Though he's already in Destiny 2, his destination could change in the future. Archie can be on Neomuna as part of the quest "Where in Neomuna is Archie?" However, this triumph isn't currently available just yet, but should unlock with the Destiny 2 The Final Shape release date, or perhaps even during the new Into the Light free expansion.
