Kenji Anabuki, the director of Scarlet Nexus and Tales of Xillia 2, illustrated wanted posters of characters from Tales of Symphonia for the game's 20th anniversary. The wanted posters were shown off on the Tales of Series Events official social media account. They join the Lloyd one that actually appeared in the original game Anabuki replied to the official reveal post, apologizing for what he believed are poorly drawn illustrations. In addition to the protagonist, Lloyd Irving, nine remaining characters from Tales of Symphonia were also illustrated on wanted posters. Genis Sage, Sheena Fujibayashi, Regal Bryant, Kratos Aurion, Presea Combatir, Colette Brunel, Zelos Wilder, and Raine Sage are pictured. Bandai Namco announced more festivities in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Tales of Symphonia. A festival, during which the Japanese voice cast of the game will make an appearance, will be held on October 21, 2023. Tales of Symphonia is a classic JRPG developed by Namco Tales Studio. Remedy announced that the first track off of Alan Wake 2: Chapter Songs soundtrack is now available. The full seven-track album won't appear until October 27, 2023. However, the Fried Music and Rakel song "Follow You into the Dark" is available now.
First, here's the full version of "Follow You into the Dark" from YouTube. People can also find it on Apple Music, Amazon Music, iTunes, Pandora, Spotify, and Tidal.
There's also a "Making of" video from Remedy and Fried Music showing what led to the creation of Alan Wake 2 Chapter Songs.
While the album isn't available yet, we do already know the full track listing for this Alan Wake 2 soundtrack. The following songs will all appear on it.
It is unknown if there will also be an additional album featuring instrumentals from the game after launch. Remedy isn't including with the standard or deluxe editions of the game.
Not long ago, we got a better look at the game. During Summer Games Fest, new gameplay footage appeared.
Alan Wake 2 will come to the PS4, Xbox Series X, and PC on October 27, 2023, as will Alan Wake 2 Chapter Songs.

From time to time, Square Enix shares songs from Final Fantasy games on social media. This serves as a means to hear an isolated track, perhaps one that people might not know how to otherwise find outside of the game. The one that appeared on October 6, 2023 is the FFVII Remake "Tifa's Theme (Jazz Arrangement)."
In-game, people can find this version of her personal theme song on the juke box. As the title suggests, it is a more jazzy version of her theme. It was arranged by Eijiro Nakagawa that includes other instruments in addition to the ever-present piano. You can hear it below:
Should people wish to access this song at any time, it is available on a Square Enix soundtrack. However, it isn't a part of the FFVII Remake soundtrack. Rather, you'll find it on the Square Enix Jazz: Final Fantasy VII album. That consists of 12 Jazz arrangements of familiar songs like "Tifa's Theme." Some of the other ones that appeared on that album were "Tifa's Theme (Jazz Arrangement)" and "One-Winged Angel (Jazz Arrangement)."
Final Fantasy VII Remake is available on the PS4, PS5, and PC. FFVII Rebirth will come to the PS5 on February 29, 2024, with the exclusivity arrangement ending on May 29, 2024.

As a part of Project Voltage, a collaboration between The Pokemon Company International and the Vocaloid Hatsune Miku, producer Inabakumori released a new song. It is called "Denki Yohou (Electricity Forecast)." In the music video, Hatsune Miku is pictured with various Electric-type Pokemon. The song was also promoted on the Project Voltage official social media account and website, where you can see the 18 Pokemon trainer Miku designs that were released sequentially throughout September 2023. Inabakumori, is best known for creating the song "Lagtrain," among other Vocaloid tracks including Hatsune Miku ones. The artist that provided the illustration for the music video is Nukunuku Nigirimeshi, who has worked with Inabakumori on "Lagtrain" and other tracks in the past. "Denki Yohou" is the second song released so far for Project Voltage. It, along with the other Project Voltage tracks, feature samples from the Pokemon series. Last week, DECO*27's "Volt Tackle" appeared. Good Smile Company is about to finish a line of figures from a series. The Doki Doki Literature Club Yuri Nendoroid is now available to order. She'll show up in May 2024 in Japan. After that, she'll come to read and drink tea in people's homes in Q4 2024. She costs ¥6,500/$40.99. Also, if people buy her direct from the manufacturer, she comes with a piece of chocolate to hold.

The base version of the Nendoroid comes with three face plates. One features Yuri smiling and blushing. In another, she looks more anxious and embarrassed. The final one shows her when she's glitching out. She also has a book she can hold and a cup of tea. There are also background and text box parts.

As for the chocolate accessory, people only get that with Yuri if she's purchased from the Good Smile Company storefronts. It is a hand part that includes a piece of opened chocolate with a bite taken out of it.
This marks the last Nendoroid people will need to complete a collection fo the heroines. Monika arrived first. Natsuki arrived after her. Orders for Sayori opened at the end of September 2023 ahead of her 2024 debut.
The Doki Doki Literature Club Yuri Nendoroid will arrive in Japan in May 2023 and in North America in Q4 2024. The pre-order phase closes on November 16, 2023. DDLC is available on PCs for free., whileDDLC Plus is on the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.

Another version of Sephiroth is now in FFVII Ever Crisis. This time, it's in the form of a challenge inspired by a part of Crisis Core FFVII. Square Enix announced the Critical Threat Sephiroth - The Arrival is a new challenge with him as the boss. He is around to fight now until October 19, 2023, and there will be Stamina Tonic rewards for everyone if the clear rate hits certain hallmarks. Square Enix teased a more powerful Sephiroth fight.
The Critical Threat Sephiroth - The Arrival Campaign Quest involves facing the battle simulator version of him. People might recall this sort of fight is akin to the one Zack faced at the very start of Crisis Core FFVII and its Reunion rerelease. As such, someone does need to complete the CC Final Fantasy VII Chapter 1 Main Section 3 Episode 6 fight to access it. If you do, and then face and defeat Sephiroth, you can earn Victory Draw Tickets. The Victory Draw has different prizes at each level, with one being a free weapon.

As a reminder, one of the most recent updates showed Tetsuya Nomura's take on young Sephiroth. His design for the character appeared in an interview.

A new set of merchandise that pairs Jujutsu Kaisen characters with kaiju from the Godzilla series will appear in Japan. The official Japanese website for Jujutsu Kaisen revealed that these items will be available on the storefronts for both franchises on October 13, 2023.
Here is the full price list for the merchandise lineup. All of the prices are in Japanese yen with tax already included.
And here is the list of the pairings between the Jujutsu Kaisen characters and the Godzilla series' kaiju monsters.
In addition, there will be another set of crossover where Yuji, Megumi, Nobara, and Gojo pose with the Chibi Godzilla. Barring the non-existent hand towels, the prices for the Chibi Godzilla merchandise will stay the same as the regular kaiju crossovers.
The blog post also mentioned that the crossover merchandise will be available for purchase on the Toho Animation Store, Godzilla Store, and Jujutsu Kaisen OIOI Pop Up Shop. The Godzilla Store formally supports international shipping with Buyee. However, we have to wait until October 13, 2023, to see whether it will include the Jujutsu Kaisen crossover merchandise into the Buyee-supported list or not.
The Godzilla tie-up will add another entry to the list of titles Jujutsu Kaisen has collaborated with. In August 2023, Epic Games added new crossover content featuring Yuji, Megumi, Nobara, and Gojo into Fortnite.
The Jujutsu Kaisen - Godzilla collaboration merchandise will go on sale in Japan on October 13, 2023.

NIS America provided Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless players with an update on the Disgaea 7 Season Pass DLC. This update covers what content will be available in reach region. Specifically, it also mentioned the times for the Season Pass' items release. In the Americas and Europe, "Bonus Story: The Overlord, Demon Lord, and Sheltered Girl" and "Bonus Story: The Hothead, Princess, and Dreamer" are now available to play. In all regions at 12am local time on October 9, 2023, "Bonus Story: The Honor Student, Final Boss, and Ex-President", "Bonus Story: The Instructor, Steward, and Fallen Angel of Love", "Bonus Story: The Kind Demon, Singing Princess, and Thief Angel", "Bonus Story: The Zombie Sibs and Angel Little Sister", "Bonus Story: The Delinquent, Curry Lover, and Lady Overlord", and the Pleinair Completion Bonus will be available. NIS America provided a disclaimer for the DLC. It stated that if the listed DLC are not immediately available at 12am local time, they will be available by the end of the day on October 9, 2023. There's a new Theresa Apocalypse Honkai Impact 3rd Lunar Vow: Crimson Love battlesuit about to debut in-game. HoYoVerse confirmed it will be part of the 7.0 update. This will be an S-rank battlesuit. This will also be the second of her vampire persona battlesuits, as the Luna Kindred already appeared.
This new video begins with a closer examination of Luna, showing some attacks and a closer look at her dress. From there, members of the team talked about her. They noted she's waiting to reunite with the Captain, and the concept is showing her dressing up in her gothic dress for that opportunity to reunite. She looks more mature than before, with the team saying she could "break free from cursed chains" while waiting for the Captain to come back.
However, they note that while she looks cute, she's still a berserker vampire. They noted her new moveset shows that she's in control of it. However, she also wields a chainsaw to show her ferocity

As a reminder, the 6.9 Honkai Impact 3rd featured character was Sirin. Her Miracle Magical Girl battlesuit debuted in that update. That's also when a Promare crossover event appeared.
Honkai Impact 3rd is available for PCs and mobile devices, and the Theresa Apocalypse Lunar Vow: Crimson Love battlesuit will debut in 6.9. That's expected to launch in October 2023.

Premium Bandai will produce and sell a unique light lamp modeled after a 16-bit Kirby sprite from the SNES entry Kirby Super Star. In its Japanese press release, the company revealed that the sprite light will support multiple brightness levels. The user will be able to set the light to be either bright enough to help read books and play games, or dim enough for sleep time. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]
The lamp will be 20cm (7.87in) wide and 19m (7.48in) tall. It will also have a thickness of 5 centimeters or almost 2 inches.
The back side of this sprite light will have a USB-C cable slot to provide power. The package will also come with a 1.5 meter (~4.9 feet) long Type-A to Type-C USB cable. Kirby's back left foot will feature a dial that the owner can turn to adjust the light's brightness level.
Pre-orders for the Kirby sprite light are exclusively available on the Japanese Premium Bandai website until January 15, 2024. People residing outside Japan will have to find a proxy service on their own to obtain this item.
The 16-bit light will add another entry to the expansive list of Kirby merchandise. Premium Bandai will also re-release the 2019 cushion plush of inhaling Kirby in January 2024. In September 2023, Kadokawa released the third Where's Waldo-inspired Kirby puzzle book on its Yomeruba website.
The 16-bit Kirby sprite light will be released in January 2024. The character sprite will be based on Kirby Super Star (also known in Japan as Kirby Super Deluxe and in Europe as Kirby's Fun Pak), which came out for the SNES in 1996 in Japan and North America, and in 1997 in PAL regions.

Takara Tomy confirmed that it will release a special Zoids model kit of the Gatling Fox designed after the Hololive VTuber Shirakami Fubuki. Pre-orders for the kit will be first held physically at the 40th Anniversary Great Zoids Exhibition 2023.
The exhibition will take place at Gallery AaMo in Tokyo Dome City on October 7-22, 2023. One person can order up to three kits — each priced at ¥6,050 (~$40.60) — with an additional shipping cost of ¥1,200. Takara Tomy warns that if the stocks are sold out at the event, there will be no future resales for this kit.
Shirakami Fubuki has been known to have Zoids as one of her favorite franchises. In 2020, the VTuber made a tweet mentioning the Gatling Fox that appeared in Zoids: Wild ZERO. Three years later, her dream collaboration has become a reality.
The Hololive VTuber crossover is just one of the numerous projects Takara Tomy has prepared for Zoids' 40th anniversary. The exhibition venue will feature more commemorative merchandise, including a Hunter Wolf with a Patlabor crossover design. The company is also providing Zoids crossover content for Imagineer's mobile game Medabots S.
Takara Tomy will release and ship the 1/35 scale Shirakami Fubuki Version Gatling Fox Zoids model kit in mid-April 2023.
