Ultra fast Steam FPS now lets you play your own music, on sale for $5

I find myself revisiting Severed Steel a lot. It's an incredibly fast-paced and frenetic movement FPS that I've talked about a lot on PCGamesN, and the team at Greylock Studio keeps adding great updates. First, it was improved ragdoll physics, then dual-wielding weapons, and now you can add any music you want into the game while you play. I suddenly have the urge to play Toxic by Britney Spears while bouncing off walls and shooting guys in slow-mo. Oh, it's also 80% off on Steam to celebrate.

The last free League of Legends drop is finally here

All good things must come to an end, including corporate partnerships. Riot Games and Prime Gaming are now parting ways, meaning League of Legends and Valorant players will no longer enjoy free drops by subscribing to Amazon Prime.

PlayStation shooter blows up on Steam with Risk of Rain 2 style sequel

Despite plenty of launch issues on PC, the PlayStation-published Helldivers 2 is having an astoundingly good day-one launch. With the highest concurrent player count of any PlayStation game released on Valve's storefront after mere days, the jump from the first to second Helldivers reminds me of what Hopoo Games did with Risk of Rain 2, and the change in approach has worked incredibly well for both.

I am slightly kicking myself for not taking Friday off to chase what was possibly the final good snow of winter. Well, I say "good snow", it wasn't great. It quickly turned to sleet in many places and was carried by monstrous gusts in others. I likely would have ended up sodden and sullen halfway up a hill. But what if...! Ah well, what are you playing this weekend? Here's what we're clicking on!
