Based on Kirkland, Washington, Valve was formed by the former Microsoft employees Mike Harrington and Gabe Newell. Their first video game product was Half-life which was inspired by the FPS titles Doom in 1993, Quake in 1997, The Mist of Stephen King in 1980 and a 1963 episode titled "The Borderlands" of The Outer Limits.
During the development, the game was developed in Quake engine by Id Software and modified the engine to make the GoldSrc engine. Valve signed with Sierra On-line to publish the game and on November 19, 1998, Half-life was released. The game receives critical acclaim from different critics and achieved commercial success worldwide.
In 2004, Valve released the second sequel of the game, Half-Life 2. And the sequel created different series like the Lost Coast in 2005, Episode One in 2006 and Episode Two in 2007.
After 2007, Valve didn't released upcoming sequel of Half-life for decades and cancelled different titles for the game. In 2020, Valve releases a new game for Half-life, but in VR, the Half-Life Alyx that were set before Half-Life 2 story.

Since we are already done with the unboxing of GOMO sim from our previous article. This time let us unbox this Globe Prepaid WiFi.
Inside, you will be greeted with Quick Starter guide and some SIM guide information.
The Globe Prepaid Wifi device itself, showing their branding and the LED lights for power, internet, and wifi connection.
At the back, you will find a bunch of stickers for basic guide and some important information. Your sim card phone number is also located here and the default access for the WiFi connection. For the ports, you can connect to one (1) UTP connection and up to 4 wireless device connections. Also, a port for the power and reset hole button.
Below, you will find the warranty stickers. Under the Do not Tamper sticker, you will find here the sim card slot.
The 2-meter UTP cable for your desktop computer.
The FREE Globe sim card. The main sim card has already been removed and was already placed inside the WiFi router.

How to Use GOMO With Globe Prepaid WiFi
First, you need to insert your GOMO Sim into your mobile phones to get your FREE 25GB data load. You need to download the GOMO app from Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS) to activate the sim.
Once done, we can now insert our GOMO sim into our Globe prepaid WiFi router.
At the bottom, remove the warranty sticker seal to reveal the router's sim card slot. Once done, push the sim card to untack it, then replace it with the GOMO sim.
Now, boot up the router. In few minutes, you should be connected to the internet. If you have a desktop computer, you can connect through UTP cable to access the admin dashboard. For wireless connection, the Wi-Fi SSID and password are located at the back of the router.

Note: Internet speed connection that you will get will still depends by your geographical location. In our case, this speed test result is from General Santos City at Barangay Lagao. The nearest tower is 2.26 km.
The same speed test result on our GOMO Review, we got 13.6 Mbps download speed and 9.9 Mbps upload speed with 78 Ping, enough to browse websites and play your favorite video games. The speed result is not bad for an area that is far from the tower.
While near the Globe tower, we get something like a 40Mbps download and 20Mpbs upload speed.
Conclusion
GOMO and Globe Prepaid Wifi as your internet backup connection is a great deal, it serves as like your emergency kit. How to Add Bots in Half-Life using Jumbot, works on Steam Edition
One of the original FPS title that let you play LAN multiplayer game is the Half-Life, its been 21 years since the release of this game to Windows by Valve. Now, you've been wondering how to play the LAN games without playing with real people, and you just want to play the game nostalgically with some bots.
Half-Life is available on Steam, but for some reason, they didn't developed their own bot for their LAN games and this leaves for some owners of the game unable to enjoy playing the multiplayer maps like crossfire.
How to use Jumbot 2.4
There are mods available 8 years ago that will still works on the latest version of Half-Life on Steam, this is the Jumbot 2.4 that are currently available on GameBanana at https://gamebanana.com/gamefiles/2592.
Once you've downloaded the file, you need to paste the whole Jumbot folder to the installation directory of Half-Life. In our case, our Half-Life directory is at F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Half-Life, paste the folder in that directory, here's how it looks like.
(If you don't know how to look for the installation directory of Half-Life, go to your Steam Library, right click the Half-Life > Properties > Local Files > "Browse Local Files…".)
Once the Jumbot folder is pasted, still in the Half-Life installation folder, you need to go to the valve folder, and look for the folder maps. In our case its (F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Half-Life\valve\maps).
Copy the maps folder and paste it inside the Jumbot folder. In our case its (F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Half-Life\Jumbot). The pasted map folder should look like these.
The mod Jumbot is now in placed, the other things we need to do now is to launch the Jumbot now on the Half-life game.
How to Play with Bots
To run Jumbot with the Half-life game, you need to add some start up launch option to play it. To do that, same as looking for folder, you need to go to your Steam Library, then look for the Half-Life game.
Right click on the Half-Life, then click Properties.
Then at the General Tabs, click the SET LAUNCH OPTIONS….
Then at the provided text box, add this code "-game Jumbot", without the parenthesis. Once done, press the OK button. It should look like this.
You're done, launch the Half-Life game and Create Server > Select the map like Crossfire. Then click Start.
Once the game is loaded, the bots will be added and you'll be able to play with them offline.
Bot Configurations
By default, you'll be playing with 3 bots. If you want to configure how you'd like to play with the bot, just look for the Jumbot.cfg file at the Jumbot folder and edit it.
For example, if you want 15 bots, change the bot_num 3 to bot_num 15. There are also other settings that you can change in the file.
For changing the name of the bot, just edit the bots.cfg file. Format is "<bot number> <name> <model> <shirt color> <pants color> <skill level (1-4)>". For example: "bot1 GamingPH barney 30 6 3"
Here are the list of model name in Half-life:

- femsci
- onna
- barney
There is no limit of adding bot, you can put 200 bots or more, if above 90, you need to edit large_bots.cfg for changing their names. It will only depends on how powerful your CPU can handle.

It is a nostalgic cute piece console that lets you play 3 classic games of all time, their new handled device, the Nintendo Game & Watch: Super Mario Bros. Perfect World VNG Assassin Review
Perfect World VNG finally releases their new class in the game, the most awaited Assassins. If you heard the word Assassins, the first thing that pops in your mind is it is stealthy and a hitman that is comparable to a ninja. One of the best melee classes, it gives the players mobility, stealth and actions while doing their adventure into the game. Though they are not that durable or heavily suited players, Assassins eliminates its enemy in a small footprint as possible where they always rely on their skills and its direct melee combat.
Aside from the new Assassin, they also released a new server which everyone can join whether they are veteran or a new adventurer. The Server 9 gives players a fair ground to start especially when using the new Class in Perfect World VNG.
The Assassin
Aside from the Vulpine and Barbarian class, the Assassin is the newest addition to the Untamed race giving players more choices for this race.
One of the unique skills of the Assassins among other classes in Perfect World VNG is its invincibility where you can hide from your enemies eyesight allowing you to perfectly position your attack. The invisibility skill is handy when you need to flee from your opponents and need to regenerate some health, but make sure you don't get hit as you'll get 20% more damage while invisible. The advantage of Assassin is it gives extra damage against the enemies, especially when critical hit stat is in full gauge. While in team fights, Assassin is good for helping your teammates enough damage to the enemies.
The disadvantage of using Assassins is its light armor and low health, you constantly get a very low health while doing adventure. In Player Vs Player (PVP), directing an attack with skills to an enemy without enough critical hits could lead to your opponent to harshly retaliate with more damaging attacks. This is why some players found Assassins difficult to play.
Before playing the game, you may opt to create your own characters and tweak its preferences that suits your character Assassins. Here's a sample that we made, an Asian like Assassin :).
So, let's take a look at its skills. Note, the XXX is a number, it varies on the level of the skill.

One of the notable skills of Assassins is the Bloodpaint where your player will gain Bloodthirsty that basically gives your character a lifesteal attack for 5 seconds. This will somehow
Sage or Demon Assassins
After your character reaches level 69, you'll be able to unlock the Sage and Demon which basically add more skills to your character. However, you can only select for one path and those paths will depend on how you use it for.
If choosing Sage, it could be used for both enemy Bosses and PVP. When your Sage Assassins maximize its BR it is damaging for both Player Vs Environment (PvE) and PVP. The skill Razor Slice will enhance its Wolf Seal where it grants attack speed and casting speed up to 50% good for both bosses and player opponents.
For choosing Demons, it is advisable for PvP only. Because the skill is somewhat not utilized for enemy bosses but very useful against players. For 8 seconds, it grants additional 20% damage against enemies after becoming invisible. It also enhances the Chi Burst skill of the Assassins where it can recover its own HP by 10% and increases Physical attack by 20% for 10 seconds and extending its invincibility up to 2 seconds.

Finally, we have the official SRP price of Sony's next-gen console, the PlayStation 5. According to DataBlitz, one of the leading game retailer in the Philippines, the official SRP price of the PS5 is at PHP 27,990 and it will be in our country on December 11, 2020.
However, Datablitz didn't mention if the price of PHP 27,990 is for the Standard Edition or for the Digital Edition.
It is quite surprising that the initial price for the PS5 didn't exceed our estimated price of PHP 30,000, given the additional charges for Duty and VAT when shipped out from the other country. The US price for the PlayStation 5 Standard Edition is at $499 and the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition is at $399.
