PCGamesN Monday, August 7, 2023 9:58 AM How do you use Baldur's Gate 3 silver ingot? The item can be found fairly early on in the game but its use isn't immediately obvious, so you might be wondering whether to sell the metallic chunk for cash or keep it stashed away for the future. Well, we've read on to find out what we've discovered about the BG3 silver ingot and its uses. With no bag of holding or BG3 mods to increase your storage capacity, your inventory in Baldur's Gate 3 fills up pretty fast. Naturally, when you're in desperate need of some free slots, you look for anything you can get rid of - better still, anything you can sell for a quick buck. Something that you might find clogging up your storage are BG3 silver ingots, bronze ingots, or even gold ingots, but should you save them up for crafting or upgrading your BG3 weapons, or should you just trade them in for gold pieces? Here's what we know. PCGamesN Monday, August 7, 2023 8:11 AM What is the Baldur's Gate 3 moon stone puzzle solution? It's a head-scratcher, that's for sure. BG3 is no stranger to the odd environment puzzle, and often times it doesn't give you many hints at all other than what you can see in the room. The Defiled Temple moon stone puzzle is one of these puzzles; a set of four rotating panels on the floor and an image above a locked door. That's it, that's your lot. If you're still on the fence about diving into the fantastic RPG, our Baldur's Gate 3 review should give you enough of a push to choose the best class, don your best armor, polish your sharpest sword, and take that first step into Faerun. At one point in your adventure, you're going to need access to a huge underground area called the Underdark, and if you want to get there through the Goblin Camp, you're going to need to solve the perplexing moon stone puzzle. Here's how to solve the Baldur's Gate 3 moon stone puzzle the right way, and then our way (the best way). PCGamesN Monday, August 7, 2023 8:41 AM How do you speak to the dead in Baldur's Gate 3? Whilst the Necromancer class doesn't officially exist, there are multiple ways to converse with the deceased in BG3. You can reanimate the dead before engaging in a full-blown conversation with them, but you'll either need to be a Bard, Cleric, or Wizard, or find the Amulet of Lost Voices early in the game. Baldur's Gate 3, as we explain in our review, requires some hard thinking about the best class to play as, or the right race to choose. If you want to opt for a class that naturally learns how to speak with the dead, you'll have the easiest time, but if not we've got all you need to know about BG3 necromancy. PCGamesN Monday, August 7, 2023 9:04 AM How many Baldur's Gate 3 acts are there? While it's been great investing plenty of time into BG3, all good things have to end at some point. Don't worry, we aren't going to spoil any story beats for you, but you should be able to use our guide to work out how far into the campaign you are. Once you've picked your BG3 class and race, it's time to start making your way through the story. Judging by our review and the length of Baldur's Gate 3, it looks like the average campaign in the RPG game is set to last a minimum of 75 hours. With that knowledge in mind, the number of acts in Baldur's Gate 3 should prepare you for roughly how many hours you're likely to spend in Faerûn. Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Monday, August 7, 2023 7:39 AM Baldur's Gate 3 is the CRPG with a billion and one features, but there will always be players who want a billion and two and yes, I am among these insatiable souls. I cracked a fresh save over the weekend, having bid a sad goodbye to my early access Tiefling rogue, and I already know what I'd like from the game's modding scene, or preferably, a forthcoming official update. No, it isn't new races, or increased party sizes, or the removal of the weight limit (which you can get around by offloading spare loot to your Tardis-esque interdimensional campsite). What I'd like most is the ability to switch between characters during dialogue. You'll trigger many of these conversations without warning as you explore the world, and I routinely bumble into chitchats the character I'm controlling isn't quite prepped for. |

Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Monday, August 7, 2023 6:00 AM As people of a certain age will know, the current, slow-moving death of Twitter is nothing we haven't seen before. Most of us who were knocking around the internet in the early 00s will have at least one online gravestone in the closet somewhere, whether it's a long abandoned LiveJournal or MySpace page, or an old internet forum that sadly doesn't exist anymore (RPS in peace). But for the citizens of Videoverse, an online community that's part and parcel of the soon to be defunct 1-bit video games console the Kinmoku Shark, this sense of an ending is something that many of them aren't equipped to deal with, least of all teenager Emmett, who's just discovered the fan page for his favourite video game, Feudal Fantasy. As he deals with the prospect of having to bid farewell to friends old and new, including the mysterious but talented fan artist Vivi, Videoverse taps into a potent and nostalgic melancholy. It's a love letter to the early internet at its rose-tinted best, and to the lost, formative spaces that brought so many like-minded individuals together and gave them a sense of purpose. Yes, there are trolls spoiling everyone's fun, and yes, there's a hint of something more nefarious going on underneath Videoverse's source code. But another Hypnospace Outlaw this is not. Rather, this is a proto-internet tale that's all about the friendships we form online, and the bonds that carry us forward when real-life relationships just don't cut it anymore. |

Siliconera Monday, August 7, 2023 9:30 AM Atlus shared a new Persona 5 Tactica character trailer focused on Yusuke Kitagawa. His Phantom Thief codename is Fox, and he fights alongside his Persona Goemon. Yusuke is an art student from Kosei High School. The new introduction trailer showcases one of Fox and Goemon's new skills. Although Yusuke looks like a composed and polite young man, his devotion to art often leads him to say things that are out of touch with the real world. The contrast between his appearance and behavior often leaves everyone around him perplexed. The latest Persona 5 Tactica trailer showed one of Yusuke's new abilities. The name roughly translates to "A Phantomlike Thief," and it allows him to create three copies of himself with the smoke of Goemon's pipe. The smoke clones can be used to distract enemies and draw agro from them. Check out the new Persona 5 Tactica trailer introducing Yusuke here: https://twitter.com/p_kouhou/status/1688384470574063616 In the original Persona 5, Yusuke joined the Phantom Thieves during their second heist against his former mentor and adoptive father, when he awakened to his Persona after confronting his mentor's Shadow. Persona 5 Tactica is in development and it will come out on November 17, 2023 for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
