 | Game Reviewer 365: Hi all... I need some advice. My computer has a severe audio problem and it really annoys me. I contacted customer support, they did all of the steps that should've worked. Reinstalling the drivers, testing with multiple audio devices, etc. It didn't work, however, and they said the only fix left that they can use is a factory reset. They told me to think about it, and they will be calling me back. I have lots of important files on my computer, and I don't think it would be too hard to back them... View post |
