PS4 Owners of Faulty Hardware Are Unable To Upgrade To 5.00 Firmware, According to Reports
PS4 firmware update 5.00 released yesterday– and it was a fairly minor update in terms of the new features and enhancements that it brought to the table. Nonetheless, if you tried to update to it, you might have been greeted with an error- E-801809A8.

That error code is supposed to indicate a faulty Blu Ray drive, and is allegedly popping up for a multitude of users who are trying to update their systems, according...
