PCGamesN Monday, April 25, 2022 5:16 AM  The Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection PC release date has leaked, thanks to the Epic Games Store, and the long-awaited launch of the formerly Playstation-exclusive action-adventure games on PC is happening this summer. Sony is currently making major moves towards porting its high-profile exclusive games to PC, even going so far as to be looking for a senior director to lead its PC release strategy. The publisher has already brought the likes of God of War, Horizon: Zero Dawn, and Days Gone to PC, which have proved wildly successful. Sony previously confirmed that the release of Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection - which includes the PS4 games Uncharted 4 and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy - was happening sometime this year, but the PS5 release was in January and we haven't heard a thing since. It now looks like an official announcement from Sony is imminent, as Epic just included the collection on its list of upcoming games in 2022 - and it has a release date. |
PCGamesN Monday, April 25, 2022 4:22 AM  League of Legends patch 12.8 notes are already offering plenty to eyeball, despite the new update only just hitting the PBE. While LoL patch 12.7 has just touched down on the live servers, Riot Games is wasting no time getting more content ready for the MOBA game as MSI draws near. Patch 12.7 introduces Arcana skins for champions Ahri, Xayah, Rakan, Ryze, and Hecarim. If some flashy new duds aren't your thing, you'll want to check out the champion changes. While Riot has tweaked a few familiar faces, the most significant change comes to Zeri, who has got a total rework. As for patch 12.8, though, things are already shaping up for a big update. You've got Solar Eclipse skins for Kayle, Sejuani, and Sivir; Lunar Eclipse skins for Aatrox and Senna; and other unique skins for Gangplank and Yasuo. We've also got our first peep at mid-scope tweaks for Olaf and Swain. It's still early doors for the patch, though, so keep checking back for more changes to eyeball. Capcom will release a new series of Monster Hunter Standard Model Plus figures, with pre-orders immediately available. The Monster Hunter Standard Model Plus Vol 22 figure collection will include monsters from Monster Hunter Rise and the Sunbreak expansion such as the Malzeno and the Lunagaron. Each box costs 9,900 yen ($77) and will contain a total of six random figures. This means consumers will not be guaranteed any one figure. The Monster Hunter Standard Model Plus Vol 22 figure collection will ship on September 27, 2022. International shipping is available to select countries. Like with the Standard Model Plus Vol 22, figures in the Vol 2o collection were distributed at random. Monster Hunter Rise is available for the Nintendo Switch and PC. Square Enix announced that several pieces of merchandise from the Final Fantasy XIV and Square Enix Cafe crossover event are available to purchase online. This includes the Fat Cat Hoodie, the Final Fantasy XIV "Doodle Minions" acrylic magnets, and a tin case featuring stickers of characters from the Endwalker expansion. These items are immediately available to purchase through the Square Enix e-STORE. The Fat Cat Hoodie is 10,000 yen ($78), the "Doodle Minions" acrylic magnets are 440 yen ($3) apiece, and the Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker tin case with stickers is 1,100 yen ($8). The acrylic magnets are not available to purchase as a set. You can take a look at the items below. Shonen Jump and Black Clover creator Yuki Tabata announced that the long-running manga series will end after an extended hiatus starting next week. Both the Shonen Jump editorial team and Tabata offered a message to fans explaining the reasoning behind the lengthy hiatus. Shonen Jump will announce the manga's specific return date in later publications. [Thanks, ryokutya] Black Clover began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2015. The story follows Asta, a boy born without the ability to use magic in a world filled with magic users. Asta aims to become the next Wizard King in a friendly rivalry with his companion Yuno. According to the official announcement, the extended hiatus will last approximately three months. Tabata notes that he determined the length of the hiatus after careful consideration with the editorial team. While Tabata stated he "personally wished to keep going without taking a break," he plans to use this time to work on the series' final arc. It's unclear how long this final arc will be, or when exactly the Black Clover manga will end. An anime adaptation ran from 2017 to 2021. A film adaptation of the anime is in development and will release sometime in 2023.
