Patch 10 brings a lot of subtle changes that could have profound implications for gameplay, including the speed of the blue zone (the playable area that you have to stay in, as the circle around you contracts)—the new patch makes the blue zone contractions start earlier, but reduces the actual speed, which gives players more time to make a run for a safe area...
