So far I am finding it, you know, fine, by which I mean it is good and fun but also almost exactly the same as 2018 one, right down to the tension between Kratos and his son Atreus. Their dynamic seems to have largely pressed the reset button so they can do a character growth again, with the differences so far being that Atreus is now taller and his voice has broken, Kratos doesn't call him "Boy!", and also he won't shut up under any circumstances. |

Yet having tested it out on the RTX 4090, I'm convinced it could be as big a deal as the cards themselves, especially if you have a high-refresh-rate gaming monitor. |

It seems a new entry in the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series could be on the way. Bandai Namco filed a trademark for what could be a new game. The European Union Intellectual Property Office featured a trademark for Ultimate Ninja Storm Connection. As expected, the filing applies to things related to video games like software. [Thanks, Gematsu!] The Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series is a part of the Naruto Ultimate Ninja/Narutimate fighting game line from CyberConnect2. This line kicked off in 2008 for the PS3, before also appearing on the PS4, Switch, Xbox One, and PC with the Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy that included the first three entries. The most recent release was Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4. That started out on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in 2016. However, in 2020 a Switch port appeared. Bandai Namco didn't officially announced anything related to Ultimate Ninja Storm Connection yet. Its current active Naruto fighting game is Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker. Despite coming out in 2018, it still got new DLC through 2022. There are also regular Ninja World League updates in-game. Some "after" Fall 2022 updates for it will include more stage renovations and ninjutsi rebalancing. CD Projekt Red announced a The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt next-gen update release date. On December 14, 2022, it will show up online. PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC owners will be able to patch The Witcher 3 for free to add both enhancements and new content. People playing on systems like the PS4, Switch, and Xbox One will also get new updates and content in the future as well. There will also be a November 2022 Twitch stream going over everything. At the moment, exact details about what the free The Witcher 3 next-gen update aren't available. There are some vague hints as to what will appear with it. Ray-tracing support and faster loading are confirmed. There will also be graphics update to take advantage of the newer hardware. This patch will include The Witcher Netflix series items added in for people to see. The PS4, Switch, and Xbox One patches will also include the The Witcher Netflix items. That will also include some other adjustments and additions. For people who don't own The Witcher 3 yet, there will also be a new version to purchase on December 14, 2022. Merchandise outlet eeo Store is stocking specially engraved bottles of Danganronpa V3 wine for people to buy. The bottles come with special engraved illustrations of several characters from the game [Thanks Famitsu!]. There are three different bottles in the Danganronpa V3 wine series. Each bottle sports a special engraved design. Rather than using an adhesive label, the bottle art is instead sandblasted onto the surface to make a more permanent, textured design. Every Black Friday, Dollar General tends to discount giftcards for online game storefronts and services, and 2022 will be no different. The November ad for the store appeared and features a rather typical deal for the retailer. Its section going over giftcards showed both Playstation Store and Xbox Microsoft Store gift cards in the multi-pack section. In addition, it showed an offer for Xbox-specific cards. [Thanks, Best Black Friday!] With the multi-pack gift cards, only the PlayStation Store and Xbox ones appeared. They will each be 20% off during the Dollar General Black Friday deal. The ones shown feature a $30 set of PlayStation ones, with each individual card being $10. The Xbox One is for $60 worth of cards, with each of the three cards worth $20. Nintendo eShop cards did not appear at all in this section. The other 20% off offer applies to two specific types of Xbox gift cards. One is the $25 standard gift card. Hololive En Myth members like Gawr Gura and Calliope Mori are heading to another game, as a CounterSide crossover is in the works. There's no release date for the event yet. However, pre-registration opened on November 14, 2022 and a trailer confirmed which Vtubers will appear as skins for characters. Here's the CounterSide x Hololive trailer featuring Gawr Gura, Calliope Mori, Kiara Takanashi, Ina'nis Ninomae, and Amelia Watson. It first confirms Calliope will be a Lucrecia skin. Kiara will be a skin for Yuna Springfield: Solar Codex. Ina'nis is one for Edel Meitner. Kaci Bins will get a Gawr Gura skin. Finally, Amelia will be a Yang Harim one. Nintendo announced the new 2022 season for Splatoon 3 and, appropriately enough for winter months, it is called the Chill Season. Starting on December 1, 2022, an array of new content will be added to the game. A Splatoon 3 trailer appeared to show off some of it, with characters, maps, weapons, and a new catalog teased. X Battles will also show up after the update. The Splatoon 3 Chill Season 2022 video begins by looking at one of the new maps. It is called Brinewater Springs and appears to be set outside of a temple of sorts. Two teams show up for Turf Wars, with the characters wearing new clothing and wielding new weapons. Among them will be 10 returning weapons and three new ones. The new ones will be a Charger, Roller, and Shooter. After that, the Flounder Heights map set in an apartment complex returns. That transitions into a peek at X Battles. This is a new competitive mode. People at Anarchy Battle elite ranks can risk X Power in it. Big Run is teased after that. It brings Salmon Run-kinds of cooperative horde modes to standard maps. As part of the FFXI 20th anniversary series of interviews, Square Enix General Manager of Community & Service Division Toshio "Foxclon" Murouchi discussed his time with both the MMO and acting as a GM for Ultima Online. While people likely know him know as a FFXIV Global Community Producer who often shows up on Letter from the Producer Live with Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida, he has an extensive background with other games. This first part of a multipart interview dealt with his beginning in the company and approach to FFXI. Initially, Foxclon brought up moving from EA and Ultima Online to Square Enix and FFXI. He noted how when FFXI Global Online Producer Sage Sundi transferred over to Square, he was one of the first three to go to the company. He started right before the first beta, and was involved slightly in that test to check features. He also mentioned that while working on Ultima Online, the Japanese operations team got in trouble for "making a uniquely colored variant of a weapon" for a winning player during an event. Foxclon also brought up the neutral approach Square Enix decided upon when handling issues. He noted the game is more protective of beginners. The company put out an official tweet encouraging customers and fans to peruse its official Sega contact channels and let their voices be heard. Demon Slayer The Hinokami Chronicles is getting another high-ranking demon for its roster as DLC. Gyutaro, a major antagonist in the Entertainment District arc, will join the game as the next add-on. He joins the roster as part of Character Pack #5, which releases on November 16, 2022 in Japan. Daki, another Demon Slayer villain and sister to Gyutaro, joined the roster in October 2022. As a The Hinokami Chronicles fighter, Gyutaro wields his own flesh as a pair of sharp, sickle-shaped Kama blades. He also can wield his own blood as a weapon, using his Blood Demon Art abilities. He can throw his blood as a form of projectile, and swallow his foe in a cloud of razor-sharp "blood sickles". The final part 3 of the Attack on Titan: The Final Season anime is coming soon. The official website and social media account for the show received a new key visual poster. It highlights key characters involved in what they're calling the "conclusion" of the long-running Attack on Titan saga. The Final Season anime debuted in 2020, with part 2 airing earlier in 2022 and running for 12 episodes. Check out the poster below. They're also wearing the updated versions of the omnidirectional maneuver gear, debuted during The Final Season. This update made it as effective in combat against humans as against Titans. "Thunder Spear" rockets are also visible in Connie and Jean's hands. These explosives were developed for use against The Armored Titan in the final battles of the third season of the anime. Studio Ghibli revealed what it's working on for Star Wars creator Lucasfilm. It's an anime short starring Grogu (also known as "Baby Yoda.") The Studio Ghibli short, formally titled Zen - Grogu and Dust Bunnies, is viewable on the Disney Plus streaming service. The show is billed as a "hand-animated" original short. In addition to Grogu, it features the Dust Bunnies. In the opening episode, he's rescued from his captors by the titular Mandalorian. Thus the name "Baby Yoda" stuck, even after his actual name of Grogu was revealed. The anime pairs Baby Yoda with the Dust Bunnies, who are also known as "Soot Sprites." The Dust Bunnies appear in minor roles as spirits or supernatural creatures harmlessly inhabiting the nooks and crannies of various places. In My Neighbor Totoro, they appear to the children Satsuki and Mei after the pair move with their father to a new home in the country. In Spirited Away, the Dust Bunnies inhabit the furnace beneath the bathhouse, and help by delivering coals to the fire in exchange for morsels of food.
