PS4 Firmware Update 5.53 is now Available
Sony has just quietly launched a brand new update for the PS4, firmware update 5.53, which clocks in at around 440MB. As it turns out, and as I am sure you can guess from the file size, there is a reason they were so quiet about it—this update does absolutely nothing. Yes, that's right, folks, the system update is one of those famed, vaunted "stability" updates.
