Despite many others disagreeing with this stance, I am of the opinion that it's completely fine that we'll likely never get a "classic" 3D Zelda game again. By that I mean, the whole Breath of the Wild/ Tears of the Kingdom format is definitely the direction Nintendo will continue to go in, they've just been too popular. However, I understand the desire for such an experience all the same, and I think Demi and the Fractured Dream might be able to scratch that itch.

Annapurna Announced 3 New Games at TGS 2025

Three new Annapurna Interactive games showed up for the first time during its 2025 Tokyo Game Show announcements, and trailers are available for each one. Marumittu Games will release D-topia in 2026 on the Switch, Switch 2, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. Demi and the Fractured Dream is coming to the Switch, Switch 2, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC in 2026 as well, with Yarn Owl behind that one. The third game, also planned for 2026, is People of Note from Iridium Studios for the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.

D-topia is an adventure game and the first Annapurna TGS 2025 title. AI manages everyone, and our character is a Facilitator designed to help people with various problems. Because even though it is a "utopia," things can still apparently go wrong. In one case, a person is undergoing System Sickness due to the Optimization System. In another, there's a decision regarding taking in a cat.

Give Cow Costumes in Mario Kart World, Nintendo update patch free roam trackers online knockout tour

Nintendo released a major Mario Kart World update, and the patch adds much-requested features like trackers for P Switches and Peach Medallions in Free Roam, more frequent UFOs in Free Roam, and the ability to join a friend who is in Knockout Tour in online multiplayer. All of this is available now after the patch, and the features are included alongside other bug fixes.

In the case of Free Roam, the Mario Kart World P Switches and Peach Medallions trackers and UFOs are the biggest adjustments. If you found ones, there will be confirmations that you collected them. In the case of P Switches, you can fast travel near them. Peach Medallions in some cases appear for new criteria. UFOs come up more often, and you can change into characters you abduct when piloting it. It's also possible for two players can go into Free Roam at once while waiting for full games.

As for online multiplayer in Mario Kart World, the Knockout Tour with friends option is one of multiple changes there. In the case of that, you need to select Friends when you're playing as one person online and they are in Knockout Tour. If you are knocked out or finish in online or offline multiplayer, Spectator Mode starts faster and you can choose who to watch. Item boxes also respawn faster and we're invincible for shorter periods of time after crashing or spinning.

Here is the list for all the update bug fixes in Mario Kart World patch 1.3.0.

Fixed Issues

  • Fixed an issue in "Online Play" and "Wireless Play" where the ranking would sometimes become incorrect if a player went off course at the same time as reaching the finish line.
  • Fixed an issue in "Grand Prix", "Knockout Tour", and "VS Race", where the CPU's ranking would sometimes drop after reaching the finish line.
  • Fixed an issue in "Knockout Tour" in "Online Play" where other players' ratings would sometimes appear as "0" on the results screen.
  • Fixed an issue where a Spiny Shell would sometimes pass the first place player in "Wireless Play" or "Online Play."
  • Fixed an issue where players would sometimes be sent flying backwards a great distance when hit by a Spiny Shell.
  • Fixed an issue where the second item in an item slot would sometimes not disappear when hit by Lightning.
  • Fixed an issue where hitting the base of a pillar in mid-air would sometimes cause a large jump.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused movement to become unstable when doing a wall ride on water.
  • Fixed an issue where players would sometimes be swept away strongly after landing when doing a mini jump while going up a river.
  • Fixed an issue where players would sometimes pass through the ground when hit by a car driving on the road.
  • Fixed an issue in "Free Roam" where players would sometimes be unable to enter pipes correctly after exiting a trailer.
  • Fixed an issue where the results screen would sometimes become distorted after spectating "Balloon Battle" in "Online Play."
  • Fixed an issue where the game would sometimes not proceed to the course selection screen after exiting a pipe during "Free Roam" in "Online Play."
  • Fixed an issue where Bullet Bill would sometimes slip through walls when used in "Sky-High Sundae."
  • Fixed an issue where players would sometimes get stuck on a wall at the start of the race heading from "Airship Fortress" to "Shy Guy Bazaar."
  • Fixed an issue where players would sometimes get stuck in walls when using a Bullet Bill in "Bowser's Castle."
  • Fixed an issue in "Cheep Cheep Falls" where item boxes were sometimes difficult to pick up when Smart Steering was turned on.
  • Fixed an issue in "Knockout Tour" "Spiny Rally" where sometimes there was an item box buried in the ground.
  • Several other issues have been addressed to improve the gameplay experience.

Mario Kart World is available for the Switch 2, and the new update patch 1.3.0 is live now.

iBUYPOWER & AMD

This article is written in partnership with iBUYPOWER

2025 is easily one of the best years for games, with plenty of high-quality releases, especially on PC. This also means you need the proper hardware to keep up with the demands of modern AAA titles for a smooth, high-framerate experience, especially compared to current-generation consoles. With so many options to choose from and upscaling technologies to consider, building a PC can be quite the commitment if you want the most out of your system at your desired resolution. This is where iBUYPOWER has built a name for itself by eliminating the need to meticulously choose the best parts, offering pre-built PCs that deliver on performance, aesthetics, and hardware choice.

The Element Pro R03 and Element 9 Pro R07 are built for gamers who want to enjoy the latest, most demanding titles at high frame rates without overspending. Both systems feature the powerful AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT with 16GB of VRAM, ensuring smooth performance even at 4K. As part of AMD's cutting-edge 9000 series, this GPU also supports FSR 4, the company's latest upscaling technology that rivals NVIDIA's DLSS by delivering stunning visuals while boosting performance. FSR 4 lets you render games at a lower internal resolution while outputting them at a higher resolution with minimal loss in image quality. On top of that, AMD's Smart Access Memory and HYPR-RX features squeeze extra performance out of the hardware with a single click, giving gamers more speed and responsiveness without extra tweaking. The AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT also delivers performance comparable to NVIDIA's 5000 series, all without breaking the bank or sacrificing visuals.

iBUYPOWER PC

For upcoming titles like Battlefield 6, both systems are designed to deliver smooth, high-framerate gameplay at Ultra settings, built for the next generation of PC gaming. While the Element Pro R07 takes the lead with its faster CPU, the Element Pro R03 is equipped with AMD's Ryzen 7 7800X3D, which was the go-to CPU for top-tier gaming performance before the 9800X3D launched, and it still holds its own as one of the most powerful gaming processors you can buy in 2025. In real-world performance, both CPUs are so advanced that the difference in frame rates is minimal, giving you future-proof consistency for years to come.

You aren't locked out of any features either, as both CPUs are essentially top of the line. With premium all-AMD hardware, iBUYPOWER ensures you get the complete feature set of both CPU and GPU with zero compromises. In today's most competitive multiplayer titles, the Element 9 Pro R07 dominates, delivering nearly 140 fps in Counter Strike 2 at 4K and an astonishing 480 fps at 1080p, setting you up for the ultimate competitive edge.

Outside of the CPU and GPU, both systems include 32GB of 6000 MHz RAM, which has become the standard for modern PC releases. They also come with a 2TB M.2 NVMe Gen4 drive, so you don't have to worry about growing game sizes and can comfortably install several large titles on fast storage with lightning-fast load times. Even with all these high-end components, iBUYPOWER hasn't compromised on design, with both cases offering a modern, sleek look and excellent ventilation to keep temperatures low. iBUYPOWER gives you peace of mind with an all-in-one warranty that covers 2 years on parts and 3 years on labor, so if anything goes wrong, their support team will take care of it. Prices are also kept competitive, whether you're after a budget-friendly build or a premium system, with plenty of promotions running throughout the year, all listed on their deals page. You can pick up an RDY system straight out of the box, or if you'd rather choose specific parts or stick to certain brands, you can go with a custom build. In that case, the iBUYPOWER team works with trusted names like ASUS, MSI, Western Digital, HYTE, and more to put together configurations that perform great across the board.
