Blind box figures of the Digimon Adventure cast wearing Kigurumi that resemble their Digimon partners are now available on Amazon. There are nine potential figures to get, with the ninth one being a secret character. [Thanks, Dengeki Hobby!]
The BN Figure Q figures from Bandai will come out on August 3, 2024. The figures stand at around 80 millimeters tall. Each blind box costs 1870 JPY ($12.10), and you can also buy the entire collection for 14,960 JPY ($96.60).
As for the line-up of characters, each blind box contains one of the eight Chosen Children from the original Digimon Adventure series. The secret character appears to be an alternate version of Taichi, who's wearing an Agumon Kigurumi. He still has his goggles on, so Agumon's fangs are digging into the lenses.

These figures draw on the original designs for the Digimon Adventure cast rather than the Digimon Adventure Tri films. These films take place six years after Digimon Adventure and feature grown-up versions of the original group of kids.
As of the time of writing, the blind boxes are not available for pre-order. There is a chance that they're already out of stock, as pre-orders opened only a day ago, on May 14, 2024.

Cygames announced that Sui and Veight will appear as playable characters in Granblue Fantasy as part of the Falsetto in the Autumn Gray story event re-run. The new Flash Gala has started as well, running from May 15 to 19, 2024.
Sui is a Light SSR unit who can use Scarlet Rope to buff herself and the light ally next to her. This buff lasts five turns, and then after the tenth turn, it gains additional effects. The buff will last longer, and it grants a sharp boost to her ATK and bonus Light DMG. Sui can also restore her allies' HP with Autumn's Watery Reflection and deal Light DMG to an enemy with Cascading Strings. Minami Tsuda voices Sui. Tsuda's previous roles include Salama in Amagi Brilliant Park and Yui Funami in YuruYuri.
Veight will be a Wind SSR unit who can gain multiple beneficial effects as a result of charge diamonds on the enemy and Noble Drops on himself. Veight can also drain enemies' HP, debuff them, and cast shields on wind allies. Scarlet Bead's effect instantly puts the caster and the wind ally next to them in Charge Attack standby. Veight's voice actor is Yuki Kaji. Some of Kaji's more prominent roles include Eren in Attack on Titan and Todoroki in My Hero Academia.
Granblue Fantasy is now available on mobile devices and Windows PC via web browser. Falsetto in the Autumn Gray will run from May 15 to May 22, 2024. To obtain Sui and Veight in Granblue Fantasy, you'll need to pull the Firefly's Light or Camazotz, respectively.

Seiko is releasing its first Gintama wristwatch on May 05, 2024. The limited-run item will only be sold while supplies last and will cost 44,000 JPY, which is roughly around $283.94 in USD.

The Gintama watch from Seiko has the same stylish silver color scheme as the show. The face has a pearlescent texture with a kimono pattern styled after the main character, Sakata Gintoki. In the 12 spot, a silhouette of Gintoki riding his scooter is etched into the face of the watch.
At 3 o'clock are Shimura Shinpachi's glasses, Sadaharu's footprint is at 6 o'clock, and Kagura's parasol is at 9 o'clock. The serial number and an illustration of a "Justaway" are engraved on the back cover. You can get a closer look at the watch design here:

Hypergryph announced an Arknights collaboration meal will be available for a limited time at KFC in Japan. You'll be able to start purchasing it from May 16, 2024.
The collaboration menu will be available from May 16, 2024, and it will run until June 6, 2024. You can only purchase this if you make an online order. Technically speaking, these items are not anything special. The food is the normal KFC fare, unlike how Sushiro had special Genshin Impact items or McDonald's had a special One Piece flavor. Instead, these meals will include codes that'll unlock KFC outfits, as well as furniture based on the characters. Exusiai's set will cost 1500 JPY (since it comes with more food) and Croissant's will cost 960 JPY. The furniture meal will cost 800 JPY.
Aside from a real-life meal you can purchase, the Arknights and KFC collaboration will also include an in-game event and limited time merchandise. In-game, you can collect KFC points by clearing missions. Once you get enough points, you can exchange them for a KFC outfit for Ifrit. As for real-life merchandise, here are the items you can get from the Yostar store:

Square Enix offered new details about the merchandise included in the Collector's Edition of the upcoming FFXIV Dawntrail expansion. The Dawntrail Collector's Edition costs 23,430 yen (or about $151.18,) and is now available for pre-order from the Japanese Square Enix online store.
Additionally, a Collector's Box including the physical contents and merchandise from the Dawntrail expansion is now available from the North American Square Enix online store, and it costs $155. However, the Collector's Box doesn't include a license for FFXIV, the Dawntrail expansion, nor the in-game items and pre-order bonuses.
The FFXIV Dawntrail Collector's Edition includes a Special Art Box including golden motifs and featuring the Dawntrail logo illustration drawn by artist Yoshitaka Amano, a Warrior of Light Viper figure, an Adventurer's Cloth Map depicting the updated FFXIV world map, The Unending Journey notebook, and the Adventurer's Pen Case.

By popular demand, the Chaldea Summer Adventure event will re-run on the Japanese server of Fate/Grand Order. This summer event gave players the chance to obtain the Ruler version of Leonardo Da Vinci for free.
The Chaldea Summer Adventure re-run will run from May 17, 2024, and it will end on June 7, 2024. As mentioned earlier, this event will allow players to earn lots of rewards, as well as a free SR Servant. Clearing the event will also give access to three summer outfits for male Servants. For this year, players got to get swimsuits for Mandricardo, Achilles, and Blackbeard. This event, like most Fate/Grand Order ones, will involve looping battles and obtaining treasure, which contain goodies like materials for your Servants.
Back in January 2024, Lasengle held a poll in which players could vote for what event they want to see re-run in Fate/Grand Order. Players had the option of choosing any event that ran between 2020 and 2023, and had not gotten a re-run yet. The poll was up for a week and required players to have a valid JP ID to put in their vote.
Fate/Grand Order is readily available on mobile devices. The Chaldea Summer Adventure re-run will only be on the Japanese server of Fate/Grand Order, and it'll run from May 17 to June 7, 2024.

Without any announcement on Reddit or fanfare, Anycolor locked down the subreddit for Nijisanji. As pointed out on the Kurosanji subreddit, which is dedicated to chronicling instances of the company's behavior, the change happened on May 13, 2024. [Thanks, ILiketoMoveItandDie on Reddit!]
If someone who isn't logged into Reddit or joined the subreddit goes to the Hot or New sections of the Nijisanji subreddit, the only posts are official ones like "A glimpse of Nijisanji for the month of May 2024" one. Birthday posts for Vtubers like Hex Haywire and Shu Yamino also appear. It is not possible to comment. If someone searches, other posts such as ones about Scarle Yonaguni's dakimakura and more critical posts also remain as of 3:20pm ET on May 15, 2024. Many posts made between February 2024 and May 2024 were removed.
Anycolor announced Nijisanji would have its own subreddit on Reddit back in December 2020. The official social media accounts and website did not address the sudden scrubbing of the forum. This comes after the Japanese government warned people about a hazardous cocktail recipe two of the company's Vtubers recommended and the graduation of Bonnivier "Bobon" Pranaja.
This comes ahead of Anycolor announcing its latest financial results for Nijisanji. Cover already shared the ones for Hololive back on May 13, 2024. Those are only available in its IR Library in Japanese on its official site.

Double Dagger Studio announced that people should stop seeing Little Kitty, Big City clipping and collision bugs in its first patch. It is on the PC via Steam now and will head to the Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series X in the near future.
There is no new content in this first Little Kitty, Big City patch. Rather, 36 bugs and other problems are fixed in the update. Seven instances where there were collision issues are now repaired. The major clipping problem applies to the Kyoto home.
Some of the other changes are quality of life ones. For example, the Little Kitty, Big City quest involving the tennis balls belonging to Potato the Shiba Inu will make gathering them easier. It also won't be possible to skip the first meeting with the crow and get locked out of progression.

As promised, Ubisoft revealed the next Assassin's Creed game, and Assassin's Creed Shadows will be set in Japan. The release date is November 15, 2024, and standard, Gold, and Ultimate editions will appear.
There are two protagonists in Assassin's Creed Shadows, with each character in the game based on a different type of warrior from Japan. Yasuke is Nobunaga Oda's samurai, while Naoe is a shinobi ninja who is an Assassin. Both are living in the same period of time in Feudal Japan, and each takes a different approach to missions. So while Naoe would rely on stealth, Yasuke goes in using force.
Here is the premiere trailer for the new Assassin's Creed game, which features looks at both Naoe and Yasuke in Japan.
As for the various editions, many of the bonuses involve additional DLC or early access. The quest "Thrown to the Dogs" is a pre-order bonus for all versions. For $69.99, you get the base game. The $109.99 Gold Edition includes the ability to play on November 12, 2024 and the Season Pass with two expansions and additional content. The $129.99 Ultimate Edition has everything in the Gold Edition and adds a Sekiryu Character Pack with equipment, a Sekiryu Beast, and Dragon tooth, a Sekiryu Hideout Pack with shinobi league hideout cosmetics, a Photo Mode Red Dragon filter, and five skill points.
The Assassin's Creed Shadows release date is November 15, 2024, and it will appear on the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
