So far, we've been piecing together the Starfield story and lore of major players and planets that appear in Settled Systems from the information teased in trailers and previews. Thankfully, Bethesda has now released a Starfield timeline spanning 278 years, allowing us to track all the major events in the story so far. We already have a strong indication of just how big Starfield is, so it stands to reason that a universe of this size must have an expansive history to match. The official Starfield timeline charts humanity's course across the stars and their eventual settlement on distant planets, as well as the founding of major cities. 2023 and 2024 are big years for Final Fantasy XIV. The Fan Fests kicked off worldwide again. Square Enix revealed the new Dawntrail expansion due out in 2024. There's the 10th anniversary, with accompanying events. A lot's going on! We figured now is a good time to talk about the FFXIV Scions of the Seventh Dawn characters we liked best, given we'll be heading out on a new journey with them in 6.5 and 7.0. [caption id="attachment_978968" align="alignnone" width="1200"] As much as I like G'raha Tia, Estinien is my favorite out of all the FFXIV characters. I mean, he's a strong companion and gets some great character development from A Realm Reborn to Endwalker. I think his relationship with Aymeric is great. Also, his Lucille Bluth levels of disregard when it comes to money always amuses me. -- Jenni This may be controversial, but I'm not a huge fan of most of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn after all these years of playing FFXIV. While I like Estinien, I could use more development for him. That said, G'raha Tia stands out as the best for me. His charm and seemingly undying love for the protagonist is terrific.
