There are currently 56 Genshin Impact characters available (not including Nilou who arrives in the latter half of the Genshin Impact 3.1 update), so there's no shortage of candidates for your dream team. But with so many different weapons, elementals, talents, ascension bonuses, and constellations upgrades, finding your favourites can be challenging. Don't let the placement of the characters on our Genshin Impact tier list deter you from pulling on the next character banner. While base stats and elemental abilities are important, the value of a character also depends on personal playstyle, available weapons and artifacts, and team composition. That being said, if your favourite character is in C tier or below, you may struggle to get past some of the more challenging Spiral Abyss floors. Don't worry too much if your favourite character is on one of the lower tiers; you can still make it work with our recommended Genshin Impact builds. In general, being on a high tier means that the character is the best Genshin Impact character in their role, is not too difficult to build, and performs well regardless of teammates. Being on a lower tier means that there are better alternatives, or the character needs a very specific build or team to shine. Just like the Genshin Impact banners, most events are only available for a limited time, so it's worth participating as soon as you can. Capcom has taken its time developing Street Fighter 6 to ensure they don't repeat the same mistakes again. Finally, another game befitting A44, the studio behind minimalistic Ashen which Brendy quite enjoyed. It was even better than I'd expected, honestly, and I've come away with the belief that it may just be one of the best Soulslikes to arrive in quite some time. |

Nintendo has launched an official website for Nintendo Pictures, its visual media production company. The Japan-based game publisher revealed that the company will work on "unique and surprising" projects using Nintendo characters and properties. Furthermore, Nintendo Pictures will reportedly begin hiring new employees starting November 2022. [Thanks, Game Watch!] The official homepage for Nintendo Pictures is separate from Nintendo's main website and features a message to fans at the beginning of the page. The message states, first and foremost, that Nintendo owns a 100% stake in Nintendo Pictures. It's important to note that, while Nintendo Pictures does list itself as a video production company, this is not specific to film production. Dangen Entertainment has announced that indie cult classic The Witch's House MV will come out for the PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One on October 13, 2022. It will only be available as a digital purchase. This uses the MV version of the game, which has improved graphics and two new difficulty modes. [Thanks, Dengeki Gamer!] In The Witch's House MV, you play as Viola. She enters a manor – the titular Witch's House – that uses puzzles in the place of locks, and has death lurking around literally every corner. The goal of the game is to escape the manor while solving the mystery of the Witch. The Witch's House features jumpscares and gore, and the developer heavily recommends that you play with headphones. The Witch's House originally came out as a freeware horror game in 2012. MV is the remastered and paid version that came out in 2018. In the same vein as Ib (which will also come out for the Nintendo Switch for Spring 2023), The Witch's House is an RPG Maker horror game that has become popular and well-known through word of mouth. The Witch's House MV is readily available on Windows PC. It will come out for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One on October 13, 2022. It is YOASOBI's "The Blessing," and the music video heavily features Suletta and her Gundam. There is also a short story based on the song. Aerial watches as Suletta matures from a young girl crying in his cockpit to a strong-willed pilot. Despite her doubts and Aerial's own trepidation about Suletta's mother, Suletta makes her decision to go to school and leave Mercury, with Aerial's blessings.
