More chatter has emerged about a new high-end AMD gaming GPU possibly waiting in the wings, with the latest rumors saying that the AMD Radeon RX 9090 XT is "40% faster" than AMD's current top-end graphics card, the Radeon RX 9070 XT. The new GPU is likened to the AMD Radeon VII, a high-end graphics card that AMD launched in 2019 to squeeze high-end performance out of its Vega architecture, with 16GB of high-speed HBM2 memory.

Although the latest AMD GPUs aren't seeing any love in the May Steam Survey, we've been really impressed by their performance for the money. We even gave the top-end chip a score of 9/10 in our AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT review, earning it a place on our best GPU guide, although real-world pricing makes it a harder sell now.

What is the Battlefield 6 release date? When Battlefield is firing on all cylinders, it's a thing to behold: tactical, dynamic, and immersive, there isn't much else like it out there. Some games have tried to emulate the feel of Battlefield, admittedly with mixed results, so a brand new, numbered entry in one of the best FPS series is something to get excited about.

The last Battlefield game that graced our screens was 2042, and it left a bitter taste for some, having eschewed some of the core principles that made the multiplayer game great. Battlefield 6 looks to learn from those mistakes, hopefully capturing some of that early magic, gathering old players and, with any luck, a new audience in the process.

What are the best medieval games? Rare is a videogame that doesn't feature at least one sword, suit of armor, or roast chicken. Still, they're usually mixed in with bearded hermits slinging magic fireballs, which we're reliably informed your average medieval peasant had very little knowledge.

To that end, we've assembled a list of the best PC games that eschew prophecy and pyrotechnics for good old-fashioned steel-on-steel action. Medieval games come in all different shapes and sizes, with some opting for a more fantasy game style. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is, after all, no basis for a system of government. Similarly, a level ten Necromancer against a blacksmith wearing a potato sack is no basis for a fair fight.

What are the Zenless Zone Zero banners? If you're looking to expand your roster of playable agents, then wishing on banners is your best bet. These digital gacha machines form the basis of developer HoYoverse's monetization strategy, and they should be instantly familiar to anyone who's dipped into Genshin Impact or Honkai Star Rail.

Zenless Zone Zero includes several event banners that offer the chance to pull characters, weapons, and Bangboo. Banners rotate regularly, so it's important to think strategically about whether to spend your ZZZ Polychrome on the current banner, or hold off until the next one. The ZZZ 2.0 banners include brand-new agents that can shake-up your Zenless Zone Zero team comps, so get set to start spending in HoYoverse's urban gacha game. Here's who you can pull in Zenless Zone Zero banners.

The Mindseye system requirements paint the picture of an incredibly intensive game to run on PC, and they've even got us worried about the potential unoptimized state of the game. Worse still, it's easy to look at these requirements and be concerned about what GTA 6 will demand when its PC port eventually arrives.

While you won't need the best graphics card to get great performance out of Mindseye, its system requirements certainly sit on the high side. There are similarities between these specs and those of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle system requirements, but we know ray tracing isn't going to be forced in Mindseye due to one of the listed GPUs lacking any ray tracing capabilities.

The Rainbow Six Siege X system requirements contain some relatively high demands for a competitive shooter, but only if you're aiming for high frame rates at 4K resolution. Otherwise, the graphical overhaul has had a relatively minimal effect on the hardware you'll need to enjoy the next generation of Siege.

While you won't need the best graphics card to get great performance in Rainbow Six Siege at 1080p, if you want to push for 120fps at 4K, then you're going to need a fairly decent gaming PC. Comparing these new specs to the original Rainbow Six Siege system requirements shows just how far we've come in the last decade of PC hardware, even if the specs are still in line with what's expected from modern 3D games.

There are a whole slew of Stardew Valley-style games in the works right now. There's Witchbrook, the magical, halloweeny take on the genre, and now Neverway, an eerie Lovecraftian RPG life sim hybrid that has absolutely earned a spot on my wishlist. But the one we're all waiting for is, of course, Haunted Chocolatier, the next game from life sim pioneer and Stardew creator Eric 'ConcernedApe' Barone. We've seen some screenshots, and we know that it's more combat-driven than its predecessor, and now we know the rough size of its map.

What is the best gaming mouse? That depends on your needs, but buying a quality rodent can revolutionize how it feels to interact with your gaming PC. A high-quality mouse with the features you need can make the difference between winning or losing in your favorite games or put more functions at your fingertips then you thought possible.

Right now, the best gaming mouse is the Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed thanks to its comfortable shape, fantastic performance, and incredibly low price. For the best lightweight wireless, we've picked the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 while our budget option is the new Glorious Model O Eternal. Whatever your needs, though, there's a mouse on this list for you. One minute you're flicking through Steam's Next Fest demos, and finding one that looks to be included despite having come out in May. The next, you're desperately firing missiles into the rear end of giant monster truck, a sole red light glaring out from its metallic behind, as though it's mega-pissed that it seems to have gotten stuck in a cluster of trees. Given that, it should be easy prey for the ordnance strapped to the bonnet of my very Mad Max-ish muscle car coated in enough sheets of metal to fence off several allotments.

This is Mad Metal, though, an indie game whose murderous enemy cars have minds of their own and move more like automotive animals than simple machines.

The winner for the Rainwear category was Japanese artist Saine (or @sainexxx on X.) At the time of writing, there is no information on when the figure will appear. This category is the sixth out of 12 in the contest, with the latest reveal marking the midway point for the competition. You can check out the Rainwear winning illustration in the Hatsune Miku Illustration Contest here:

The next three categories are still open for participants, with submissions being accepted until June 23, 2025. These are Vacation theme for Meiko, Cute Subculture for Hatsune Miku, and Animal theme for Kagamine Len.

Plenty of other Hatsune Miku Illustration contests have been held in the past, with some of the winners also being turned into figures. One of these figures include a design for Hatsune Miku dressed in an Autumn Trip costume, announced back in September 2024.

The Hatsune Miku Illustration Contest is currently undergoing, and the Rainwear category is the latest entry to reveal its winner.
