You can increase your chances of obtaining legendary gear by finding lucky dice and making it to the endgame, where you can farm legendaries from dungeons in the Chaos Chamber.      Destiny 2 weekly reset time, changes, and schedule

A fresh Destiny 2 weekly reset is upon us. As a premier live service game, one of the main ways that Bungie keeps players coming back to Destiny 2 is with its weekly resets. These typically offer a content refresh across the space game's various planets, raids, and dungeons, along with minor bug fixes and changes to address outstanding player concerns. The reset often includes new seasonal mission content or updates to existing in-game activities for players who own the seasonal content. And, with ongoing weekly updates to the Nightfall, the Crucible playlist, campaign missions, in-game activities and bounties, there's more to track than ever.

The Destiny 2 weekly reset takes place at the same time each week. There's often some server downtime around the reset, so you should take note of that if you're unable to log into the game at precisely that time. Once the reset begins, you'll have a full week to explore all the changes before Bungie rolls out another set of changes on the same day and time the following week.

Here, we're offering Destiny 2 players a recap of all the weekly reset changes so you know what shiny new activities to prioritise while grinding for loot.

     Soul Hackers 2 system requirements

Soul Hackers 2 system requirements shouldn't stress out your gaming PC, as even an Nvidia GPU from 2013 can run the game at 1080p with high settings. While the Sega RPG game isn't particularly demanding, you might still want to give your machine a once-over, especially if it's a low-spec build from yesteryear.

According to the Soul Hackers 2 system requirements, you'll need a graphics card with at least 1GB VRAM to run the role-playing game, like the NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450. If you'd rather boost fps and crank up the resolution, the bar is a little higher, as Atlus recommends using either a Radeon HD 7870 or GTX 750.

Venturing past 1080p means you'll have to upgrade your GPU, but if you're not playing on the best gaming monitor, you could already be good to go. The game also demands 8GB of gaming RAM, which might be more of an issue if you're planning on using an older build. To install Soul Hackers 2, you'll need to free up 22GB on your SSD or hard drive, so be prepared for a Steam library spring clean.

What is the Destiny 2 Legendary Lost Sector today?

Are you looking for the Legend or Master Lost Sector locations in Destiny 2? While many Destiny 2 Exotics can be bought from Xûr or even in the world loot pool, the Exotics in these special Lost Sector instances cannot, forcing players to explore these dangerous areas if they want the best equipment available. To make matters worse, you have to complete them on your own to get a chance at the best rewards.

The Destiny 2 Legendary Lost Sector location changes with the daily reset at 5pm UTC. Before you can take on Legend Lost Sectors, you need to complete all the normal Lost Sectors first. If you don't, the new Legend Lost Sectors will not appear on the map. Each day, the location, modifiers, and rewards rotate out for something new. As of Season of the Risen, the Legend and Master Lost Sector quests both take place in the same location.

It's important to remember that Exotic drops are not guaranteed after completing these quests, so you may have to run through the same Lost Sector multiple times. You can go through them quests with a fireteam, but your rewards will be reduced to Enhancement Cores only.

You can control Final Fantasy 16 summons, but not companions

A venerable mainstay of the decades-old JRPG game series, Final Fantasy 16 summons like Shiva and Ramuh will be directly controllable and you'll get to fight against other 'Eikons' with them. However, producer Naoki Yoshida confirms that, despite summons being controllable, your Final Fantasy 16 companions won't be.

While the Final Fantasy 16 release date isn't for at least a year - and that's not counting the possible further wait for a PC version - details are finally beginning to coalesce. In a new interview with IGN, producer Naoki Yoshida confirms what players will be able to control during gameplay and combat - including some noise that might disappoint fans of Final Fantasy's classic party system.

First off, the good news is that summons will play a large role in Final Fantasy 16's combat - and can be controlled in real-time, occasionally. Yoshida states that these "Eikon-driven, action-oriented battles are one of the main selling points" of the RPG game. "Some will face Clive as fierce enemies, some will be friends and come to Clive's aid," Yoshida explains, "There will also be times where the player will control an Eikon in real-time, battling other Eikons. The battle type and scale are somewhat fluid, and change seamlessly in real-time depending on the battle… keeping things at maximum excitement while maintaining immersion."

Destiny 2: what is the Nightfall weapon this week?

Want to know what this week's Destiny 2 Nightfall weapon is? Each week you've got a chance at a different weapon for completing Nightfall Strikes, and ever since Season of the Lost, fan-favourite legacy weapons from the original Destiny have been added to the rotation. Two new weapons were introduced into the pool in Season of the Risen, so it's more important than ever to know in advance the Nightfall weapon schedule.

In case you don't know what the Destiny 2 Nightfall weapon means, Nightfall: The Ordeal is a playlist available in the Vanguard menu, alongside the basic Strike playlist. Each week, a different Strike is chosen as the Nightfall, and offered in five escalating difficulties, with harder enemies, challenging modifiers, and enemy power levels cranking up.

The coveted Nightfall weapons have a chance to drop from any Nightfall Strike difficulty, but it's far more likely at higher levels. Your best bet for farming each week's Nightfall weapon is to set the Strike to Master difficulty, according to YouTuber Aztecross. You should also note that there's no automatic matchmaking above Hero difficulty, however, so you'll need to get a squad together.

New Tiny Tina's Wonderlands class weaves poisonous storms

If you've been rolling different Tiny Tina's Wonderlands classes in search of that perfect build, things just got a bit more complicated with the arrival of new class The Blightcaller. This seventh character archetype is joining the RPG game's roster with the fourth Mirror of Mystery DLC, and is described as a 'shamanic elementalist' who weaves poisonous storms.

The Blightcaller arrives with the fourth Wonderlands DLC, Shattering Spectreglass, which is included in the FPS game's season pass. It channels spirits and summons storms, wearing down your foes with a blend of poison and elemental damage.

A new class in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is actually an even bigger mix-up than it would be in Gearbox's previous FPS-RPGs, because of the dual class system. Players pick two separate classes to combine as they level up - so rather than simply adding a single new way to play, this addition essentially offers players six new character builds to pursue. It'll be interesting to see which partnering class players end up fairing - personally, we've got our eyes on the Spore Warden for a real blend of nefarious toxins.

Intel Arc A380 GPU performance falls short in first review

The first Intel Arc A380 GPU review has arrived, and the card seemingly struggles to keep up with Nvidia's entry-level contender. Packing 8 Xe Cores, 6GB of GDDR6 memory, and 2.45 GHz boost clock speeds, the A380 is designed to trade blows with the GeForce RTX 3050 and Radeon RX 6500XT, but its performance in the gaming PC ring tells a slightly different story.

Spotted by Videocardz, the first Intel Arc A380 GPU review comes courtesy of Bilibili user Shenmedounengce. In the video, the tech creator shares the card's 3DMark Time Spy and Port Royal benchmark results, painting a performance picture for the entry-level pixel pusher. Both test suites place the A380 behind the RTX 3050, but the newcomer does outpace the AMD Radeon RX 6400 and 6500XT.

Unfortunately, Intel's new graphics card fairs worse in non-synthetic tests. The GPU falls short of GTX 1650 performance in games like GTA V, Tomb Raider and Forza Horizon 5 at 1080p, something that could be linked to driver optimisation issues.

How to get Lost Ark Pirate Coins

So you want to know how to get Pirate Coins in Lost Ark? This is one of the MMO game's rarer currencies - and one of seven that is stored on a player's account rather than a specific character or Lost Ark server. It has a few uses, largely concerning the more nautical parts of the endgame.

Generally speaking, merchants around the islands accept Pirate Coins in lieu of gold or silver, which lets you save those currencies for the auction house. More importantly, you can use Lost Ark Pirate Coins to enlist crew for your ship, purchase ship upgrades, and purchase upgrade materials. They also have several other uses as well; Pirate Coins can be used to purchase a Giant's Heart, a highly sought after item that awards you skill points to improve your Lost Ark class.

The Giant's Heart goes for a whopping 33,000 Pirate Coins, so you'll be wanting a lot of them. You also need 16,500 Pirate Coins to purchase the Song of Resonance for the Lullaby Island quest. Luckily for you, we're here to give you a hand with this helpful guide on where to find Pirate Coins in Lost Ark.

What is the current and next Genshin Impact banner?

Genshin Impact banners adhere to a pretty regular schedule. Each update arrives with a new banner that lasts around three weeks, and after it expires, it's followed by a second banner which also lasts roughly three weeks, at which point it's update time once again.

Wondering what the next Genshin Impact banner is? Even though we hear rumours of new Genshin Impact characters arriving in forthcoming updates, we won't know their exact release date until we know which banner they will be a part of, and whether it'll be the first or second banner in the update. Occasionally, banners don't stick to this schedule - most notably, update 1.3 had three two-week banners, so that Hu Tao's banner didn't cross over with the Chinese New Year.

Typically, each limited character banner - or Event Wish - contains a five-star character, and three four-star characters. There's also a Weapon banner - Epitome Invocation - which runs alongside each character banner, and features different weapons each time. Here's everything you need to know about the current and upcoming Genshin Impact banners.

FFXVI Trailer

Square Enix's Naoki "Yoshi-P" Yoshida has been making the rounds promoting Final Fantasy XVI, and an interview with Game Informer teased the arrival of a new trailer for the game. Fans won't want to hold their breath yet, though, as the next full FFXVI trailer won't arrive until Fall 2022. In the meantime, the interview revealed more about the game as it enters its last year of development.

According to Yoshida, the third FFXVI trailer will focus more on the game's world of Valisthea, as well as the overall storyline. He said he plans on "showing what the story is going to be like, what the narrative is going to be like, and how that's going to fit into the world."

The interview also covered new tidbits regarding the game's battle system and the involvement of its Eikons (Final Fantasy summons). Yoshida spoke about Final Fantasy XVI's heavier emphasis on real-time action and the involvement of Battle Director Ryota Suzuki. Suzuki joined Square Enix in 2019 after a stint at Capcom working on games like Devil May Cry 5 and Dragon's Dogma.

Suzuki's influence played a key role in crafting the FFXVI combat system, as much of the team at the time had little experience in making action games. Final Fantasy XVI's combat system allows players to cycle through powerful attacks and abilities to pull off combos in real-time. These abilities are based on the Eikons. Yoshida brought up one example from the FFXVI "Dominance" trailer. In it, Clive used a Garuda ability to suspend an enemy in the air, then used a Titan-derived ability to smash the enemy into the ground. These combinations will be customizable and allow players to vary Clive's playstyle.

The Eikons will do more than just power Clive's abilities, though. Yoshida spoke about battles between two full-size Eikons. Each battle will be unique and involve bespoke mechanics and framing. One battle "will be reminiscent of a 3D shooter," and another will be "more like a pro wrestling match." The UI will also change for each battle. The team tried to get away with having almost no on-screen UI, but some information was required to make it playable. The current design resembles the life bars used in fighting games.

Final Fantasy XVI is in development for the PlayStation 5 and is scheduled for a Summer 2023 release. A third FFXVI trailer will arrive in Fall 2022.

Final Fantasy XVI

An interview in the PlayStation Blog with Final Fantasy XVI Producer Naoki Yoshida revealed further insights into the current development status of the game. FFXVI is now in its last scheduled year of development, just under two years after its announcement in 2020. Though there are multiple months to go until Final Fantasy XVI hits its release window of Summer 2023, Yoshida said that the game is "fully playable from start to finish."

Elaborating, Yoshida mentioned that there's much more to be done before it's ready for the public. Multiple languages of voiceover work still need to be recorded, and playtesting for things like difficulty balance needs to take place. Tweaks on things like narrative cutscenes are still on the docket, as is the "full-scale debugging process." Though he didn't use the specific term, the details suggest that Final Fantasy XVI has entered what is typically defined as an "Alpha" stage of completion. Though exact definitions vary, games in the Alpha phase are usually considered "feature complete" with their gameplay systems, technological base, and overall content already settled and implemented in some fashion. At this point, a developer would focus on extensive and comprehensive playtesting to tune mechanics, gameplay balance, and other factors, as well as finding and eliminating as many bugs and errors as possible.

The interview also contained more comments from Yoshida about his and the team's goals for Final Fantasy XVI. Regarding goals, Yoshida said that when considering what to do with FFXVI, he recalled how it felt to play the original Final Fantasy. He wanted to recapture the feeling of "playing the leading role in a motion picture" using modern game design and technology.

The process of developing Final Fantasy XVI while still acting as director and producer of Final Fantasy XIV was managed by beginning FFXVI's pre-production process with a small group of core team members. The team was "slowly and carefully transitioned" over so as not to impact the operation of FFXIV. Yoshida also revealed that the team as a whole is heavily reliant on the work of the Project Managers and Assistant Producers for both FFXIV and FFXVI to keep schedules and tasks organized. Since several FFXIV dev team members besides Yoshida (including composer Masayoshi Soken) are working on FFXVI, keeping things in order to avoid burnout is critical.

Yoshida also noted that Bahamut is his favorite summoned character in the Final Fantasy series overall because his arrival means "something incredible is about to happen." Bahamut has appeared in nearly every FF game (and a number of non-FF ones) and had an especially prominent role in the story of Final Fantasy XIV as well. When prompted to name his favorite Final Fantasy XVI summon, Yoshida demurred, saying that to do so would invite "a lot of speculation." He did promise readers that all of FFXVI's summons (called "Eikons") would be "cool as hell."

Final Fantasy XVI is in development and scheduled for release on PlayStation 5 in Summer 2023.

No More Heroes 3 Release Date

Grasshopper Manufacture and Marvelous Games announced the release date for No More Heroes 3 in Japan. Originally a Nintendo Switch launch exclusive, the game will release for other consoles on October 6, 2022. Specifically, the game will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. While a PC port was also announced, there is no word on a release date.

No More Heroes 3 launched in August 2021 for the Nintendo Switch. The game takes place after the previous games and follows Travis Touchdown as he fights against intergalactic villains using a beam katana. Special releases of the game included bonus items such as a shot glass and a t-shirt.

Notably, the Japanese release of the game adds Japanese voice acting that was not present at launch. Kazuya Nakai, who voiced Travis Touchdown in the game's trailer, will reprise his role. Additionally, Grasshopper Manufacture lists a variety of A-list voice acting talents such as Kenjiro Tsuda and Yuki Kaji.

Furthermore, both current-gen console releases will support 4K resolution and 60FPS. Those who own the last-gen versions are also entitled to a free current-gen upgrade. The digital deluxe edition will come with a 22-track BGM soundtrack and a 70-page artbook. The same artbook is likely included in the previously announced release from XSeed Games.

FFXVI Open World

Despite recent trends in triple-A design, it seems Final Fantasy XVI will not be adopting the popular open-world structure. An IGN interview with Producer Naoki Yoshida, who's heading the project at Square Enix, revealed that FFXVI won't be an open-world game. Open-world games are typically defined as having one or more very large areas that contain most of the available activities, ranging from narrative quests to optional challenges. Grand Theft Auto, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim are all examples of open-world titles.

The previous mainline Final Fantasy title, FFXV, was also touted as an open-world game, giving the party license to range over its maps and uncover quests and challenges. Its map regions were progressively unlocked as players followed the main narrative, and by the end, players could unlock a free-roam mode for both of its main areas. For its part, FFXVI will not be a "traditional" open-world game but will take inspiration from existing titles that are. Without naming specific games, Yoshida noted that Square Enix's user research shows that many younger players have never played any Final Fantasy titles and that one of their goals in designing Final Fantasy XVI is to "excite and resonate not only with [their] core fans, but also with that new generation."

To that end, and also to tell a story that feels "like it spans an entire globe and beyond," the team is structuring  FFXVI based less on an open-world's single area. Instead, it'll focus on an "independent area-based" design. This should give players a better sense of a game with events on a "global" scale. This could mean that FFXVI's world of Valisthea might have smaller playable areas or more linear stages and maps based on each of its in-game nations. These nations, revealed back in October, are called The Grand Duchy of Rosaria, The Holy Empire of Sanbreque, The Kingdom of Waloed, The Dhalmekin Republic, The Iron Kingdom, and The Crystalline Dominion. The protagonist Clive is from Rosaria.

Final Fantasy XVI is in development and targeted for release on PS5 in Summer 2023. Check out the game's first full trailer here.

Bushiroad has uploaded the opening movie that will play in The New Prince of Tennis Let's Go!! ~Daily Life~ from Rising Beat. It is just over two minutes long, mostly featuring the various boys who will show up in the game. Additionally, there is now a confirmed Japanese release date of September 29, 2022. It is unclear if the game will have a localization. [Thanks, ryokutya2089!]

The opening movie mostly consists of key visuals of the various boys, sorted by their school. There are also a few shots of the CGs and sprites that you will see as you play through it. While the game is a spin-off of the Rising Beat rhythm game on mobile, as well as based on a sports anime, The New Prince of Tennis Let's Go!! ~Daily Life~ from Rising Beat will be closer to a visual novel.

In late May 2022, Bushiroad revealed more information about how the game will play. You will be able to interact with the 62 characters who will appear in the game, as well as play mini-games to unlock CGs. The game will have 67 new pictures to collect, as well as about 800 from the Rising Beat game.

The New Prince of Tennis Let's Go!! ~Daily Life~ from Rising Beat will come out on September 29, 2022, in Japan for the Nintendo Switch.

edelgard bernadetta fire emblem figures header

Good Smile Company will release Pop Up Parade figures of Edelgard and Bernadetta from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. They will appear as they do in the Academy chapters of the game. Both figures are available for pre-order until August 17, 2022. They will come out in November 2022 in Japan and January 2023 for those in North America.

As a reminder, Pop Up Parade figures do not have poseable joints, and they do not often include interchangeable face plates or optional parts. The Edelgard figure has her standing with a hand by her cheek in a regal pose while her long hair and cape billow behind her. She will cost 4,800 JPY, or $43.99.

As for the Bernadetta figure, she is standing in a way that looks like she is curling in on herself, and she has a rather timid or hesitant pose. While the Bernadetta figure has rather poor posture, she will be around the same height as the Edelgard figure. Pop Up Parade figures are typically around 17 or 18 centimeters in height. Like Edelgard, the Bernadetta figure will cost 4,800 JPY or $43.99.

Pop Up Parade figures of Dimitri and Felix, as well as Claude and Lysithea will appear in the future as well. Pre-orders for the Blue Lions duo will open sometime in July. Meanwhile, the Golden Deer pair will appear in the Good Smile Company store in August.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses is available on the Nintendo Switch worldwide. Its hack-and-slash spin-off Fire Emblem: Three Hopes will come out on the Nintendo Switch on June 24, 2022.
