The newest Genshin Impact character demo trailer is here, and it features Yae Miko in her element. Not only is she at the Grand Narukami Shrine, but she's talking with one of the shrine maidens about a light novel manuscript she submitted for Yae Publishing House. After explaining why she's displeased with the draft, she offers an example of how a light novel "should" go. The Yae Miko Genshin Impact trailer begins the other miko's detailing what she thinks her life is like in a light novel inspired by the Guuji. However, she is quickly corrected. Yae Miko calls it too "boring." The video then shows her in battle as an example of how a light novel should be. This means showing off her Elemental Skill and Burst as she fights a number of opponents. Yae Miko is the only new character in 2.5. Her banner will appear in the first half. After that, there will be rerun banners for Raiden Shogun and Kokomi. Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices. A Nintendo Switch version is in development. The 2.5 update with Yae Miko banner will launch on February 16, 2022. That banner will run until March 8, 2022. The spoiler-heavy Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Nia figure got both a price and a release date. People will see her in Japan first in June 2023. Then in August 2023, she'll show up in North America. She'll cost ¥26,000/$259.99. She is also designated as "limited pre-orders" item. This means she could sell out. Editor's Note: There will be Xenoblade Chronicles 2 spoilers in the Nia figure gallery below.This Nia figure is based on her appearance and information from later in the game. Masatsugu Saito, the character designer for both that entry and Xenoblade Chronicles 3, created the art it is based on. She's a 1/7th scale figure. However, much of her height comes from the weapon she is wielding and her ears. Here's a closer look at the Nia figure. This is one of many Xenoblade Chronicles 2 figures from Good Smile Company. There are the Pyra and Mythra ones, for example. Those were so popular, they ended up being rereleased multiple times. The Xenoblade Chronicles Blade version of Xenosaga's KOS-MOS also appeared in 2020. The Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Nia figure will release in June 2023 in Japan and August 2023 in North America. Good Smile Company opened its pre-orders for the Doki Doki Literature Club Monika Nendoroid, and that means there release date windows appeared. The figure will appear in Japan in October 2022. The expected North American debut is December 2022. She'll cost ¥6,900/$70. We already had an idea of how the figure would look. Both an unpainted prototype and painted prototype appeared ahead of pre-orders opening. However, this marked the first time her extra faceplates and accessories appeared. Monika comes with three face plates. One is of her with a wide, innocent smile. Another features a more... focused, cunning smile. Finally, the third face plate is a spoiler. Her accessories include a pen, desk, chair, and some dialogue boxes with text from the visual novel. There are also leg and hand parts so she can properly sit at her desk. There is a special poem too.
