The run of Square Enix character trailers for Dissidia Duellum Final Fantasy cast members continues with the FFV representative Krile Mayer Baldesion. (No relation to to Krile Maya Baldesion from FFXIV, though the MMORPG heroine is based on her.) As usual, it's a chance to see how her original design influenced her appearance here and the way she works as a support unit on a team.
To start, Krile is voiced by Yukari Tamura in Dissidia Duellum Final Fantasy. Since there's never been a voiced FFV, she isn't carrying on a role from that. However, that actress did portray her in Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia. (The FFXIV character is played by Yoshino Nanjo.)
Krile has a more casual outfit in this game, though she still wields a staff. In a nod to some other appearances and her connection to animals, she has cat ear hair accessories. Her title also references her grandfather Galuf. During the gameplay portion of the trailer, we see her use Hopeful Cheer, Legend of the Deep Forest, Nightingale, and Sealed Sacred Light.
The Krile Dissidia Duellum Final Fantasy charactertrailer is the eighth one to appear so far. In case you missed some of the past ones, here are links to all the other showcases.
Next up should be the Kain trailer.

HoYoVerse shared two bits of Honkai: Star Rail news one after the other, as it confirmed the new five-star Silver Wolf alt is on the way and the Special Program stream for 4.1 appears this week. The stream will appear at 4:30am PT/7:30am ET/12:30pm CET on March 13, 2026. Meanwhile, Silver Wolf LV.999 launches in 4.2 and involves a totally new approach for the existing Stellaron Hunter.
With the 4.1 Honkai: Star Rail Special Program, we have an idea of what to expect from the second part of the Planarcadia storyline. The teaser image shows Owlbert will be joined by Silver Wolf, March 7th, and Ashveil. These are the standard chibi versions of the first two characters. Meanwhile, Ashveil is the new five-star The Hunt character designed to deal Lightning damage to one enemy at a time. We should also learn about upcoming events and rerun banners.

The new Honkai: Star Rail Silver Wolf follows a new path and deals a different kind of element compared to her previous one. The LV.999 take is an Elation character, much like Sparxie. This means she'll try to encourage Aha follow-up attacks and influence. She'll also deal Imaginary damage with her attacks. The original is a Nihility character focused on enemy debuffs and implanting weaknesses, and that one deals Quantum damage.
Here's the teaser art for her. Her new costume doesn't look all that different from her original design, as both seem designed to highlight the "gamer" elements of the character.
Honkai: Star Rail is available for the PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and the Special Program stream for Ashveil and 4.1 will air at 4:30am PT/7:30am ET/12:30pm CET on March 13, 2026. The next version update is expected to arrive on March 24, 2026. The new five-star Silver Wolf will join Honkai: Star Rail in 4.2.

Nintendo shared both a new trailer and release date for Yoshi and the Mysterious Book. The new Switch 2 game will debut on May 21, 2026. We also have a better idea of what to expect from the character's walk through the Mr. E book, as the latest gameplay footage offers more insight into what to expect from this installment. This is the character's first new adventure since 2019's Yoshi's Crafted World on the Switch.
The video begins by explaining the premise first, before showing how the game's stages will work. Mr. E is a sentient book that drops onto the island where all the Yoshis live. Reading through it means exploring stages with unusual creatures that could be friends or foes. For example, the first moments show the Chapter 1: Wildwoods area is home to the Bunchabee, Croakaoke, Crazee Dayzee, and Scatterpuff. As we go into it, we'll meet the creatures and discover them, with Yoshi able to eat to learn about their tastes and abilities.
For example, an early one features a frog-like creature that spits bubbles. When Yoshi eats it, the assessment noted it tastes "bitter" and "soapy." If it is in a stage, Yoshi can hop inside the bubbles it spits for a ride to a higher area. It could also grab the character and carry it, then use those bubbles it creates while moving to reach new areas. Once a stage is finished and you found the character, you can name it or let Mr. E name it, with Glubbit being the "canon" name.

Yoshi and the Mysterious Book is on the way to the Switch 2, and the worldwide release date is May 21, 2026. We'll also see him in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie on April 1, 2026.

Crypton Future Media has shown off a new visual for its upcoming Hatsune Miku V6 engine, which features illustration work from artist LAM. The voice bank also improves on her English singing voice, and you can hear it in a short sample on YouTube. [Thanks, PR Times!]
The Hatsune Miku V6 design shows some details that are completely different from previous versions of the character. For example, the accent color on her skirt is on the pleats rather than the hem, and her shirt is a bit shorter. LAM, a character designer and illustrator, said that this is a look that mixes the traditional Miku appearance with a more modern vibe. It's by design that it's hard to pin down whether V6 is cuter or cooler than before, as a lack of fixed labels is a core facet of Hatsune Miku's identity.
Aside from a new design, the Hatsune Miku V6 engine is also much better at singing in English. She still has a pretty obvious Japanese accent, but her pronunciation is better than before. A lot of the comments on the sample point out how her singing voice sounds nasally, though. You can listen to the sample from Crusher's "Like a Shooting Star" here:
Hatsune Miku V6 will come out on April 14, 2026. The voice pack will cost 10,780 JPY ($68.40) and the starter pack will cost 24,200 JPY ($153.60). V6 comes with Cubase LE, so you can jump right to making music with it after purchase.

However, you and your buddies aren't alone. A massive number of guns, grenades, and modified weapons will be available for you to pick from. Additionally, you can take on the undead in your vehicle by retrieving them from across the maps.
While a demo was available previously, it's no longer listed on Steam. However, you can check out the official store page and wishlist to keep track of the launch.

The Selection Pressures 1 contract in Marathon takes you on a tour of the Dire Marsh map, and you'll have to take the offensive to the UESC.
In this contract, there are three different tasks. You'll be playing in the Dire Marsh map and visiting at least two different locations. Let's look at how to complete the contract as quickly as possible.

The Selection Pressures 1 contract can be broken down into the following parts.
How to acquire Command Module from Commander in AI Uplink Basement
The first task is to acquire the Command Module from the remains of a Commander. You'll find the remains in the AI Uplink's basement. Reach the marked spot, and you'll find the entrance to the building (one-storeyed) that takes you down to the basement.
Keep going straight until you come across the point shown in the image above. Take the left door and keep going straight once again.
From the point above, take the doorway going left. You'll ultimately reach a point where there's a locked door in front of you, and the corridor continues on the left. Keep following the corridor, and you'll ultimately reach the room from which you can salvage the Command Module.
How to decrypt the Module in building on western side of Anomaly
Next, head to the Anomaly POI, and you'll find an isolated building at the marked spot. Head inside the building, and you'll find the terminal highlighted by a quest marker. Interact with the terminal to decrypt the module and complete the second task.
Deliver Decrypted Command Module to DCON
To finish the last task, access any of the three DCONs that can be found on the Dire Marsh map. Add the item to its inventory, and wait for the DCON to send back the item. This will complete the final task and the Selection Pressures Part 1 contract.

While participating in the event is optional, having the Anti-Virus is a non-negotiable due to how Lockdown works. The event takes place on the Dire Marsh map, so expect to find several dangers from runners and UESC alike. Let's first look at how you can find the Anti-Virus Packs.

How to find Anti-Virus Packs in Marathon
There are two different ways to get an Anti-Virus Pack in Marathon.
Faction Upgrades
Once you've unlocked the MIDA faction, you can start working towards unlocking the required upgrade. To do so, you'll need to take your MIDA faction rank to 5 or above. You'll also need 23 Unstable Lead and 1500 Credits to get the upgrade. You can find the upgrade in the Armory section from the MIDA faction page.
Lootboxes
If you're a beginner, it will take some time for you to unlock MIDA and get the required resources. Until you reach that point, you can rely on Lockboxes. However, you'll first need to open the box. You'll also have to rely on your luck since Lockboxes don't necessarily guarantee an Anti-Virus Pack.
You can also find them from lootable containers and boxes, but they appear to be extremely rare. Hence, you'll best have to hope for some great luck.
How to use Anti-Virus Packs in Marathon
The Anti-Virus Pack is exclusively required for the Lockdown event, as I mentioned earlier. When the event begins on Dire Marsh, consume the item. You'll then need to look for a Lockdown Drive that has to be inserted into a blue terminal. Having the Anti-Virus consumable allows you to preserve your health and shield in the corrupted field.
While you try to complete the task (of finding the drive), UESC enemies will spawn at your location. Eliminate all to get some loot for yourself, and you can repeat this for up to two more times to try and find something nice.
