FIFA 23 Rulebreakers team, with Ronaldo, Fekir, and Godfrey

FIFA 23 Rulebreakers are a set of players that have their playstyle radically altered, while also having their overall rating upgraded. The players in this special release have had their stats altered, rather than just increased, so they feel different to use in the football game and offer something different to their regular counterparts.

The team of Rulebreakers includes some famous faces, with Cristiano Ronaldo, Gerard Pique, and Nabil Fekir all making the cut. The Juventus stalwart, Bonucci, has received a huge increase in pace, defending, and physical, whilst his dribbling has gone down a few points, turning him from a ball-playing defender to more of an old-school centre-back. Here is the full list of Rulebreakers:

How to vote in the Minecraft mob vote 2022

You need to know how to vote in the Minecraft mob vote if you want your choice of passive mob to be added to the sandbox game. Ahead of Minecraft Live 2022, Mojang Studios announced that the format for voting would be different this year. With the vote live right now, fans need to get their choice logged before the event, so we're here to make sure you don't miss out.

As with previous years' Minecraft mob votes, there are three new mobs to choose from in 2022, each of them a passive, fictional creature which in some way aids your experience in the survival game - unlike the infamous mob vote of 2017 which gave us the terrifying Phantom. The Sniffer is an ancient creature which hatches from eggs found in ocean chests, and will bring new plant life and a new farming mechanic to Minecraft. The Rascal lives - and hides - underground. If you can find it, you'll be greatly rewarded with useful items to take mining. Finally, the Tuff Golem is a cute, customisable stone statue that comes to life, and can carry items around your base. Once you know which one has your vote, read on to find out how to log your opinion in the Minecraft mob vote 2022.

Modern Warfare 2 Spec Ops has been announced to return to Call of Duty later this month, releasing alongside the campaign. Once again gives players a chance to team up to tackle self-contained missions in the FPS game, sharpening their communication skills as well as their aim, trying to get the best score possible.

As usual in Infinity Ward-developed Call of Duty games, Spec Ops features in place of the Zombies mode we often see with Treyarch in the Black Ops series. A worthy inclusion, Spec Ops is a different flavour of multiplayer game, especially if getting dominated online starts getting old. The co-operative game mode releases at the same time as the campaign, with Warzone 2.0 and DMZ coming next month. Here is everything we know about Spec Ops.

The Sims 5 mods and what to expect from the next Sims game

Are you thinking about The Sims 5 mods and whether the new game will even have mod support? So are we, to be honest. The Sims mod community is one of the largest, and thousands of Sims 4 mods have kept fans coming back to the simulation game over the last eight years, even alongside regular official add-ons and updates from Maxis. Sims fans know what we want, and the developers don't always deliver, leaving modders to take it upon themselves.

The most popular Sims 4 mods, CC packs, and more cover quite literally everything you can imagine, from adding new furniture styles to your house, to changing the way babies and parents operate - and of course there's always Sims 4 sex mods making woohoo that bit more risque. What we can expect to see from Sims 5 mods of course depends on what the base game itself offers, of which we don't know much just yet, but let's get to speculating ahead of October 18's Behind the Sims Summit livestream.

When I think back to 2017's Prey, the thing that stands out most is how I learned my way around Talos I. How I began to map it out in my mind, the location of each section solidifying as I explored. It's probably a coincidence that I have a headache, but it seems appropriate for how out of my depth One Many Nobody was starting to make me feel. You've likely seen similar games, but this one mixes the usual 2D pixel puzzle business with some hazardous platforming, and a cloning system that rapidly move beyond the obvious "standing on your own shoulders" uses.

The balancing of all that didn't quite work for me, but I'm generally fairly averse to puzzle games and demanding platformers, so you ought not to count that against it. If you're more the type to take apart a puzzle step by step than to wing it while your subconscious yells from the sidelines, this could even be a real gem.

A thousand apologies, friends, for the gap in your Nate Files timeline. Unfortunately, while on a deep sea dive to retrieve the tapes of episodes 13 and 14 (an expedition funded by supporters; your generosity is always appreciated), my ship was attacked by a large and unusually toothsome whale-like creature. The cursed thing took a huge bite out of the side of our noble vessel, The Squiggled Egg, and we were forced to abandon ship. It was only by the grace of the botswain Hughbert Threads that I'm alive to write this post today, as the man gave his life beating back the foul beast, giving a large part of the rest of the crew time to get away. Alas, in the confusion, I only secured episode 14, and episode 13 is now lost to time. That is definitely what happened, and not that the digital recording got mangled somehow.

Still, episode 14 (which is now episode 13, even though I say 14 in the recording) is now here for you to enjoy. It's all about bad and obsolete palaeontology - the weird ways people in history interpreted fossils, and why.

Scorn is a deliberately grim game with a lot of body horror. Best avoid it and this review if you have issues with body horror themes.

I was talking to a friend about Scorn and they asked, "Is there a story?". And yeah, Scorn has a story. At some point there'll be a two hour YouTube video outlining how it has a clear and nuanced plot, or that it's a metaphor for periods and erections, or both. In the immediate, it's about slithering out of a pod, staggering through the desert, and finding yourself in a strange, huge rotting machine made of rock and flesh that's already decades into abandonment and decay, and where most things look a bit penisy or womby. It's about the lizardy parasite latched to your back gradually transforming your body. It's about grim squishy noises and survival.

Scorn doesn't have dialogue, or a map. It doesn't really have a HUD, it doesn't have quest markers, and your character will not, upon seeing a strange new device, say something like "Hmm... seems like a key. Maybe if I find the two missing ones, it'll open up a way forward!" out loud. It won't even pull focus to the corridor you should check next. You just have to look around, experiment, and figure it out. I think I like it. I don't know if I can recommend it.

Urusei Yatsura Anime Opening Ending

Fuji Television has uploaded the credit-less versions of both the opening and ending credits for the Urusei Yatsura anime reboot. The series began airing earlier this week, on October 13, 2022. Both themes are also available to listen to on various music streaming services. [Thanks, Famitsu!]

The opening theme is "aiue", featuring vocals from artist Minami and music from SAKURAmoti. The opening credits start off with a newly-animated Ataru juxtaposed against panels from the original Urusei Yatsura manga. He then proceeds to try and avoid Lum, an alien princess that is infatuated with Ataru.

During the opening, snippets of Lum in various forms appear. There are references to classic arcade games such as Space Invaders, as well as visual novels, JRPGS, and various other subcultures.

The ending theme is "Tokyo Shandy Rendezvous", featuring music from artists Kafu and Tsumiki. Kafu previously wrote one of the ending themes for the anime Black Clover and has also collaborated with VTuber Kizuna Ai. The ending credits simply depict Ataru and Lum surrounded by hearts and stars, with Lum wearing various loungewear and clothes.

Creator Rumiko Takahashi announced the Urusei Yatsura anime reboot back in January 2022. The original anime ran from 1981 to 1986 and has appeared in other countries under the titles LumLum the Invader Girl, and Those Obnoxious Aliens. Additionally, Discotek recently announced that it had acquired the rights to the distribution of the original anime series via Blu-Ray.

The Urusei Yatsura anime reboot is available to watch exclusively on HIDIVE.

Renowned watch brand Tag Heuer has revealed two limited edition Mario Kart watches. Fittingly, they use the Formula 1 watch as a base. According to Tag Heuer's website, the Formula 1 watches are a "motor-racing inspired collection for men and women who dare live life at full speed." Well, that certainly describes all of the characters who appear in Mario Kart. [Thanks, Autoblog!]

The watches you can get for a limited time are the Formula 1 x Mario Kart Chronograph, or the Chronograph Tourbillon. The standard Chrono costs $4300 and the Tourbillon costs $25,000. This is because the Tourbillon uses grade 5 titanium whereas the Chrono uses steel. The Tourbillon will also have a more limited release. Whereas Tag Heuer will make 3000 units of the Chrono, it will only sell 250 units of the Tourbillon.

[gallery columns="4" ids="937257,937258,937260,937259" link="file"]

So how do the watches actually look? Though some video game collaboration merchandise take the discrete route, Tag Heuer makes these very obviously Mario. The Chronograph bears the Mario Kart logo, and Mario appears on the 9 o'clock permanent seconds indicator. The Tourbillon has a bright red M, as well as the Mario Kart logo. Inside of the Tourbillon, Mario, Bullet Bob, and a blue shell are constantly moving. As well, you can see Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach's silhouettes through the sapphire case window on the back of the Tourbillon.

The Mario Kart watches are not available yet, but registering for the Chronograph's early access is open until October 17, 2022. Early access will then start on October 20. More information will appear in the future for the Tourbillon.

As one can expect from Shin Megami Tensei games, Nocturne is a turn-based JRPG with a focus on recruiting and fusing demons.

bayonetta 3

It's almost time for Bayonetta 3 to officially come out and Nintendo has uploaded perhaps the final trailer for the game. At over four minutes long, the "Bayonettas Everywhere?!" trailer focuses more on the plot of the game. Though there is quite a bit of focus on new character Viola, the trailer still drops some tantalizing hints on what lies in store for the Umbra Witch.

You can watch the Bayonettas Everywhere?! Bayonetta 3 trailer at this link.

Different versions of Bayonetta show up throughout the trailer, which may play into the multiple timelines fan theory. There is one with her high ponytail, one with braided pigtails, and even one with pink hair. The phrase "You yourself are a woman out of time" appears in the trailer, which lends even more credence to the idea. Aside from Bayonetta and Viola, recurring characters such as Luka and Jeanne make some cameo appearances.

At the end of the trailer, there is a short clip of side-scroller mode that will be part of Bayonetta 3, though it's unclear if this will take place within the narrative or if it's a bonus mode. You will play as Jeanne in this section. Aside from the stylish acrobats signature to Bayonetta, Jeanne can also perform Metal Gear Solid-like moves such as dragging people into vents. Of course, there is a giant demon that Jeanne has to fight against at the end.

Bayonetta 3 will come out exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on October 28, 2022.

Nvidia Rtx 4080 12gb UnlaunchIn a rather strange move, Nvidia has decided to stop the launch of the RTX 4080 12GB model. The card was first announced a few weeks ago alongside the RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 16GB graphics cards. However, it didn't take long for PC gamers to figure out that the RTX 4080 12GB specs indicated it would be the least powerful of the three by a significant margin despite a high asking price. Now it looks like Nvidia has decided to pull the card from its launch plan. The main reason that Nvidia gave for pulling the RTX 4080 12GB was fairly simple. The blog post that went up earlier today says "Having two GPUs with the RTX 4080 designation is confusing." And that's not entirely wrong, as there were bound to be a handful of users who would have tripped up. Since the RTX 4080 12GB featured a large dip in performance, it seems right to alter some plans.   The RTX 4080 12GB is no more Nvidia's decision to stop the release of the 4080 12GB model won't impact t...

Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Rewards Ghost Operator SkinAlthough multiplayer will be the main draw for most Modern Warfare 2 players, it should also have a fun campaign. It'll probably be worth a playthrough for the story alone, but there's more up for grabs. By completing the Modern Warfare 2 campaign, you'll get access to a variety of unique rewards that you can use in multiplayer. There are 16 different rewards for completing the campaign, and they vary from calling cards and emblems to operators, double XP tokens, and a weapon variant. The weapon variant is the Union Guard, a unique variant of the M4 assault rifle. It comes pre-equipped with four different attachments. These are the Aim OP-V4 Reflex Optic, the SZ 1MW PEQ Laser, the FSS Covert V Silencer, and the Lockgrip Precision-40 Underbarrel Vertical Grip.   Those who want to get a headstart can receive the Modern Warfare 2 campaign rewards a bit sooner. Preordering Modern Warfare 2 will give you early access to the campaign. As its name would suggest, this le...

Overwatch 2 Balance Changes Sombra Overpowered Hack TankIt's still early days for Overwatch 2, but the hero shooter has performed well and is receiving generally favorable reviews. It isn't perfect, but the shift to five versus five and the crowd control reduction have made the experience more enjoyable. However, some heroes have drawn the attention of players for being too strong. Despite this, Blizzard has clarified that it has no current plans to introduce big balance changes to Overwatch 2. The Overwatch 2 developer provided some insight into the state of its new game in a recent developer blog. Blizzard talks about map rotations, the bugs in Competitive mode, and the current state of hero balance. It's in the hero balance section that Blizzard states that it feels Overwatch 2's balance is a good place.   Blizzard does acknowledge that some heroes are outperforming others but not to an overly significant degree. All heroes on the roster have a win rate between 45% and 55%, which is close to what Blizzard was...

Star Trek Resurgence Delayed To April 2023Dramatic Labs' upcoming Star Trek game was first announced in December 2021. At the time, Dramatic Labs revealed that it would release in Spring 2022. Obviously, this didn't happen, as it was then pushed back to sometime in 2022. Today, Dramatic Labs has confirmed that Star Trek Resurgence is being delayed once again, this time to April 2023. In an announcement tweet, Dramatic Labs details why the delay is necessary. It states that production has been advancing throughout the summer, but development still needs more time. By delaying Star Trek Resurgence, it hopes to have the time necessary to add a final coat of polish and create a "truly immersive Star Trek experience."   The developer emphasizes its love and admiration for Star Trek. Dramatic Labs believes that not delaying the game further would result in fans receiving an unsatisfactory product. This is clearly a passion project that Dramatic Labs is keen not to mess up. Dramatic Labs rounds off the an...

Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3 Review 1I know what you're thinking: "they made three of these already?" Yup, the big numero tres. I haven't played the first two Nickelodeon Kart Racers, but I figured it had been too long since I last played a kart game. I loved Mario Kart on the SNES and N64 as a kid but mostly grew out of the genre and moved onto faster, more realistic racers. But there's something that's just cuddly about playing as a childhood favorite character, listening to them quip, and drifting around a cartoony track while slamming the other racers with items. Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway doesn't break new ground, but it offers everything you expect in a neat little package. Much like most other genre entries, Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway has no story mode. It starts with a tutorial where you're SpongeBob attempting to get his driver's license, which is cute. Afterward, you have free reign of all the game's modes. There's...
