If someone on your team puts one forward, every single player in your squad needs to agree to it for it to take effect, and that just doesn't happen often. I'd argue this is a good thing, because it forces you to see a game through to its bitter end, and this can often result in a victory if you counter the enemy correctly. Going forward, however, Netease Games is changing how surrendering works in the hero shooter, and I'm not sure what to make of it. In one early excursion, you remote activate 'defector tech' to convert an enemy agent over to your side, then have a turn to neutralise the neuro-toxin killswitch in their brain with injectors. The game is awash with this sort of campy, techy gangslang. My absolute favourite of these so far is 'chumbo' - apparently a much stupider, funnier, and therefore much better version of 2077's 'choomba'. Similarly, Cyber Knights' script is pure cyberpunk American cheese singles; reliably tropey and enjoyably naff. And yet, I have spent the last week or so popcorn-bucket-deep in the game's drama. There's little as gripping as a good heist; the planning and personalities and stakes, the fated fumbles and slick improvisations. And, once it gets going, CK:F's grip is augmented. Hour one: "lol, chumbo". Hour three: "We've been made, chumbos! Go loud!". |

The Tides of Terraria update has added seven new islands to Palworld, including a new spot as part of the collab with Terraria.
The Terraria island, aka Sealed Realm of Terraria, is entirely themed around the indie title, featuring the Moon Lord and unique pals. However, there are six new islands to visit, belonging to three different biomes. Let's check out the location of an and along with how you can reach them easily.

All Palworld Tides of Terraria island locations
Aside from the Sealed Realm of Terraria, there are six islands belonging to the following categories: Tropical, Iceberg, and Shipwreck. They're spread pretty evenly all around the main land mass, and it's better if you have Pals with flying or swimming abilities. It will reduce your traveling time and save a lot of energy.
Sunlit Isle
Sunlit Isle is located south of Marsh Island, which is the easiest fast-travel point to access. Go south from the point, and you'll hit Sunlit Isle.
Oasis Isle
Oasis Isle is situated at the eastern edge of the desert biome. Take the fast travel point to the PIDF Tower Entrance, and take the track that extends into the ocean from the central land mass. Oasis Isle is at the point where the strip of land ends.
Isle of Glacial Core
The Isle of Glacial Core is between the Glacial and Desert biomes, and the closest fast travel is at the PAL Genetic Research Unit Tower Entrance. From there, travel north as marked on the screenshot to reach the island (wear clothes that protect you from getting frozen).
Frostbitten Isle
The easiest way to travel to this point is from the Castaway Beach eagle statue. It's located to the south of the Sea Breeze Archipelago. You can also travel here from Terraria Island since that's not too far.
Isle of Decayed Treasures
This place is located in the southeast part of the Eastern Wild Island. In fact, it is pretty easy to reach for those starting the game.
Phantom Isle
This island is far, so take the Ruined Fortress City fast travel point. Follow the edge of the map and travel northwest of Jetdragon's whereabouts. That should take you to Phantom Isle.
Sealed Realm of Terraria
This island is southwest of Fisherman's Point and is extremely easy to reach. If you want to prioritize checking out the contents of the Tides of Terraria expansion, this should be your focus.

Scopely is giving trainers four unique codes in Pokémon Go that'll let you get a boost towards certain Pokémon forms during Pokémon GO Fest 2025: Global.
These codes give you energy usable on Zacian or Zamazenta that'll help you towards unlocking their new forms if you are lucky enough to find and be able to battle both of them, for the remaining energy you'll need.
At the time of writing, though, the codes are still not available, but we have made this guide ahead of time so we can update it when they are.
Free Crowned Sword and Crowned Shield Energy codes in Pokémon Go
Four codes give you either 100 Crowned Sword energy or Crowned Shield in Pokémon Go. These codes are only active for Pokémon Go Fest 2025: Global, so you need to make the most of the next few days to claim them all.
After signing in to your account, these codes are redeemed via the Pokémon Go Web Store. The four codes are:
You'll be able to get more energy on August 28- 29 by battling in Zacian and Zamazenta raids, and you will need 1,000 total of each energy type to turn one of your Zacian or Zamazenta into their crowned forms. These forms are permanent when used and also have additional adventure effects, which either boost the attack or defense of your Pokémon when in Max Battles.
You are given a random amount of energy after each battle, but usually, you need to complete 10+ raids to get the 1,000 energy needed. This is all very helpful in the grand scheme of things, allowing you to be in one less raid.
Both Pokémon can appear as Shiny, though, which should make all the raiding a bit more bearable. We imagine raiding the duo will also be a part of the global questline. So there will be reasons for you to get involved, so long as you can find a party of players to fight against. If not, remote raiding will be your friend this upcoming weekend.

The Tides of Terraria collab is now live in Palworld, and update v0.6.0 brings plenty of exciting things for the players to enjoy.
Most of the content for this collab isn't locked to those who have reached the endgame. This is perfect for relative beginners since there are new weapons to unlock, islands to explore, and fresh boss raids to challenge. Let's quickly look at the biggest changes you can expect in Palworld once you've updated your in-game client.

The Tides of Terraria content is a major part of the latest Palworld update. Being an official collab with Terraria, there are themed dungeons, weapons, and more.

If Tides of Terraria isn't enough to draw you to Palworld, hold on to your horse. Plenty of QoL features and new content have also been added to the base game, starting with dedicated servers for the PS5.
All the content listed here is available to everyone at absolutely zero cost. For the beginners, there's never been more content to explore. For veterans, it's a perfect reason to get back to Palworld and clear all the content with your friends (or alone).
