PCGamesN Monday, July 1, 2024 6:38 PM Panzer Dragoon is a game that should've had more of an influence than it did. If you were around when it was released you couldn't escape it. It was everywhere and now, a couple of decades later, it's largely forgotten. Not everyone has forgotten, however. Some games keep the torch lit, like brilliant fantasy aerial dogfight game The Falconeer which definitely pays homage to it. If that sounds like it's something you'd be interested in, then you're in luck - it'll be free to keep later this week. Atlus and Platinum Pens are going to release a special Persona 3 reload fountain pen and bottled ink set for 8,800 JPY ($54.50). You can get it via Premium Bandai, but as a note, you'll need to be in Japan to access the particular store page.
The fountain pen has the Gekkoukan Private High School emblem on the cap. It looks like something you could buy at the school's merchandise shop if Gekkoukan actually exists. In order to make it easy for anyone to use for any purpose, the pen's tip is quite thin. As for the ink, it's a lighter blue than the Velvet Room's colors. On the bottle, there's a picture of the title art from the game. When you receive the fountain pen, it'll come with the ink cartridge and a converter, so you'll be able to use it from the get-go.
Persona 3 Reload is the remake of the original Persona 3 game. It draws on the original while maintaining some QoL updates from FES and Portable, though it will only include Episode Aigis (the FES epilogue) and not the female protagonist route. It came out early this year and within a week, it sold over a million copies, making it the fastest selling Atlus game in the company's history.
Persona 3 Reload is readily avilable on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Windows PC. You'll be able to get the Persona 3 Reload fountain pen from Premium Bandai and it'll ship out in November 2024.

Capcom announced a collaboration between Pop Team Epic and Street Fighter 6. This will mostly give players cosmetics for their photos and items based off of the manga's panels.
You'll be able to get these items from July 17, 2024 to August 16, 2024. The news only appears on the Japanese website for Street Fighter 6, so it's unknown if those outside of the country can get the Pop Team Epic collaboration rewards. Illustrations from the manga will be usable as you in-game phone wallpaper. As well, you can use assets to make your photo frames, stamps, and player cards look like Pop Team Epic manga panels.
Pop Team Epic is a 4-panel surreal comedy webcomic that has had multiple adaptations since it started in 2014. It features Popuko and Pipimi who experience bizarre situations, but react in bizarre ways as well. Images and clips from the series have circulated around the Internet either as reaction images or as memes.
Street Fighter 6 came out in 2023 as the latest mainline title for the series. It has been massively successful since it came out. Early in 2024, Capcom announced that Year 2 will introduce Mai, Terry, Elena, and M Bison are new fighters joining the roster. Mai and Terry originate from Fatal Fury. M Bison is already available as DLC.
Street Fighter 6 is readily available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC. The Pop Team Epic collaboration items will be available as login rewards from July 17, 2024 to August 16, 2024.

Acrylic mirrors that look like the stained glass pillars from Kingdom Hearts are now available at the Square Enix store. As a note, it does not appear that the North American Square Enix store offers these mirrors.
There are nine variations in total. You can get mirrors of:
Each mirror costs 1980 JPY (about $12.25) and will come out on September 21, 2024 in Japan. As a reminder, the Japanese Square Enix store does not offer international shipping. The materials for these mirrors are acrylic and metal, and there's a chain so you can hang it from your keys or bag.
The ones focusing on the princess just depict them on their own. As for the ones that are for a particular game, it shows the protagonist. The murals for the princesses look like regular Disney merchandise. However, those who played Kingdom Hearts (as in literally the first game) might find them familiar, as it's the same stained glass design that you walk around on in Dive to the Heart.
The Kingdom Hearts series traditionally combines Final Fantasy and Disney characters in an original story. In the first game, the series introduces us to the concept of Princesses of Heart, who are the main female protagonists from classic Disney animated movies (except Kairi who is an original character to Kingdom Hearts). The reason why characters like Alice and Jasmine don't have a stained glass is because they hadn't been captured yet at the start of the game when Sora first sees the murals in his Dive to the Heart.
The Kingdom Hearts stained glass acrylic mirrors are available for pre-order in the Square Enix store.

During the Capcom Next Summer 2024 live stream, Capcom showed some more information on Kunitsu-gami. Aside from a demo now being available, the game will also get a collaboration with Okami.
You can watch the new Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess trailer here:
It combines RTS with action, but with some base building aspects as well. You'll be set up your village during the day and then defeats attacking Seethe (enemies) at night. When setting up your village, you can choose where to set buildings, as well as assign villagers to certain jobs. You can upgrade these jobs, powering them up and make them more useful in fending off the Seethe. The point of the game is to survive all of these attacks and then eventually purify the village.
At the end of the trailer, it shows the Okami collaboration, which is to celebrate the release of the demo. This collaboration is aesthetic. You'll be able to dress up the characters in clothing that look like characters from Okami, as well as use weapons and listen to music from that game.
There will be a present campaign for the collaboration will run until July 17, 2024. During this time, players need to work together to complete tasks. One task is to collectively gather 1 billion crystals from fighting back the Seethe. The other one is to collectively find 15 Lucky Mallets, which are hidden items in the demo. If people can do this, then the Okami collaboration items will be for free on release day.
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess will come out on July 19, 2024 for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Windows PC. The playable demo is now available.

During the Capcom Next Summer 2024 showcase on July 1, 2024, there was a trailer for the Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, which showed some information on DLC and, more crucially, its release date. Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster will come out on September 19, 2024 and pre-orders are now open.
You can watch the trailer here:
The trailer starts with a history of Dead Rising's releases before showing the classic Frank West zombie-killing action. It also shows the differences in model between the original game and the remaster. Characters look slightly different and there are improved graphics. For example, you can see the curls and details in the infamous granny's poodle. In the original game, the dog just had lumps of fluff around its body.
During the stream, there was more information from the development team. Ryosuke Murai, the director, states that it's a remaster. But considering how much work they put into it, it's really more of a remake. The game will be able to run at 4K/60fps and there will be QoL updates such as the ability to move while aiming. You'll also be able to auto-save. The NPC AI is better than before and the UI is more intuitive. Finally, the game has been dubbed in 9 different languages and will be available in 14.
As for DLC, the Digital Deluxe version of the game will come with a pack that contains 17 costumes for Frank and 17 BGM tracks you can play in the mall. This will be available when the game comes out. Some of the costumes look quite bizarre, such as what looks like a robot and a bunny suit.
Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster will come out on the PS5, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC via Steam on September 19, 2024. This is the digital version.
