Animal Crossing fans, fire up your Switches: Nintendo is pushing out the game's major 2.0 update ahead of schedule. Among the additional features you can now enjoy, there's a new cafe, new boat tours, and a new selection of DIY recipes.

 
 
 
 
As leaks go, this is a bit of an unusual one, but we'll take it anyway: an enterprising YouTuber has stuck what seems to be a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE backplate onto a Galaxy S10, giving us an idea of what the S21 FE phone might look like – sort of.

 
 
 
 
 
 
As for Samsung's tablets division, the word is that the company is prepping the Galaxy Tab S8 Lite – and presumably other models in the series – ready for a 2022 launch. We're expecting four models in total, though the naming is still up in the air.

The taskbar has seen significant changes with the Windows 11 update, and they've not all gone down well with users. Microsoft has now added back one key feature: the ability to drag and drop apps directly onto the taskbar to create shortcuts.

 
 
 
 
 
 
That foldable iPhone that's been rumored for years might be a little bit closer to becoming a reality: Apple just filed a patent for a strong-yet-slim hinge for electronic devices, so it's clear that the company is working on some kind of folding tech.
