Blix is one of the several outlaws present in Crimson Desert, and he has a bounty put up on his head. You can capture and bring him to justice, which will help you to complete the bounty and get rewarded in the process. To do so, you'll first need to accept the bounty and then head to his last-seen locations.
Chances are that you'll encounter Blix quite easily once you're at the correct location. This guide will help you out with all the important steps that are part of the fourth bounty in Crimson Desert.

How to start the Blix Bounty in Crimson Desert
To start your hunt for Blix, you'll need to find his bounty notice. You can do so from one of the lamp poles in Hernand City, or from the notice board. The latter is easier to find as a purple poster icon on the mini-map highlights it. You'll need to clear all three bounties before Blix, which includes taking down Bianca.
Once you accept the notice, you'll get the information about his last-seen location. According to the notice, Blix was last seen at Windland Heights.
How to capture Blix in Crimson Desert
Reach the Nas Riverside location, and you'll have a quest marker lead you to a large crevice. To reach teh location, go north from Goldleaf Guildhouse, and you'll find the crevice. This is where Blix and his henchmen are hiding. However, I first encountered a band of goblins here, and Blix was nowhere to be found. If this happens to you, wait for about six hours (in-game) before heading back to the same location.
Next, head inside the crevice and clear the goblins first. This will make it easier for you to capture Blix by taking him down. The fight is pretty easy, so you don't need to focus much on your gear. Capture Blix and drop him off at the nearest jail to get your rewards. It's better for you to hand over Blix alive, as the rewards will be reduced otherwise.
