all ducks in Abyss at all locations. There are currently 15 in total. Once you collect them all you can open Bob's Door near the Forgotten Deep dome behind Virelia. Here's how they are spread out:
Use the Table of Contents above to look for the Ducks you need above or scroll down below to browse manually. Once you have all of them simply go to Bob's Door behind Virelia and buy the Plunger Gun inside. It costs 235,000 but it is one of the best guns in the game. Overall, it competes with Lost Spirit Gun and Ruined Gun. I wouldn't necessarily rush it because even though it has the highest damage the previous two have lower CDs. If you have that much cash, I'd prioritize the Bath Tube first.
Forgotten Deep Duck Locations
The 3 Ducks in Forgotten Deep are the easiest to get since two are in the dome and one is just behind Virelia. Out of the ones in the Dome, one is on the tree above the dev team table while the other is in Billy's cargo that you can enter by zooming into first person and going in sideways. The one behind Virelia requires just a little swim up on the hill above Bob's Door.
Ocean Duck Locations
As for the 2 Ducks in Ocean, you just have to find the submarine where you enter the Cave, the duck is just in front of the submarine. The other Duck is near the Lost Captain NPC on a hill with the few chests.
Morveth's Cave Duck Locations
The Ducks in Morveth's Cave are both near the chests. The first is behind the waterfall entrance where you need to platform up to the chest and the Duck is behind it. For the other one, use the picture above to orient yourself and you'll find it behind the chest in the picture.
Angler Cave Duck Locations
For the Angler Cave Ducks, they're pretty easy to find. The first one is right behind the Lightkeeper NPC near the start of the area. The second one is all the way down at the end of the cave behind the chest.
Ancient Sands Duck Locations
In Ancient Sands, 2 Ducks are easy to find since they're just behind the respective NPCs in the picture above - Jeff and Grumpy Hank. That said, for the final one you'll have to find the structure in the picture above and go behind it then descend down. There will be a cave right below it that you can enter, steer to the left and go all the way down the cave until you reach the skull in the picture with the Duck next to it.
Spirit Roots Duck Locations
Once you have all the Ducks you can go to Bob's Door in Forgotten Deep behind Virelia. Bob will open the door for you and you can buy the Plunger Gun inside. The Plunger Gun is one of the best guns in Abyss sporting a massive 420 damage, 2.3 CD and 0.85 Control. That's it for my guide on all Duck locations in Abyss.
