The number of titles that support the Xbox One X continues to grow and even if there's no official patch per say, the console is capable of boosting a game's frame rate and resolution on its own. Still, there's no denying that a game running at the same graphics settings and resolution on the Xbox One X provides a significant boost to performance compared to the base Xbox One as well.
