An English version of Natsu-Mon will come out on August 6, 2024. The Steam page right now does not display English as one of its supported languages, but there is a notice above the description for the game.
Natsu-Mon is an open world game that lets you experience summer in a countryside town. One of the selling points is that you'll be able to seamlessly travel between different sections of town. There won't be a loading screen or anything to disrupt your gameplay. It promises to deliver a nostalgic experience that'll remind people of adventures they might've had in childhood during summer vacations.
As for the plot of Natsu-Mon, you're the son of the leader of a circus troupe that arrived in Yomogi Town. Yomogi Town is surrounded by the sea and mountains, making it full of natural beauty. Aside from helping out with the circus, you can spend time with the townspeople, fish, catch bugs, and even participate in festivals and bon dancing. If you're bored of Yomogi Town, you can even take the train to visit the next town over.
In terms of the genre, it's very similar to other games that promise to deliver a nostalgic summer experience. Such titles include Boku no Natsuyasumi and Crayon Shin-chan: Ora to Hakase no Natsuyasumi. That might be expected, though. Kazuhiro "Kaz" Ayabe, the creator of Boku no Natsuyasumi, is the writer and game designer for Natsu-Mon as well. Aside from English, Natsu-Mon will be available in Japanese (with audio), Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
Natsu-Mon will come out on August 6, 2024 in English for the Windows PC. It's readily available on the Nintendo Switch.

Square Enix launched Season 2 of its NFT project Symbiogenesis on June 20, 2024. This new season is titled "Gakuentoshi" and continues the story of the protagonist, Chroma.
Symbiogenesis features multiple storylines that focus on a mysterious floating continent. While the main storyline is readily accessible for all players, additional information requires purchasing the NFTs, unlocking via acquiring specific items, or collaborating with others on the project's Discord server.
Season 2 of Symbiogenesis introduces new elements Square Enix apparently designed to maintain player engagement with the NFT project. The latest update includes rewards for players up to the 500th place in the rankings. Additionally, speed-clearing rewards are available based on how quickly players discover quest items. The central conflict this season revolves around the battle between a dragon and the dragon slayer Chroma in the city of Gakuentoshi.
The project's website is accessible in English and Japanese with Google Chrome browsers on PCs and mobile devices. It also requires all users to have a MetaMask NFT wallet and a Discord account with two-factor authentication enabled.
Symbiogenesis is available worldwide on PCs, Android, and iOS devices via Google Chrome browsers.

A Fate/Grand Order login campaign is now live on the global server to celebrate the release of Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon-. It'll run from June 19, 2024 to July 6, 2024.
You must log into the game during the campaign in order to obtain these bonuses. If you log in seven times, you can receive:
The above list is in order. So for example, if you log in once, you'll get the 10 Hellfires of Wisdom. The next time you log in, it'll be 3,000,000 QP. Even if you skip a day in between, you'll still get whatever reward is next on that list.
Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon- came out in 2021 for Japan. The English version will come out this month, with a Windows PC version as well. This is a remake of the classic Tsukihime visual novel, with improved graphics and an expanded story. A piece of blue glass moon will only cover the Arcueid and Ciel routes. Its sequel, The other side of red garden, will cover the Far Side storyline, as well as add an additional route starring Satsuki Yumizuka.
Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon- will come out in English on June 27, 2024 for the PS4 and Nintendo Switch. A Windows PC version will come out later in 2024. Fate/Grand Order is readily available on mobile devices.

The Pikmin 4 Ice Maker and Cup set is scheduled to release again in Japan on July 10, 2024. The listing on TKJ for the set includes an original ice maker silicone mold and a cup with a design based on the franchise, enabling fans to create the Ice Pikmin creature featured in the Nintendo Switch game.
The silicone mold for the Ice Pikmin can be used for creating ice, gummy snacks, and other items. It measures approximately 12.5 cm (4.9 inches) in length, 8 cm (3.1 inches) in width, and 7 cm (2.8 inches) in thickness. The cup, featuring the Pikmin 4 logo and characters, stands at 8.8 cm (3.5 inches) in height with an opening diameter of 7.8 cm (3.1 inches).
Here's a closer look at the items:
Pikmin 4 is a popular strategy game for the Nintendo Switch, where players control a group of tiny, plant-like creatures called Pikmin to explore various environments and solve puzzles. The game introduced new characters, including Oatchi the Space Dog and the Ice Pikmin. Oatchi and Ice Pikmin plush toys will release in September 2024.
Additionally, in an unofficial popularity poll by Dengeki Online, Rock Pikmin topped the charts. Ice Pikmin, despite their unique abilities, did not make the top five in this Pikmin 4 poll.
Pikmin 4 is available now exclusively on the Nintendo Switch.

According to media outlets who visited the Singapore office of HoYoVerse, there is a huge Paimon made of Lego inside to greet people. Aside from a Lego Paimon, there are character standees and clips from games like Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail. [Thanks, Game Watch!]
In the Game Watch report, the reporter explains that you could only take pictures or videos in the lobby. All of the reporters present were very excited to take pictures of standees and goods from Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Tears of Themis, Honkai Impact 3rd, and Zenless Zone Zero. As a reminder, Zenless Zone Zero will be its latest game and will come out on July 4, 2024.
However, the most eye-catching thing in the lobby is a giant Paimon made from Lego. It's unclear if HoYoVerse employees made this themselves or if they commissioned it from a master model builder. The Paimon has her arms out as if she's greeting guests and there is a smile on her face. It seems like she's held up by string, as it looks like only one foot is touching the ground.

Bushiroad and Red Art Games announced Hakama's Rear Sekai is getting an English release for the Switch and PC via Steam and, when it does, its new name will be Elrentaros Wanderings. The Steam English patch and Switch release will happen worldwide on August 16, 2024.
For those unfamiliar, Rear Sekai is from Yoshifumi Hashimoto, who worked on games like Rune Factory, and the new Elrentaros Wanderings title pulls its name from the game's world of Elrentaros. After chosing an avatar, you realize that the world you think you inhabit may not be the "real" world. You end up in a different universe. You'll then need to travel between the two, going through dungeons and making friends with people, to save the world.
Here's the latest trailer, which goes over the title and shows the special editions that will be released for the Nintendo Switch.
The base game will be $39.99/€39.99. The Deluxe Edition, which consists of 500 copies total, will be €49.99. That includes the game, an acrylic stand, an art book, a keychain, and stickers. The €69.99 Collector's Edition, of which there will be 1,000, includes a steel case for the game, a two-sided poster, stickers, the keychain, and three pins.
Elrentaros Wanderings is coming to the Nintendo Switch and PC on August 16, 2024, and Rear Sekai is already available on the Switch in Japan.

Limited Run Games held its LRG3 2024 showcase on June 20, 2024, during which the preservation company announced over 30 titles with physical editions (and in some cases digital versions) coming soon. Classics like Beyond Good & Evil: 20th Anniversary Edition appeared alongside items like a physical edition for Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP. Square Enix's Fighting Force Collection stands out as one of the few titles getting a physical and digital release as well.

Young Sephiroth has a new sword and gear in FFVII Ever Crisis and, while we're now in the midst of Summer, it features a winter down coat for winter. It is part of the new banner that features equipment for him and fellow The First Soldier storyline character Glenn until July 8, 2024.
The two new pieces of equipment on this banner are Slay the Day for Glenn and Tempest for Sephiroth. The new young Sephiroth gear in FFVII Ever Crisis is the Natant Jacket. Glenn doesn't get any exclusive armor as part of this banner.
While the details about Glenn's Slay the Day aren't available yet, we do know about the specifications for young Sephiroth's Tempest. Its signature C. Ability is called Torrential Thrust. You need four ATB segments built up to unleash it. This is a water-based attack. In addition to dealing up to 700% damage to one target at max Overboost, it also will decrease that opponent's water resistance as long as Sephiroth's health is at least half full.
This is the first piece of gear not tied to the Monster Event crossover in FFVII Ever Crisis since that event began. It involved special equipment for Cloud, Zack, Aerith, and Tifa.
Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis is available for the PC and mobile devices.

A 1-day music concert for the Delicious in Dungeon anime series, also known as Dungeon Meshi in Japan, was announced. The Tokyo Symphony Orchestra will perform the concert, which will be held on March 9, 2025 at the Omiya Sonic City Hall located in Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
In addition, composer Yasunori Mitsuda and Kentaro Kumagai, the Japanese voice actor for protagonist Laios Touden, will make a guest appearance on stage. Aside from his role as Laios, Kumagai is well known for his roles as Han Daewi in the Japanese dub of The God of High School, Theo Cornaro in the Record of Grancrest War anime adaptation, and Hideo Akuno in The Idolmaster SideM.
Three types of tickets are available. S seat tickets cost 15,000 yen (~$94.45,) B seats cost 12,000 yen (~$75.55), and regular B seats cost 8,800 yen (~$55.40.) The tickets will go on sale on July 24, 2024, the same day the Delicious in Dungeon official soundtrack releases in Japan. The album will include an application ticket to participate in an advance lottery for the concert tickets. A 12-page bonus booklet with the tentative name of "How to cook a concert from Dungeon Meshi" will be included. An official website for the concert will appear in the future.
As a reminder, the first season of the Delicious in Dungeon anime series wrapped up on June 13, 2024 with the release of episode 24. A second season is currently in production with no current release date set.
The Delicious in Dungeon "Delicious in Concert" will be held on March 9, 2025 at the Omiya Sonic City Hall. The Delicious in Dungeon anime is streaming on Netflix, and Yen Press handles the manga in the US.

Amazon Canada is known for occasionally leaking or putting games up for sale early, and that just happened with the Slay the Princess Collector's Edition. While the Serenity Forge official storefront already had it live for $199.99 USD for a Q1 2025 launch, Amazon Canada now also has the CA$279.99 Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 editions as well and says those will be available in February 2025.
As a reminder, both of these are for the Switch and PS5 Collector's Edition variants are for Slay the Princess: The Pristine Cut. This is the updated version of the game set to launch on the PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC digitally in Fall 2024. (The game is currently only on the PC.) This version adds new chapters and potential encounters. A new ending is also promised.
Amazon Canada says the Switch version of the limited edition will ship on February 25, 2025. The PS5 version has a February 28, 2025 release date. The social media account for developer Black Tabby Games joked about this reveal via sharing a retweet of someone that found the product listings.
The Slay the Princess: The Pristine Cut Collector's Edition product listing again reiterated everything you get. Many of the items refer to situations in certain routes in the game. There is a seven inch tall figure of the Princess, which shows different sides of her. There's a reflective lenticular "mirror," and the sheet of stickers also resembles a broken mirror. There's a metal bookmark of the dagger and the princess and knight's hands. You get a code to download the soundtrack on a note that resembles the one in-game. There are also references to the Princess' actions via a swinging arm action acrylic standee and a severed arm enamel pin.
Slay the Princess is on the PC via Steam now, and the Slay the Princess: The Pristine Cut will come to the PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC in Fall 2024.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak is right around the corner, with plenty of hype. No doubt many players are going to look at Trails through Daybreak and wonder if it could be played standalone. Especially as Trails through Daybreak, the eleventh installment in the The Legend of Heroes: Trails series, is technically a standalone experience. The game has new main characters we've never seen before in a country we're familiar with but haven't spent a significant amount of time in. However, This game continues to build on the rich lore and intricate world established across its predecessors.
Previously I discussed how Trails through Daybreak might not be the best starting point when going over all The Legend of Heroes recent titles. The game takes place after several games' worth of story and conflict, which could make it challenging for new players to fully grasp the context and stakes involved. As such, newcomers might find themselves overwhelmed by the extensive backstory that has spanned over a decade and multiple arcs. From what we know so far though, and what I've seen in the demo, Trails through Daybreak seems like it can be played as a standalone, but may not provide an ideal experience if someone does.
Trails through Daybreak marks the beginning of a new arc. Therefore, it serves as a relatively fresh starting point within the overarching saga. For players who are eager to dive into the latest game without playing through ten previous titles, this could offer a chance to do it. It introduces new characters and storylines, while maintaining the series' hallmark depth and complexity.
However, starting from the beginning with Trails in the Sky remains the optimal approach for a comprehensive understanding. Admittedly, not everyone has the time or inclination to commit to such an extensive journey. Recognizing this, Trails through Daybreak can act as a gateway into the series. It seems like it will offer enough context to catch you mostly up to speed.
However, I must issue a word of warning. There will be events and character development that you'll have completely missed if this is your first game in The Legend of Heroes series. One character in particular has an incredible story arc! Spoilers aside, by the time you see them in Trails through Daybreak, they're very different from who they were than when we first met them. If this is something you can look past, then you'll be a lot better off.
Ultimately, Trails through Daybreak isn't a going to be a perfect standalone starting point for The Legend of Heroes: Trails series of games. However, I feel it's as good as it is going to get at this point. If you're eager to jump into the world of Trails, but hesitant to start from scratch, Trails through Daybreak could work. Remember, the goal isn't to gatekeep the series, but to provide you with the information needed to make an informed decision.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak will come to the PS4, PS5, Switch, and PC on July 5, 2024.

HoYoVerse is teasing a major music crossover for Zenless Zone Zero, suggesting DJ Tiesto and DJ Lucas & Steve song is on the way. There are no exact details just yet, beyond a brief video clip ahead of the July 2, 2024 reveal.
Here's the announcement for things to come. HoYoVerse took to the Zenless Zone Zero social media account to show a music clip with DJ Tiesto's name. A voice says, "This is the entrance to the next level." The video itself shows a number of TV screens with static and logos on them. Both Zenless Zone Zero appear there, as well as Tiesto's name. The clip ends with the numbers 0702.
Quite a bit of hype has gone into Zenless Zone Zero ahead of its impending June 2024 debut. For example, we recently got a better look at one of the Belobog Industries Agents. Grace Howard is an S-rank character, and a trailer showed off her personality and electric-type moveset. HoYoVerse also confirmed that all of the pre-registration bonuses were cleared ahead of launch. This means free in-game currency, gacha pulls, and a free Agent for all newcomers once the game launches.
Zenless Zone Zero will be available for the PS5, PC, and mobile devices on July 4, 2024.
