     Overwatch 2 support heroes are

Overwatch 2 support heroes are "a focus" for Blizzard moving towards the game's free-to-play release, according to an AMA with the game's development team on Reddit. Addressing the lower number of support heroes in the FPS game compared to those in other roles, systems designer Gavin Winter says, "We know that our support hero lineup needs variety and it's a focus for us going forward, but we can't abandon development of damage heroes given their popularity."

Speaking in the 'ask me anything' Reddit Q&A, Winter says that the team is not planning to actively pursue attaining an equal number of heroes across each role, but that "having more supports ASAP" is a current goal. Following on from the announcement that Overwatch 2 features a seasonal model with new heroes coming every other season, game director Aaron Keller says that two of the next three heroes coming after the season two hero are in the support role.

Speaking about possible reworks, Keller talks about "fun changes" on the way for Symmetra and says that the next Overwatch 2 beta will feature those, along with introducing a change for Moira "partway through" the beta's duration. He says the team is "also looking at some changes for Brigitte, especially for her ult, that we're hoping to get into the game for launch." Brigitte's ultimate, Rally, has long been a point of discussion among players, who feel that the rapid group healing it provides can feel like an 'auto-win' button at times.

Nvidia RTX 4090 GPU could pack even more of a punch

The Nvidia RTX 4090 GPU is set to break the gaming PC performance ceiling, but new leaks suggest the card will pack more cores than previously anticipated. The rumour mill also provides updated specs from the rest of the RTX 4000 series range, laced with a caveat that could mean paying more for a next-gen graphics card.

According to reliable hardware leaker Kopite7kimi, the RTX 4090 will feature 16,384 CUDA cores – a 266 increase compared to previous insider information. The GPU is still set to wield 24GB GDDR6X VRAM and a 384-bit memory bus, and its TDP is potentially 450W.

As for the RTX 4080, the middle-weight contender should still arrive with 10,240 cores, a 265-bit bus, and 18GB VRAM, but the latter might be GDDR6. The RTX 4070 also reportedly comes with 10GB VRAM, which contradicts earlier claims that it'd feature 12GB. As a result, it'll likely show up with a narrower 160-bit bus, matched with a slightly reduced 7,168 core count.

The best NZ-41 loadout in Warzone

Looking for the best NZ-41 loadout in Warzone? The NZ-41 is a full-auto assault rifle that desperately needs attachments to realise its potential. A recent update prior to the launch of Warzone Season 4 has drastically improved a number of key attachments for the NZ-41. As a result, this assault rifle is currently one of the best weapons in the battle royale game right now.

When customised using our loadout, the NZ-41 is one of the best Warzone assault rifles, though it suffers from a lack of recoil control. With the right attachments, however, we can mitigate this additional recoil and almost eliminate it entirely. The result is a powerful and precise AR that's good at all ranges, and particularly excels in mid-to-long range engagements. The best NZ-41 loadout allows you to down enemies in four hits, or two headshots if you can land them.

You unlock the NZ-41 at level 41, so if you're not quite there yet, we recommend getting to grips with the STG 44 - we have the best STG 44 loadout to help you out. Once you've got your hands on the NZ-41, though, here are the best attachments and perks we recommend - with a few alternatives, depending on personal preference.

Want to know how to complete the Fortnite Nindo challenges? In addition to Darth Vader's appearance on the island as part of the battle royale game's latest update, a new website has gone live with a list of challenges to complete.      GTA Online weekly update greatly boosts auto shop deliveries

Another GTA Online weekly update has arrived for Grand Theft Auto V's online multiplayer mode, and we've got all the details fresh off the presses. Rockstar's official patch notes normally arrive a little after the fact, but we've got all the important details you need to know when heading into the multiplayer game, from boosted events and activities to special car rewards.

The biggest boosts for June 23 - 29 are on auto shop customer deliveries, which will net you triple the usual in-game cash and reputation point rewards, and tuner activities, which will also award triple their usual reputation payout. You can also earn double the normal cash and reputation from stunt races, tuner contracts, exotic exports, and missions for Trevor.

The GTA Online Prize Ride is low profile two-door supercar the FMJ, which you can earn by finishing in the top three in pursuit races for five days in a row. If that sounds like too much commitment, you can roll the dice and spin the wheel for a chance at the GTA Online podium car, which is the RT3000, a classy two-door roadster introduced in the Los Santos Tuners update.

Genshin Impact new characters in the 2.8 update and beyond

Want to know about new Genshin Impact characters? Since its release in 2020, the addictive anime game has seen plenty of regular updates ushering in new content and characters.

According to Hoyoverse's original Genshin Impact roadmap - new Genshin Impact characters should release with every major update. During each new patch there should be at least one Genshin Impact banner with a new five-star character, and new four-star characters get included as well as part of the event line-up. That said, several new characters have been added outside of this schedule, like Genshin Impact's Klee - so we could see new characters arrive unexpectedly, too.

Yelan and Kuki Shinobu are the most recent new characters to arrive in the Genshin Impact 2.7 update, and we know that Heizou is also coming, possibly in the next patch. There are also a few leaks and some datamined information concerning new faces that may appear in future Genshin Impact updates. However, until they're officially announced, these characters are not final and may be subject to changes.

Nvidia RTX 4090 – release date, price, specs, and benchmark rumours

The Nvidia RTX 4090 - which might actually release as the RTX 5090 - looks to be a strong best graphics card contender, and it could shake up the gaming PC scene as we know it. While the green team is still focussing on its GeForce RTX 3000 series, the prospect of playing the latest Steam games on a GPU twice as fast as the RTX 3090 is undeniably exciting.

The idea of an Nvidia RTX 4090 might feel like a pipedream at the moment, as GPU and CPU shortages are still hampering rig upgrades across the globe. Thankfully, Nvidia looks set to ride the out of stock storm head-on, as it has already spent $10 billion securing RTX 4000 components. Availability is one thing, but increased demand has also led to rocketing GPU prices, and crypto mining enthusiasts are willing to pay a pretty penny.

If you're planning on picking up a next-gen GPU, you'll want to learn as much as you can about Nvidia's next flagship graphics card. Since we're a helpful bunch, we've been keeping our ear to the ground to pick up any RTX 4090 price speculation, release date rumours, and information we can gather about the potential specs.

Nvidia RTX 4080 – release date, price, specs, and benchmark rumours

The upcoming Nvidia RTX 4080 – or RTX 5080 if the company skips ahead – could be the best graphics card money can buy, especially if you find the potential price of the RTX 4090 offputting. While it won't be top in terms of spec, the RTX 3080 successor should still offer enthusiast levels of performance that stretch beyond the boundaries of mid-tier options.

PC gamers may feel pessimistic about grabbing an RTX 4080 graphics card later this year, as it's widely believed that GPU and CPU shortages will persist until 2023. To get ahead of the manufacturing curve, Nvidia has reportedly spent $10 billion securing RTX 4000 series components, which might translate to increased launch availability. The green team is also gunning to smooth out manufacturing, as TSMC will replace Samsung as the company's sole chip fabricator.

Chip politics and manufacturing mumbo-jumbo aside, you're probably eager to learn more about Nvidia's next-gen graphics card. To help shallow the waters of the speculation sea, we've gathered everything we know so far about RTX 4090 release date rumours, potential price, possible specs, and what it could benchmark at.

Nvidia RTX 4070 – release date, price, specs, and benchmark rumours

The Nvidia RTX 4070 won't be the best graphics card in terms of specs, but if you're looking to balance price and performance, it could be a winning solution. Just like the GeForce RTX 3070, the green team's next-gen GPU should pair nicely with mid-range gaming PCs, and it might even transform your rig into a ray tracing powerhouse without costing as much as the RTX 4080.

The prospect of grabbing an Nvidia RTX 4070 on release may feel daunting, especially since component shortages have hampered the cost and availability of the current-gen RTX 3070. However, Nvidia has reportedly invested $10 billion in securing RTX 4000 components, which may help tackle the stock scarcity situation. The computing giant is also looking into refining its manufacturing processes, as the green team's next-gen GPUs will be fabricated by TSMC instead of Samsung.

If your rig is still rocking a GeForce GTX graphics card, or you've been waiting around for an RTX refresh, you're probably considering jumping straight to Nvidia's next-gen contender. To help you make your next gaming machine move, we've compiled everything we know about RTX 4070 release date rumours, potential specs, and what we think it'll benchmark at before the GPU arrives, with information courtesy of Moore's Law Is Dead and Digitimes.

GTA podium car: here's what vehicle you can win in GTA Online

What is the GTA podium car this week? GTA Online vehicles are expensive things, so we're happy to take a spin on the Diamond Casino's Lucky Wheel to get a discount. Winning isn't guaranteed, sure, but it isn't out of the question either. Look, we don't have a problem - leave it alone.

Finding out what the GTA Online podium car is simple enough - it's winning it that's the challenge. You can spin the Diamond Casino's Lucky Wheel once a day, and each Podium Car refreshes after seven days on a Thursday. Basically, you have seven shots to get the vehicle of that given week. If you own a Penthouse, you can spin it for free, but if you don't it's $500 a spin. Don't fret if you don't win, as you can try for something else.

You have a one in 20 chance of getting the podium vehicle, a car discount, or a mystery prize. There's a four in 20 chance of getting clothes, chips, and cash. Finally, there's a five in 20 chance of getting RP. On that note, here's everything you need to know about this week's GTA podium car.

Square Enix NFTs

Square Enix has shared information about future plans for the company, which includes the creation of "story-focused" NFTs. This information appeared during the Square Enix Shareholders' 2022 Meeting Report. The report also revealed the extent of the financial success of Final Fantasy XIV. Beyond that, it included a look at how the company's mobile market is fairing. [Thanks, michsuzuki!]

Final Fantasy XIV is up 56% from the previous year. Previous reports concerning the continued success of Final Fantasy XIV have mentioned the Endwalker expansion, which released in December 2021. And while Square Enix has continued to expand its mobile division, there was no report of any significant change or success among its recent releases.

However, Square Enix further revealed its intentions to incorporate NFTs into its business model in some tangible way. This includes the development of "blockchain games and entertainment," and, most notably, the production of NFTs that will focus on stories. This goal is included in Square Enix's medium-term strategy. On the topic of turning Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy into blockchain games, Square Enix President Yosuke Matsuda said this:

It's still a bit too early to consider making Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy blockchain games, and we're not at the stage of thinking about that yet.

In January 2022, Matsuda discussed interest in the "Metaverse" and other blockchain technology. In a statement, he expressed interest in the "play to earn" model. However, outside of the creation of NFTs for Million Arthur, the company has yet to commit to the development and release of NFTs in association with more mainstream titles.

New Ys Game

A new Ys game is in development according to Falcom President Toshihiro Kondo. In an interview, Kondo shared details about the title, including new gameplay elements that may potentially appear. [Thanks, ryokutya2089!]

In December 2020, Kondo revealed that Falcom was making preparations for the next Ys game. However, at the time he did not specify if it would be a remake of a past game or Ys X. That said, he has provided some information as to what direction consumers can expect the series to go with this next entry.

One of the points mentioned reveals that certain areas are being "reexamined." Specifically, while the next Ys title will retain some of the core feelings of being a Ys game, there will potentially be some "Souls-like" elements to it. This includes more evenly paced one-on-one combat, where players will be able to watch and learn enemies' movements and patterns.

And regarding what platforms the new Ys game could appear on, Kondo said this:

While we can't say what platforms the game could appear on at this time, we would like a wide range of players to enjoy it. It will be released as we're working on various platforms.

Additionally, he reveals that this next entry will provide something new, as the team believes that new gameplay elements will be vital for the series to move forward.
