As in previous releases, every magnet has a different color and its respective class emblem engraved on them. They are available now for pre-order from the Square Enix e-Store in Japan for 495 yen (approximately $3.72). The items are still available in the North American storefront for $5.50 each. This announcement joins the news of new job class magnets based on Sage and Reaper's soul crystals shared in the latest Final Fantasy XIV Letter from the Producer LIVE Part LXXVI. New Fan Festival 2023 merchandise was also announced during the broadcast, including a Loporrit figurine, an Amaurot-themed laptop case, and neck pillow plushies with Ambystoma, Morbol Seedling, and Mameshiba designs. During the stream, FFXIV's Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida also shared more information about patch 6.4 which will come at the end of May 2023. This update will bring a new trial featuring Final Fantasy IV's antagonist Golbez. Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC. The figure costs 42,000 JPY (roughly $316 USD), and it is expected to release between August and November 2023. Pre-orders for it are open now at the Gecco online store and the Sweet Factory online store. [Thanks, 4Gamer!] A scale of 1/6 means that the new James figure is approximately 12 inches tall (or 31cm). In addition, it can hold some of the iconic weapons that he uses in Silent Hill 2, such as a wooden plank, a handgun, a steel pipe, a shotgun, and Pyramid Head's Great Knife. This is the second figure based on a character from the game created by Gecco, with the first one being the imposing and emblematic Pyramid Head. James' worn-out military jacket is reproduced faithfully, down to the patches and his breast pocket flashlight. The base of the figure also includes some used health items. Gecco also revealed Maria as the upcoming third figure in the series, which can be displayed alongside James' figure to recreate their first meeting in Rosewater Park. The new line of merchandise features goods with the emblems of the different kingdoms and countries that appear in the story, alongside a Croquis notebook featuring both versions of protagonist Alear. The bag charms will be available in late June 2023, while the rest of the merchandise will appear in late May 2023. The variety of items available in this new line of Fire Emblem Engage merchandise includes acrylic symbols (770 JPY or ~$5 USD), bag charms (2,200 JPY or ~$16 USD), and embroidery stickers (880 JPY or ~$6 USD). All three of these these items can be found in six variants, each belonging to the six countries from Fire Emblem Engage. These are the Holy Land of Lythos, the Kingdoms of Brodia, Firene, and Elusia, the Queendom of Solm, and the land of Gradlon. In addition to these, there is also a metal tumbler available (2,750 JPY or ~$20 USD), sporting the crest of the Holy Land of Lythos and a Croquis branded notebook (990 JPY or ~$7 USD) depicting both versions of Fire Emblem Engage protagonist Alear. In preparation, the in-game shop closed and in-app purchases are no longer available. Players who already downloaded the game can still play as usual until April 30, 2023, when the game will finally shut down. Current players can still use resources such as jewels and even claim two new characters before the game closes, Rin (Ranger) and Mahiru (Ranger). In reference to the end of service, Crunchyroll also commented that "countless stories (…) will be left untold." This alludes to the fact that services are continuing normally for the original Japanese version. It is a sequel to 2015's Princess Connect. Crunchyroll Games later published an English version globally in 2021. The game featured many collaborations with other mobile titles such as Granblue Fantasy and Dragalia Lost, the latter of which also shut down on November 2022.
