Us getting a localized version of WiZmans World about 16 years after its 2010 Japanese debut on the DS is wild. A part of me wants to suggest people grab it and try it to help show there's a demand for these sorts of releases and see what this snapshot of past JRPGs is like. Fortunately, WiZmans World Re;Try is mechanically interesting due to the Anima Fusion system, though it does get incredibly repetitive due to grinding to conquer dungeons.
In WiZmans World Re;Try, a whole town is kept captive. Everyone in Wizarest is dealing with memory loss and finds themselves trapped in a town surrounded by dungeons. Those who try to challenge those labyrinths face untimely ends. However, as the adventure begins, a witch named Giselle discovers a child in the forest. He's unable to speak, but she brings him to Archmage Adan and states she'll raise him. Years later, he's meeting with that same authority figure after Giselle's disappeared into one of the dungeons and is about to start his own journeys into the depths. When he does, he learns she succeeded in creating artificial lifeforms called homunculi, an objective she'd had for years, and joins forces with Aen, Doe, and Toori to conquer these trials and find out the truth about the world and the apparent collapse that is leading to the influx of monsters and dangers.
In terms of gameplay, WiZmans World Re;Try is a rather typical turn-based JRPG. There will be Main Quests that come from the Archmage and involve going into each of the dungeons surrounding Wizarest. However, you can (and should) also take on Sub Quests from villagers that provide opportunities to grind levels and gain rewards. Fights are traditional affairs in which a timeline on the top of the screen shows the order in which allies and enemies will act and you can opt to attack, use a skill, guard, use an item, or escape on your turn. An auto function is present, which is handy given this is a very grindy game. Dungeons and towns feature an overhead perspective, and the character and monster sprites generally look fine. You can also see the enemies on the map, making it possible to avoid or seek out encounters.
The unique element to WiZmans World Re;Try is the Anima Fusion system. When you defeat an enemy, you might get their soul as a reward. Going to your lab in town lets you fuse that with Aen, Doe, and Toori to change their in-battle appearance and abilities. I suppose I'd say it is similar to the fusion mechanics with demons and Personas in Atlus' Shin Megami Tensei and Persona series. You pick a homunculus, then select a soul. This then determines the boost in stats, Ex Attack, Skills, and appearance after they're combined. Once done, you see the Anima Status with up to two combined and the results. The final appearance ends up looking like a female humanoid version of the monster souls used in the process. There's a standard option, but it is possible to get manastones and other materials for more advanced ones involving catalysts that result in better final results.
The thing is that system is great and does encourage WiZmans World Re;Try dungeon diving, but also ties into the parts that get pretty tedious. This can be a grind-heavy game. Especially if you want Aen, Doe, and Toori to be at their best and capable of covering every elemental base when attacking due to a rock-paper-scissors sort of system. (Fire beats wind, wind beats earth, earth is better than water, and water will put out fire.) The fights themselves aren't all that enthralling. If you can get into a routine, maybe put on some music or a show and play in handheld mode, it's fine. But it doesn't really challenge you beyond knowing you probably need certain extra souls to be prepared for a boss or some stronger fusions, so you better grind a bit to prepare.
WiZmans World Re;Try isn't the most exciting JRPG, but it is great we finally get to experience it after about 16 years. The Anima Fusion system is interesting, and there's some pretty intricate spritework involved for some characters. The game is something of a grind though, so be prepared to work for your best combinations and to take down some bosses that appear in later dungeons.
WiZmans World Re;Try is available on the Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the original game appeared on the DS.

Chapter Seven, season two of Fortnite starts you off with a very difficult choice. Right away, you need to decide whether you want to join Team Foundation or Team Ice King, and whichever side you choose is the one you stick with all season.
It's a big, permanent choice to make with little information available to you right away, so it's likely you'll be unsure which one to join. There are some key differences between the two, so here's whether you should join Team Foundation or Team Ice King in Fortnite.
Table of contents
Should you choose Team Foundation or Team Ice King in Fortnite Chapter 7, season 2?
When prompted to choose between Team Foundation and Team Ice King, you should join whichever team you like the final bonus Outfit for better in Fortnite. This is the only real consequential difference between the two, and even this is a bit out of your hands.
At the end of the season, whichever team has more points will unlock the bonus Outfit for their associated leader. This skin will be granted to all players, regardless of which team you're on, so even if you are on the losing side, you'll end up with the skin of the opposing team's leader.
When making this decision, you should choose the style you like more between the Frost-Ready Foundation and the Exalted Frost Ice King looks. Both outfits can be viewed on the Showdown page when making this choice. These looks are white recolors for these characters.
The tough part of this choice is that the winning look is ultimately going to be decided by the community at large, so it's only partially in your hands. You can do your best to contribute points to your team, but in the end, it's really going to depend on the overall point pool to decide which look is unlocked.
Outside of playing a role in determining which look wins, the emote you send out when thanking the player who is driving the battle bus also looks different. If you're with The Foundation, it's his helmet, while Team Ice King members show off his hooded face. Beyond this, though, there are no other differences.
Is Team Foundation or Team Ice King better in Fortnite?
Both Team Foundation and Team Ice King are equally good, and which one is better simply comes down to which bonus look you prefer. The Foundation and Ice King both have quite a few different looks available through the battle pass, so there's not one that deserves more styles more than the other, as they're on equal footing.
If you play during the first week of this season, you do get one extra style for The Foundation. With this factor taken into consideration, you may consider leaning more toward the Ice King when choosing your team if you care about this. If The Foundation wins, he'll have one more style than the Ice King, whereas if the Ice King wins, they'll remain equal with the same number of looks to choose from.
Can you get both the Frost-Ready Foundation and the Exalted Frost Ice King Outfits in Fortnite?
Only one of the two bonus styles will be chosen between the two, so you cannot get both the Frost-Ready Foundation and the Exalted Frost Ice King Outfits. You will be rewarded with the look that belongs to the team that scores the most points at the end of the season. Whichever one isn't chosen will likely be scrapped or perhaps available as an item shop asset that costs V-Bucks in the future.
How to contribute points to Team Foundation and Team Ice King in Fortnite
This guide is a work in progress and is receiving live updates as we learn more about this choice.

Fortnite Chapter 7, season 2, is headlined by the clash between the Foundation and the Ice King, and you can help the former by finding a Holotable to power it on.
The Holotable is a special tool/item you can find in specific locations on the new map. There are four of them in different areas, and you need to find at least one of them. Let's look at all the available locations so that you can quickly power them on to complete a weekly objective.
Table of contents
All Holotable locations in Fortnite Chapter 7, season 2
The Holotable can be found in an enclosed area at the locations highlighted on the image above.
You can drop off at any location you want. For example, I went to the one that's located at the Sandy Strip. The exact location doesn't matter as long as you have a fresh Holotable to interact with.
How to turn on the Holotable in Fortnite Chapter 7, season 2
Once you drop to the location, head inside the room. For me, the Holotable was located at the bottom floor, which made it easier for me to access. Press the E button for a few seconds for the Holotable to be turned on. This will automatically complete the objective and reward you with 20,000 XP. You also get one step closer to finishing the complete set of weekly quests.

The rivalry between The Foundation and the Ice King is officially underway in Fortnite, which also means you've got quite a collection of quests to work through to navigate this battle. One of the trickier ones you'll encounter asks you to visit Zero Point Shards for The Foundation.
You're not given any information on what the Zero Point Shards look like, nor where to go searching for them. This is a crucial mission to check off early on, though, as it helps you get some valuable intel, so here's how to visit Zero Point Shards for The Foundation in Fortnite.
Table of contents
Zero Point Shard locations in Fortnite
There are three Zero Point Shards you need to find and visit for The Foundation in Chapter Seven, season two. Each one is situated at a unique spot around the island, so you'll have to do quite a bit of traveling to find them all. The three Zero Point Shards can be found at:
All three Zero Point Shard locations are surrounded by a subtle pink circle on the map, making them fairly easy to spot on it once you know what you're looking for. Each one is a massive silver and pink piece of a rock floating in the sky. The special powers emanating from each one cause the surrounding area to have a permanent zero gravity effect.
Visit Zero Point Shards for The Foundation in Fortnite
To complete the visit Zero Point Shards for The Foundation quest, you need to venture to all three of the Zero Point Shards. This means you must travel to Squibbly Shores, Frigid Fortress, and New Sanctuary to get it done.
You can visit these spots across the course of a few matches, or do quite a lot of traveling in one to make your way to all three. How and when you choose to visit them doesn't matter as long as you eventually get to all three.
While most other missions require you to visit specific spots and interact with items there, this one has no actual actions that need to be taken for it. Instead, all you need to do is simply visit each Zero Point Shard to get it done.
There's plenty more to get done around the island after checking off this quest. Next, you might want to learn how to drive the battle bus, check out all weapons and loot in Chapter Seven, season two, and get to work powering on a holotable for The Foundation.

The iconic battle bus that drives everyone to the island in each round has received a massive upgrade in Chapter Seven, season two. For the first time ever, you can be the one driving it, unlocking some sweet bonuses along the way.
The battle bus is usually a passive vehicle you can't interact with beyond thanking the bus driver in each round, so this is a huge and fun change for it. If you're eager to test out this special feature for yourself, here's how to drive the battle bus in Fortnite.
Table of contents
How do you drive the battle bus in Fortnite?
In every match, one player will be selected to drive the battle bus. When you're chosen, you get to steer it across the island. Along the path, you'll find rings you can drive through. Each time you successfully cross through one, you earn XP for everyone in the round. Additionally, a Supply Crate will spawn at the coordinates of any ring you pass through.
How to be chosen as the battle bus driver in Fortnite
A random player is selected to be the bus driver in each round, so there's no way to guarantee you're chosen. It's entirely up to luck, so you just have to keep playing matches and hoping you're randomly selected.
This feature might only be around for season two, so if you want to ensure you get the chance to test it out, it's a good idea to play as often as you can. There's no other way you can boost your odds of being selected beyond simply playing a lot and hoping luck is on your side this season.
How to tip the bus driver in Fortnite
Even if you're not chosen to drive the battle bus, you can still interact with it in a new way. To show your appreciation for the selected player, you can tip them, which shows off the emoji of your chosen Showdown team. Additionally, this also scores some more XP for them.
Now that you know how to land yourself behind the wheel so you can steer the entire lobby to the island, you can move on to tackling other key tasks in Fortnite. Next, you may want to learn how to register for Save the World and how to get all Save the World Community Goal rewards.

The Grimclaw Tigrex is a powerful mutation available in Monster Hunter Stories 3, and you can obtain it pretty early if you manage to repel the Invasive Diablos. Located at Tarkuan, it will take you several hours to unlock the location first.
Once done, you can then work towards obtaining the mutation. The key is to first obtain the Tigrex by hatching it from its egg. Let's look at how to obtain the egg first.
Table of contents
How to beat the Invasive Diablos in Monster Hunter Stories 3
The Invasive Diablos can be found in the southern part of the Tarkuan region (marked by "7" on the image above). If you approach from the east, get down on the ground from the cliffs, and head towards the southeast direction. You'll come across an opening that leads you to a ravine. Reach the end, climb up the wall, and you'll encounter the Diablos.
So how do you make it retreat? Ideally, you'll need a Hammer with the Spinning Meteor skill. Then, wait for the Diablos to enter its Invastive state. It will dive into the ground, leaving behind three holes. The Diablos will aim to come out of any of these holes and try to attack you. However, there will be an animation where a few small rocks will pop up from the correct hole.
When the rocks pop up, press the attack button, and you'll intercept the Diablos as it tries to attack you. If you mistime the attack or entirely choose the wrong hole, the Diablos will spring from another opening to complete its attack.
If you manage to intercept the attack with the Spinning Meteor skill, you'll make it retreat. This will lead you to the endangered Tigrex den.
How to unlock Grimclaw Tigrex in Monster Hunter Stories 3
To unlock the Grimclaw Tigrex mutation, you need to meet two requirements.
The ideal location to meet both requirements is the Colossal Dragon's Remains. The place already has the likes of Almudron, who is a native of the place. Once you release the Tigrex and Brute Tigrex, you'll add two more Power-type to the habitat. You'll unlock the Grimclaw variant as soon as there are four Power-type monsties at the location. Then, search random dens, and you should be able to find a Grimclaw Tigrex egg to hatch your first.
