Rockstar reportedly killed the Red Dead Redemption remaster

The Red Dead Redemption remaster is canceled, a new report from Kotaku says, along with the long-rumored Grand Theft Auto 4 remaster, both of which Kotaku's Zack Zweisen said were in development for several years. It corroborates a rumor from Rockstar leaker Tez2 that surfaced on July 4 and confirms the reason was, indeed, the poor reception of Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto Trilogy - Definitive Edition in late 2021.

This Halo 4 overhaul mod brings back Halo 3 Master Chief

A new Halo 4 mod is aiming to overhaul the popular FPS game within the Halo: Master Chief Collection. The initial release tackles the epic Composer mission with gameplay changes and model changes - particularly to Johnny Master Chief himself, who is more in line with Halo 3. More impressively, this was all done without mod tools, as they're still not officially available.

Halo 2 and Halo 3 mod tools were added to the Master Chief Collection back in October 2021, with ODST modding added in April. However, at the moment there is no sign of Halo 4 mod support, although 343 Industries says it aims to release them in 2022.

They're not here yet, however, so overhaul mods like Halo 4 Reclaimer by creator Unseen Halo were impressively created without proper tools. The current version available is only a beta showcase based around Composer, with the final version coming after mod tools are available.

Steam users are slowly, but surely, switching to Windows 11

Windows 10 still holds the operating system crown, but Steam users are steadily making the jump to Windows 11. While strict TPM requirements continue to bar older gaming PCs from joining the new OS fold, Valve's latest stats suggest one in five of its storefront customers have upgraded to the new platform.

According to the latest Steam hardware survey, 21% of its users are on Windows 11, with an increase of 1.64% in June alone. Naturally, Microsoft's ultimate goal is to migrate all of its Windows 10 customers to its latest rendition of the OS, but its older product is still clutching onto a 71% share of the market.

Windows 11 made its debut back in October 2021, and the OS packs features that should tempt PC gamers to make the switch. Since its release, the platform has acquired gaming boons like a DirectStorage API for speedy SSD load times and an Auto HDR feature that caters to players using the best gaming monitor.

You are the Emperor in the next Dune: Spice Wars faction

The next Dune: Spice Wars faction is now confirmed as none other than House Corrino, led by the Padishah Emperor Shaddam IV himself - prior to his arrival in the Dune: Part 2 movie. House Corrino is the fifth faction to be added to the strategy game, and it may be the last until Dune breaks out of early access.

The Dune roadmap for summer 2022 confirmed multiple major additions coming to the 4X game, the first of which being the multiplayer mode that arrived in June. The second was the fifth faction to follow the Fremen and the Smugglers, which we suggested was likely the Imperial House Corrino. It seems we were correct. I knew all that huffing spice would pay off.

House Corrino seems like a powerful faction, with the Emperor himself leading it alongside his elite Sardaukar warriors - the fanatical soldiers seen in the movie. House Corrino receives taxes and bribes from other factions, but has to pay off the Spacing Guild and keep the Landsraad happy or the empire could fall apart.

Is FIFA 23 crossplay or cross-platform?

Excited about FIFA 23 crossplay? After years of waiting, it looks like FIFA 23 is going to support cross-platform play for the first time at zlaunch. EA has been hesitant to add this must-requested feature to their sports games, but this might be the year everything changes. EA ran a FIFA 22 crossplay functionality test back in May, giving current generation console owners the chance to play against a new set of opponents.

While we don't have any official confirmation just yet whether cross-platform play is coming to FIFA 23, EA's FIFA 22 crossplay test suggests they're trialling the feature so they can introduce FIFA 23 crossplay to players later this year. FIFA's crossplay support doesn't end there, as there have been rumours about a shared transfer market across all platforms too when it comes to Ultimate Team.

Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak prized pelt location and how to get more

Do you need to find a Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak prized pelt to complete your build? The expansion brings many new Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak monsters to the RPG game. It also brings new Master Rank hunts that give all existing monsters new moves and adds new tiers of armour and weapons, which you can craft with items salvaged from your defeated enemies.

These changes are not just for the larger wyvern-like monsters but also smaller critters running around each map. For example, one of the most coveted items is the Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak prized pelt, which, like Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Awegite and Supple Piel, is essential for making some of the best equipment. In order to farm for these precious items, we recommend you go off on a Master Rank expedition tour when choosing a hunt via any quest handler. These expeditions allow you to keep hunting for specific small monsters, which will respawn after a short time, until you've filled your item slots with as many as you need.

Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Awegite locations and how to get more

Want to know the easiest way to farm Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Awegite? In a few maps in the RPG game's expansion, you can mine this mineral at specific points. Once you find one of these black veins, interact with it to grab up to three precious metals you can then use to craft new gear.

The easiest way to get lots of Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Awegite is to head into a Master Rank expedition tour in the Shrine Ruins. To do this, go to Princess Chichae - the quest handler in Sunbreak - and select Master Rank. Here you can see the option to go on an expedition tour in green, which, unlike regular hunts, has no time limit. We recommend the Shrine Ruins map for your resource-gathering trip as it's the place hunters will be most familiar with, and you can also hunt some Kelbi to grab a Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak prized pelt.

Want a list of all of the new Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak monsters? The much-anticipated expansion to the popular RPG game is finally here, and we're off to the land of Elgado to fight a bunch more beasts, creepy crawlies, and even a giant crab.

As you progress through the new Master Ranks, you may notice a lot of rematches against old adversaries from the base game. All of them are deceptively dangerous, thanks to their additional power and brand new attacks, but what you're likely wondering is just how many new Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak monsters and variants there are in the expansion.

The best Star Wars games on PC 2022

What are the best Star Wars games for PC? It's not like we Star Wars fans need much of an excuse to jump back into a galaxy far, far away - May 4, the KOTOR remake, the upcoming release of Obi-Wan Kenobi. Whenever something Star Wars-related happens, suddenly we're off swinging our lightsabers and asking people to refrain from telling us the odds, thank you very much.

Picking the best Star Wars games can be tricky. There's a wide range of different games to choose from, and the quality varies wildly. Thankfully – in large part to the sheer weight of numbers – Star Wars has probably generated more great licensed games than any other film series. We've got plenty more coming as well in the form of Star Wars Eclipise and the Star Wars strategy game from Bit Reactor.

From the deep, philosophical wrangling of Knights of the Old Republic to the breathless adrenaline rush of podracing in Episode I: Racer, we've cut the original trilogy wheat from the sequel-grade chaff to bring you the definitive list of the best Star Wars PC games. Even a half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf herder can appreciate this list.

     Minecraft Spellcraft DLC adds

The Minecraft Spellcraft DLC differs a bit from recent efforts, like the Minions invading. However, the marketplace is also filled to the brim with unique offerings and adventures to explore if you're happy to push through some of the chaff. Today's is both free and completely original, and it comes from Gamemode One.

Minecraft's Spellcraft was teased last week as part of the fifth-anniversary marketplace sale, but today's the day we get access to it. Spellcraft is going to be the premiere of a brand-new scripting API for Minecraft's Bedrock edition. The blurb boasts that players can "craft powerful elemental spells with over 20,000 unique spell combinations," featuring magical rifts filled with enemies. "Level up your abilities, and defeat harder challenges as you become more powerful!"

Minecraft's magical systems usually go no further than enchantments, but the idea of actually having an in-depth spell system to tinker with is very exciting. There are a fair few enemy types too, including flying mages, elemental wisps, and even a new skeleton model.

Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Supple Piel location and how to get more

Are you looking for Supple Piel in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak? As soon as you begin the expansion to the popular RPG game, your priority is to craft better gear to survive Master Rank fights. Upgrading your armour not only helps you survive encounters with new Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak monsters, but also against Rise's menagerie of terrifying beasts, all of which get damage buffs, more overall health, and brand new attacks.

To make Master Rank weapons and armour, you need to scavenge materials by picking plants, mining ore veins, and salvaging parts from monsters big and small. Unfortunately, the Supple Piel is another one of those items in the Sunbreak expansion that, unless you know where to find them, their exact location will be a mystery. Luckily for you, we've gone to the trouble of hunting down this precious resource to save you time.

Total War dev's new game may be third-person action Warhammer

It looks like Creative Assembly has a new fantasy game in the works, and it may be a third-person melee combat spin-off of Total War: Warhammer III. The team behind Total War Saga: Troy is working on a "vast fictional world" based on Unreal Engine 5 - and it may be a live-service Warhammer game.

In December 2021, it was confirmed that active development on Total War Saga: Troy was coming to an end, suggesting that studio Creative Assembly Sofia was moving on to another project. According to a new batch of job listings, the team seems to be working on a third-person fantasy action-adventure game.

This posting for a Principal 3D Environment Artist talks about bringing "a vast fictional world to life" in an "epic fantasy universe," which it also calls "medieval" and features "realistic, 'dark and gritty' visually appealing environments." A Senior Combat Designer listing mentions a "ground-breaking new game" with "third-person melee combat" built in Unreal Engine 5 - which also mentions "experience in delivery" for a live-service game as desirable.

Destiny 2 classes and subclasses guide

Looking for a breakdown of all the Destiny 2 classes? The class system behind Bungie's hit looter shooter has changed a lot in the many years since Destiny 2 players first took on the Red Legion in the fight for the Light. Though Destiny 2 still includes its Warlock, Titan, and Hunter classes - the same ones that first appeared in the original Destiny game - the once-simple Arc, Solar, and Void elemental subclasses have grown to include perk trees, Aspects, and Fragments, and there's even an entirely new element called Stasis.

Each of the Destiny 2 classes has a unique kit that leverages the game's four elements to allow players to develop builds that suit their specific style of play. The team at Bungie is constantly iterating in order to keep the game fun and fresh, so expect more class changes in the future. However, while this is great for Destiny 2's most active players, casual players and newcomers may struggle to keep up with the game's evolving subclass systems.

In this Destiny 2 class guide, you'll find a character overview designed to help new players choose a class and begin turning it into a powerful Destiny 2 build. It will also be helpful for long-term players who are considering creating a new character and need a little guidance on what to try next. We'll explore how each character class uses the game's subclasses and abilities for maximum impact. Each subclass also has unique melee, grenade, and movement options, which players can customise according to their playstyles.

Diablo Immortal charms: how to upgrade, salvage, and sell

Not sure how to make the most of your Diablo Immortal charms? It's been quite some time since we last saw charms in Blizzard's long-standing RPG game series, though they're quite different from their debut in Diablo 2. In a nutshell, Diablo Immortal charms are equippable items that increase the potency of your skills. They're specifically designed for late-game gear progression. You can't even equip a charm until you're at least level 56, though in all likelihood several will have found their way into your inventory by that point.

Unlike most items you can equip in-game, Diablo Immortal charms don't come with class restrictions; you are free to equip whichever you like, regardless of their bonuses. Be sure to equip a charm that will prove useful to your character, both in terms of being compatible with your class, and with a bonus for a skill you actually use.

Charms take a great deal of time and materials to upgrade, so the optimal time to start investing in them would be once you're at Hell 1 difficulty or above. If you're a bit short of the Diablo Immortal leveling cap then it's best to prioritise kitting your character out with all the set items and Legendary gems you desire before turning your attention fully to charms.

GDQ bans runner who faked Metal Gear: Revengeance world record

UPDATE: GDQ has contacted PCGamesN to confirm that Mekarazium, who faked the Revengeance run, has been banned from future GDQ events. Our original story follows after GDQ's statement:

"Yesterday, we were made aware that Mekazarium played a segmented video for his DLC run at Summer Games Done Quick 2022," GDQ explains. "Mekazarium has since admitted to this, both to some members of the community as well as directly to GDQ staff. He contacted our staff with a document detailing that he had planned this for over a month, demonstrating this was planned and intentional. This was made possible because of the remote nature of this particular run in the marathon.

"This is absolutely unacceptable and attempts to undermine the integrity of the speedrunning community that we love and support. The exact result they desired was unclear from the document, but it is clear that they believed we would not be willing to speak out about their behavior. However, we believe it is in the community's best interests to know why this run was removed by GDQ. We have removed Mekazarium's runs from our YouTube archive, and will not permit him to run in the future."

Anyone who's played one of Firaxis' XCOM games in the last ten years will have a story about missed shots. Shots that, even with a 90% chance of hitting their target, still end up going wide and punching a hole in your carefully laid plans. In the moment, they induce feelings of white hot injustice, but for many, they're an integral part of what makes XCOM, well, XCOM. Looking back on his time making XCOM 2, however, Firaxis' creative director Jake Solomon tells me that he, too, now feels the pain players have felt for close to a decade.

"It was really interesting for me to return back and play XCOM a couple of years ago, and man, when I missed shots, I was unbelievably frustrated. I felt the ghosts of everybody everywhere looking over my shoulder," he says.

Minato Aqua Pop Up Parade Figure Will Appear Outside Japan in 2023

Good Smile Company opened up pre-orders for its Pop Up Parade figure of Hololive Vtuber Minato Aqua. She'll appear in Japan first. The release window there is November 2022. In January 2023, she should show up in North America.

Minato Aqua wears her standard sailor uniform in her Pop Up Parade figure. Her pose features her making a heart with her hands. Her pink and blue pigtails are also curled.

Here's a closer peek at how it will look.
[gallery ids="931776,931777,931778" link="file"]

Most Pop Up Parade figures appear at a standard price. They tend to be $43.99/¥4,800. However, this one will be more expensive than usual. She'll cost $49.99/¥5,500. Good Smile Company didn't explain why this one will cost more.

This means the figure will appear right after the Minato Aqua game. It's called Aquarium. In Japan, the dating sim will appear on the Switch and PS4 on October 27, 2022.

Plenty more Hololive Vtuber figures will appear in the future. At Anime Expo 2022, Good Smile Company made a number of announcements. It confirmed all of Hololive English Myth's members will get their own Nendoroids and figmas.

The Hololive Minato Aqua Pop Up Parade figure will appear in Japan in November 2022 and North America in January 2023. Pre-orders are open until August 3, 2022.

This month's additions will also include a Legend Patrol Pack for consoles other than the Switch on July 7, 2022. All of this will be preceded by a July 6, 2022 free content update.

First, the Dragon Ball Xenoverse free content update will add more customization options, activities, figures, and attacks. To start, Dyspo will appear as a Crystal Raid. There will be five other Raid Quests too. People who like collecting and seeing things will see 68 new Hero Colosseum figures and 77 more loading screens. You can also get a new costume, three CC Mascots, five Dual Ultimate Attacks, and five more Super Souls.

As for the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Conton City Vote Pack with characters like Dyspo, GT Vegeta, and Ultra Instinct -Sign- Goku, the DLC adds other kinds of content too. People who buy that will also get access to two Extra Missions and four Parallel Quests. They'll also have four costumes and accessories. 15 more loading screens will show up. There will also be five Super Souls and 10 Skills in it.

Here's the official trailer.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia. The Conton City Vote Pack will arrive on July 7, 2022.

Chainsaw Man Power Pochita Figure

Furyu is releasing a figure of Power from Chainsaw Man, as well as a 1/1 scale figure of Pochita. Both are available yo pre-order on the F:NEX website and are expected to ship sometime in July 2023. The Power figure will cost ¥34,980 (about $256), and the Pochita figure will cost ¥25,300 (about $185). Pre-orders will close on October 31, 2022. [Thanks, Hobby Watch!]

Notably, the Power figure is 1/7th scale and comes with its own stand based on her appearance. The figure recreates Power in her fiend form, wearing her typical Public Safety Devil Hunter's uniform. It pays significant attention to detail, down to the creases and folds of her slacks and how her coat hangs loosely from her torso. Surrounding Power is an array of blood weapons.

On the other hand, the Pochita figure is a standalone figure made of soft vinyl. The figure's legs are posable, allowing the user to stand him up or have him sit down. As a 1:1 scale figure, Pochita is approximately 34 cm tall (about 1 foot tall) and is made with material that gives his tail and handles a distinctive glossiness.

Soon, part 2 of the Chainsaw Man manga will appear. It releases on July 13, 2022. Furthermore, Crunchyroll confirmed back in May 2022 that the upcoming anime adaptation would release on its streaming platform. There is still no official release date, however.

The Chainsaw Man Power and Pochita figures are available for pre-order on the F:NEX website. The Power figure will cost ¥34,980 (about $256) and the Pochita figure will cost ¥25,300 (about $185). Pre-orders will close on October 31, 2022 or until supplies last.

Lollipop Chainsaw Remake

Following the informal announcement by Dragami Games head Yoshimi Yasuda that a Lollipop Chainsaw remake is in the works, the company officially confirmed the project via its Twitter account. Concrete details are still scarce (even its title is still tentative), but the company is targeting 2023 for its eventual release.

https://twitter.com/Dragami_Games/status/1544244693801713665

The original Lollipop Chainsaw launched back in 2012 on the PS3 and Xbox 360. It was developed by Grasshopper Manufacture, with publishing assistance from Kadokawa Games and Warner Bros. Interactive. It was notable for the involvement of No More Heroes creator Goichi "Suda51" Suda and filmmaker James Gunn, who directed Marvel Studios' Guardians of the Galaxy films and Warner Bros. The Suicide Squad.

Yoshimi Yasuda will be act as producer for the remake and explained the situation surrounding the project in a statement.

Check it out below. It is in English and Japanese.

https://twitter.com/yasudaD5/status/1544245448696680448

According to Yasuda's message and Dragami Games' other tweets, the Lollipop Chainsaw remake will be developed by a "combination of development staff from the original version, including [Yoshimi Yasuda], and development staff from Dragami Games". Dragami Games began operations on July 1, 2022, and absorbed about 30 of Kadokawa Games titles, taking control of several Kadokawa IPs. These include the Demon Gaze series, Natural Doctrine, God Wars, Relayerand the Root Letter (√Letter) titles. Dragami will have support from Warner Bros. in the effort to remake the game.

The game won't be a simple rerelease, though. Yasuda assured fans that "even though the original staff are working on the remake, there will be elements that will be different from the original." One example cited was the soundtrack. Yasuda explained that while the original Lollipop Chainsaw had 15 licensed songs in its musical selection, these would be difficult to make use of in the remake. Thus the soundtrack will consist of new music. Additionally, the team may aim for a different graphical style, owing to the higher specifications of current-generation consoles.

The Lollipop Chainsaw remake is in development and targeted for a 2023 release. The original game is difficult to acquire new, but can still be played on Xbox 360 and PS3.

FFXIV Data Center Travel Suspended Due to Congestion

Square Enix suspended the FFXIV Data Center Travel feature immediately after launch due to congestion. The company noted that, after it arrived with update 6.18, visit requests were at 15,000 per minute. As such, it is temporarily disallowing the option.

The FFXIV Data Center Travel congestion issues kicked off almost immediately after the feature became available. Early on July 5, 2022, Square Enix alerted people to problems. It also took to Twitter to explain what people could expect while the service was still live. It noted that any world ends up billed as "congested," then no one will be able to visit it.

The FFXIV issues also led to an update on Japanese, North American, and European worlds. At time of writing, Balmung on Crystal was congested in North America. In Europe, Louisoix and Spriggan on Chaos and Phoenix and Zodiark on Light wouldn't allow new character creation. In Japan, Tonberry, Typhon, Bahamut, Durandal, Ridill, Ixion, Masamune, Pandaemonium, Mandragora, Shinryu, Unicorn, and Zeromus all were labeled as "congested."

Final Fantasy XIV is available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. The 6.18 update is available now. There is no word yet when the FFXIV Data Center Travel system will resume. When the feature does return, Square Enix noted it will re-open "gradually."

Valkyrie Elysium Release Date

Valkyrie Elysium could be rapidly approaching its release window, if recently opened store pages on the PlayStation Network store are accurate. Tipster @Wario64 and Twitter user @Renka_Schedule spotted store pages opening up for the game in English and in Japanese that suggested Valkyrie Elysium's release date would fall on September 29, 2022. @Renka_Schedule also uncovered a Japanese trailer marked with the same release date.

The leaked trailer has since been taken down by Square Enix, and the PSN store pages revised to show a "To Be Determined" date. The PlayStation.com game page for Valkyrie Elysium shows a release window of 2022. The official Valkyrie Elysium Twitter account then sent out a post clarifying that the trailer itself will be publicly available to view on July 6, 2022 in Japan.

https://twitter.com/v_elysiumPR/status/1544230238116204545?

The trailer displayed voice acting, gameplay, teased story cutscenes from Valkyrie Elysium. The store pages describe the game, which is an action-RPG, and affirm its apparent connection to the Valkyrie Profile series (though they just call it the Valkyrie series). The descriptions confirm that this installment's Valkyrie is named Lenneth, and is tasked with bringing salvation to the world by selecting mortals to become Einherjar ahead of Ragnarok, the End Times prophesized in Norse mythology.

Players of Valkyrie Elysium will use the Soul Chain system to combo abilities and take down enemies with flashy attacks. They'll also summon Einherjar for elemental bonuses and gain tactical advantage against their foes. Powerful special techniques are called Divine Arts. The trailer showed one in action, where Lenneth flew into the sky and impaled a large enemy upon a Gungnir, a massive speak. They'll also be able to upgrade their abilities and weapons to customize their playstyle.

Valkyrie Elysium is in development for PS4 and PS5. Its release date is not confirmed officially, but it may come out on September 29, 2022.

Final Fantasy XIV 6.18

Though much of the focus of last week's Final Fantasy XIV Letter from the Producer Live was on the upcoming version 6.2 update, patch 6.18 was much closer to arriving, with a deployment date of July 5, 2022. As the game went into maintenance to apply the update early on July 4, 2022, Square Enix posted the full Final Fantasy XIV 6.18 patch notes to the Lodestone community site.

The Final Fantasy XIV 6.18 patch and maintenance period is mostly focused on backend changes, like adding new servers and enhancing existing data centers. However a number of other changes are visible to players, particularly Data Center Travel, which allows players to move to different data centers in their region (such as visiting Crystal Data Center from Primal). Other adjustments were made to various Jobs' performance in PVP. PVP was overhauled in Patch 6.1, and a new PVP activity, Crystalline Conflict, was added. The next season of Crystalline Conflict also begins with patch 6.18, unlocking new rewards. Players can claim Season 1 rewards up to the end of Season 2. The other PVP mode, Frontline, also received mode-specific changes, such as slowing the rate at which the Limit Gauge fills. Damage modifiers for various job categories were also adjusted, with Tank and Melee DPS jobs receiving the most dramatic adjustments.

The Job changes for Final Fantasy XIV 6.18 mostly have to do with potency adjustments for various job abilities in PVP. Tank classes like the Warrior, Dark Knight, and Gunbreaker received enhancements to their damage-dealing ability, while Paladins had the damage reduction effect from their Holy Shelltron ability weakened slightly. Changes to damage-dealers focused mainly on ranged characters, mainly Machinist, Dancer, Summoner. They received potency upgrades, while Black Mages had the barrier effect from their Burst ability weakened. Ninjas had their Unsealed Seiton Tenchu effect shortened. Of the Healing jobs, only Astrologians received PVP adjustments, with the Gravity II spell having its status effects applied only to the first target affected.

Players more focused on PVE activities also have something to look forward to in Final Fantasy XIV patch 6.18, particularly those at the endgame. Endgame-level gear was made slightly easier to acquire from Raids like Pandaemonium: Asphodelos and its Savage variant. The weekly restriction on receiving the Unsung Blade of Asphodelos item was removed, while players completing Asphodelos (Savage) will now receive two treasure coffers instead of one. Finally, a vendor in Radz-at-Han will now sell Radiant Roborant, an item needed to upgrade the item level 590 "Radiant" weapons. The vendor will take Aglaia Coins, a currency awarded for completing the Aglaia alliance raid. Part of the "Myths of the Realm" raid series, Aglaia was introduced in patch 6.1.

Final Fantasy XIV is available on PC, PS4, and PS5. The next patch, 6.2, will arrive in August 2022.

FGO USA 5th Anniversary

Aniplex and Lasengle officially began 5th Anniversary celebrations for the English edition of Fate/Grand Order. As with other anniversary celebrations, the FGO USA 5th Anniversary brought with it a brand-new playable Servant. For players who had "read ahead" to anticipate developments based on the Japanese edition of FGO, this particular Servant was much-anticipated. She's a Caster-class variant of Fate franchise alum Altria Pendragon (nicknamed "Castoria", "Castria", and "Saber (Caster)").

Caster Altria arrived on the FGO USA 5th Anniversary limited summoning banner. She's widely hailed among FGO players familiar with her on the Japanese version as a extremely powerful, support-oriented Caster. In that sense, she does for Arts-elemental Servants what Skadi did for Quick-elemental ones and Merlin did for Buster mains. She goes a step further by charging the Noble Phantasm gauges of her allies and having a Noble Phantasm that raises an impenetrable defensive barrier around the party.

For those in search of a surer thing, the FGO USA 5th Anniversary also opened a one-time "Guaranteed SSR" paid summon. Available for 15 paid Saint Quartz (which have to be purchased from the store with money rather than saved up through in-game missions), players can make an 11-unit summon on one of five Guaranteed SSR banners. This year, the banner offerings are arranged by debut year, with all the limited-rarity Servants from a given yearlong period sorted into a single banner. For example, Servants like Edmond Dantes and Gilgamesh (Archer) are all clustered together on the banner for June 2017-July 2018. More recent Servants like Space Ishtar and Ruler Altria are on the July 2021-July 2022 banner. Summoning on a Guaranteed SSR banner guarantees that at least one of the results will be a limited-rarity 5-Star Servant from the banner. The banner also has a higher chance of dropping limited-rarity 4-Star Servants from a given year.

Fate/Grand Order is available on iOS and Android. The FGO USA 5th Anniversary event lasts until July 17, 2022.

Blade Runner Enhanced Edition patchBlade Runner: Enhanced Edition didn't have the smoothest launch. Hardcore fans of the original release found the updated version to be a step back in many ways. With that said, a recent patch for Blade Runner: Enhanced Edition introduces plenty of fixes and additions that improve the experience. Even after this update, Blade Runner: Enhanced Edition has far to go. And to the credit of Nightdive Studios, it understands that. In the patch notes for the upcoming update, the developer also includes additions to come in the next patch. Hopefully, the game can continue to improve and eventually surpass the original title.   Check out Blade Runner: Enhanced Edition's first patch The first patch for Blade Runner: Enhanced Edition covers over 20 fixes and additions. Most of the problems addressed seem to tackle graphical errors, like a green flicker that occurred during transitions. The patch also addressed problems where the fog wouldn't render correctly.      The Crew 2 Dominion Forsberg Impressions 1It's wild to think that The Crew 2 is entering its sixth season of DLC, but the new tracks, cars, and events are continuing to roll onto the asphalt. The Dominion Forsberg introductory video in The Crew 2 introduces the man himself as he explains what the DLC is all about. Also, Activision confirmed that Warzone 2 is in development. Thanks to some recent leaks, we have been able to gain some more information on what the new era of Call of Duty could look like. A recent leak claims that Modern Warfare 2's DMZ mode will not be free to play after all. In previous reports, the DMZ mode has been compared to an Escape from Tarkov-type game. Various leaks claimed it would be a free-to-play mode or release that stood separately from Modern Warfare 2, just like Warzone. However, the latest information disputes this claim.   The latest Modern Warfare 2 DMZ leak paints a different picture Industry insider Tom Henderson...
