But many will encounter them before they can actually use them. How to use Infusions in Nightingale Infusions are magical enchantments that enhance a piece of clothing, tool, or weaponry. There are many types of Infusions, and different tiers of quality. When applying an Infusion, the quality (rarity) or the item must suit the quality of the Infusion. This is why you can't use the Infusions you may have collected from chests, as you haven't got anything that's strong enough to handle them yet. In other words, if the Infusion has a green background, that means it is rare. This Infusion can only be applies to rare items and weapons. Paper can be made at the Saw Mill and Ink can be made at the Mortar Station, named Alchemical Ink when you go to make it. Both of these stations can be bought from the Essence Trader in your Abeyance Realm for 55 Essence Dust each.
